Based on my experience, I would say that Hiranandani Fortune city is the best project in Panvel. it's not just another project by a builder, it's a fully developed township. so if you invest in this project you are not just buying a house, you get access to the complete township. you can find everything from school, college, entertainment area, shopping complex, etc within the township itself.

plus the club house is huge, I mean literally Huge and you can find everything in the club house from swimming pool, gym, indoor games area, jogging area, etc.
