Zara India is a fake brand. The company is just procuring & manufacturing everything locally with no ethics. I purchased a blue colour shirt for office purpose. I just wore it 2 times out of which when I wore it for the 2nd time, it just tore off from back & kept tearing. It was my office meeting
I was in a city where it was not possible to return it. I sent it to my mother & within the 1 month period, she went to Pacific Mall Zara but she was not treated well & shooed away. On 3rd June after returning to Delhi, I went to speak to the manager at Zara, Pacific Mall. I showed the shirt & his looks & attitude was " Get lost.....I don't care". Leave aside refund or return, he did not even apologise & threw my packet aside. No apologies, no feeling sorry. I bought that shirt for 3000 which is my hard earned money.
Zara caters a damn as one dissatisfied customer. means nothing to them.

Needed to contract them 4 times in one month to get a refund.. They tried every trick in the book to not pay me. Zara app has worst customer interface through which even a Zara customer care executive is unable to initiate a return, let slone a hapless customer

One of the best store I every come across. I love zara dress , bags , accessories material and style which they bring in there store which is very trendy and bohemians.very comfortable and smooth material anyone can wear for themself .i have a lot of collection from zara because of there material price is bit high end side comparatively to other brand but itz really worth giving a single penny .

In terms of service, it's fine. But in terms of the refund it's worst don't ever order things from Zara online they don't refund your money when you need it.
I think when there is sale , Zara should stock and keep more products. I request this to Zara India. It is very disappointing when there are limited products and gets sold fast ??
I ordered 2 products from ZARA but when the parcel arrived only one item was there in it the second item was missing I complained about it to them they send me a mail after 2-3 days saying sorry we can’t give you refund and product cause it was dispatched from out warehouse but I never received it and caused me 3000₹;

Despite Zara's$13.2 billion brand value, the wages and terrible working conditions of Zara's factory labourers are wretched and pitiful as they don't get paid for months or get paid less than minimum wage.
Zara's disposable garments also add to the waste of the world and the energy consumption due to their consistent fashion releases increases the world's carbon footprint significantly.
Their transparency has also been called into question as they have made factually incorrect claims, thus misleading their consumers.
Rapid consumption of fast-fashion clothing is ethical and sustainable fashion's biggest enemy. However, you don't have to burn your Zara outfits. In the future, just be mindful of where you shop. Baby steps to ethical, sustainable clothing is the way to go.
For boots and shoes in my size, they run into the hundreds to find cute pairs, but they are a decent price and great quality at Zara. Zara also has an enormous range of larger sizes of boots, dress shoes and sandals, as well as shoes in more traditional sizes. They also give widths that in most shops are difficult to find. The prices for shipping were a little high, but after seeing how quickly they deliver, it made the prices worth it. Although keeping my new boots clean, the packaging was easy to open and dispose of. All the shoes I've ordered from the site so far have arrived in a timely manner and were exactly what I saw and expected on the site.
The website should have been a breeze to use. The shipment arrived 4 days ago. The clothing quality had been impeccable. Very happy with that business! The clothes fit true to size. The price was unbelievable!
I'm an avid online shopper, and this is the first time I've had such a bad experience. The product I purchased cost more than$100, and after a 5-day delay from the planned delivery date, I began tracking through their website, which led me to LaserShip. They delivered the product outside of the distribution area for packages on my house, and ZARA stated flatly that the LasherShip delivered, and LaserShip stated that the door was locked, so we just left it outside the door(unattended) and no one is responsible. I just wasted money and had to deal with a ZARA who doesn't seem to care if the customer got the kit from their Lasercheap company because BOTH are awful. BY NO MEANS
Zara is the only store that sells fashionable shoes for my toddler. They have a large selection of children's shoes that are both reasonably priced and extremely comfortable.
The customer service of zara is non-existent.
I ordered items for Mother's day with delivery for 5/7. I contacted customer service on 5/7When it became apparent that nothing had shipped. It is Monday 5/10 and the order has not even shipped. I have tried to escalate this to no avail so have restored to contacting one of their executive team through LinkedIn. The customer service department is absolute disgrace.
One member even said me "If I wre you I would go out and buy something else for Mother's day! " If you have issues with an order, don't expect any support from them . It is insulting how they demean the customer who pay their wages.
I recommend not order if you wont it argent so it os not worth it.
Since I was out of town when it was delivered, the delivery person never rang my apartment to ask permission to enter. Zara has been assisting me and has discovered that the shipment has been robbed and is no longer visible. They gave me a full refund.

The products of Zara are famous in most of the metros of India. The hype around this brand is so much, however, the product don't seem to fit up the bell curve. Also, one can afford this brand either on sale or just would be rethinking there purchase after spending the massive amount on tags. If one has too much money to spend on something of average quality then by all means give this brand a Go. But, if one wants quality and money worth then best thing would be to avert from it.
So disappointing! I ordered 3 items for my baby boy online. Even when I got him the right size, all of them were tiny. For a month, they went to this store many times to try to return it, but it was difficult. The shop is still packed with customers. Broad, long check-out lines. In location, no social distancing. A lot of people with a nose mask and workers don't make us respect the procedure. Each time, he had to quit. I'm not getting COVID at this shop, and now they're not going to let me return the order as 1 month of window return passes. Don't even give me credit at the supermarket. The girl was super rude and called customer service.
I purchased a jacket online and it said it was$80 when I charged$99.90, not including tax, when it came on the label. The man who replied when I called customer service said they could not make a price match even though it said that the price was cheaper on the box. He didn't explain anything and I might have saved$20, which doesn't sound like a lot, but it doesn't make much sense that I got an item that had a cheaper price on the label when I paid more.
Zara has picked product within 24 of return request, item has reached the warehouse but no confirmation on email, neither refund is initiated. Never expected such service from this brand.
Zara is a bran where you get all the satisfaction it provides you best quality of service and best experience thanks zara.
Today i visited zara showroom in pacific mall subhash nagar new delhi...i liked leather jackets and cool n cheap blazer with all the sizes...i want to buy some thing but lack of money couldnot ll definitely but it next time
