Compressor damaged not replacing being in warranty

I purchased a product refrigerator double door in 2018 and being compressor warranty for 10years company executive refusing to replace the compressor. This is the waste service which I have experienced in the electronics. I have original bill and details calling to the customer care is only time pass talking non sense and also technician are not so professional to diagnose the issue and resolve it. I am attaching the bill for further reference.

Got a callon 15 feb it will take 10 more days to receive item .

Very bad ?? experience. Don't buy whirlpool products. They don't provide machenic if product disable to work. In patna there machenic are lootera and fraud. Also whole company is lawyer and fraud.

I ever seen this type of refrigerator ... They mension 10 years warranty for compressor but it works only 15 months( in that compressor there is no manufacturing date ) ... Then we raised a compliant .... Service technician came and he said compressor is not working ... We can change only compressor with free of cost ... Gas filling charges is around 3500 to 4000rs .... This is not fair ... They are all cheating the customer ... Don't trust WORLD POOL REFRIGERATOR

Recently bought a Whirlpool 240L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator through Flipkart. It was the worst experience ever. Firstly the product was delivered 2 days late. During the unboxing we found some minor scratches on the body, which was unpleasant but we ignored it. Flipkart assigned us an engineer who was supposed to come the next day, but took another 3 days to come.


We were already frustrated with the delivery, but the casual attitude of Whirlpool towards their customers is just unbearable. The customer service is useless, when the installation engineer was 2 days late to come, we tried contacting customer service, but they too, like us, were helpless. They kept telling us to be calm and that the engineer should be on his way.


After the engineer finally arrived and installed the fridge, we thought finally the frustrations would end, we couldn't be more wrong. Just a few days after the installation the refrigerator started to show its true colors. The cooling was inconsistent, it would just stop cooling without any warnings. There would be days, when we woke up to spoiled foods and milk. No cooling, too much sound and much more. The technician filled the gas 2 times and twice changed the thermostat. But nothing seemed to solve the problem. Our issues neither the company nor the technician are able to solve or give us a valid reason for the problems and sort the issue.


We would need a technician every other week. During the entire ordeal, the customer service was hopeless. They knew nothing about the product nor were they concerned about our problem. Since the fridge was under warranty, all these services have been free of cost. Though I'm afraid that ones the warranty period has passed, these constant services are going to cost me a fortune.


Please do not purchase any Whirlpool products as their quality control must be appalling for me to have received a defective item, and their after-sale support is just too bad.

In spite of our repeated request no one turns up for service. It is a new fridge I bought from Croma - Royal Meenakshi Mall. Suddenly stopped cooling and called customer care multiple times, they tell they will give but wont come and wasting our time also waiting for them.


Please think before purchasing Whirlpool.

It is a dreadful experience buying a 3door 6th sense proton refrigerator from Whirlpool. During the warranty period the technicians have attended 8 times as there were concerns in the fridge. No cooling, too much sound and much more. They filled gas 2 times and twice changed the thermostat. For the last 1.5yrs, we are still raising our same concern and to our nightmare neither the company nor the technician are able to give us a valid reason for the problems and sort the issue.After warranty period Whirlpool started charging for service visits for the continuing or long existing problems.Whirlpool refrigerator is of bad quality and they are pathetic in service.

Whirlpool refrigerator in the month of JUN 2023 (BILL IS ATTACHED with this mail), Now it is not working, within 4 months it got malfunctioning, this type of product you are selling??


Previously i was using GODREJ product from the year 2000. About 20 yearly it was working fine without any service.


Now can Whirlpool company will replace this product?? for their defected product. ??

We purchased 5 month ago whirlpool refrigerator but it’s very very bad , worst , disappointing experience. After one month it’s malfunctioning and from last 4 month their 5 technicians comes but still product not working. And their customer handling person Mr. Amarinder treat with my family very bad way. It’s not product it’s just spoil our home peace. I mail number of times but they did formality for only reply. Their person scolded us for not replace this worst product and told us we only did repair. I feel my home begun a repair lab of whirlpool company. Guys it’s my advice please don’t buy whirlpool refrigerator.

We bought a refrigerator on July 2022 on Reliance Digital store - No 705 & 707, Ombr Layout 1st Main Road, Ramamurthy Nagar, near Outer Ring Road, Banaswadi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043.


It's working fine for 3-4 months, but its giving some issues and


1st complaint-we were given complaint soo many times about food destroys and vegetables are also destroying for only 2 to 3 days when we put on the refrigerator, some people come from the reliance rescue team and they tested and they tell us to switch it off refrigerator for 24 hrs for the first time they visited, we did same way and after 24 hrs again visited same issue persists.again they did something and decreased some temperature again it started working.


2nd complaint- We again complaint for same issue that food, vegetables and dosa butter also get detroying within two days only, 2 people come from the resque team and tested, and they told sensor was damaged and that needs to be replaced.


we asked that day only for replacement as within 6months we made 2 times compaint for a new refrigerator .i think we got an unconditioned refrigerator delivered to us and we spent money for that.


later they told that after replacing sensor, it would work fine like that and we believe on that and they replaced new sensor.


3th compaint- again we made twice compaint to replace the damaged refrigeator but thye I have not provided replaced .jus they are coming and to something later it will work for 5 to 10 days and again it will start giving problems.


4th compaint- same issue we made compaint


Now rescue person came and tested the sensor is Damaged and that needs to replaced. and for that they are asking for money to give as it warranty is completed last month.


But why we should give the money to repair service, as this is not first time the issue has been and they are coming to home for service.even within year we made 2-3 raised complaint for replcaing that, that time they have not told anything simply they came to home and they willl tell it work fine once replace sensor.


Still the same issue persists same, whats the gaurantee that we put again the sensor it will work in feature, we does not believe this product is worth to keep.


we have connected with Whirlpool company also, they are not providing solutions, they are telling stories, we have not get it solution, we are not happy with the response from the company, as they provided dulpicate /second hand products I guess,

It's been only an year and this fridge stopped working and the apparent reason given by the technicians was that there must some fluctuations in the electricity and since you don't have stabilizer at home that's why it's compressor stopped working and needs to be changed. While the product manual mentions that this is a fridge which operates stabilizer -free. After taking almost one week, the technicians changed the compressor and filled the gas, then also fridge was not working. I called the technician again and he said that maybe more gas needed to be filled and he did that and yet it's not working. Now the reason he gives me is that there's some issue with some pipe through which gas needs to filled and hence a kit needs to be installed which will take 2 more days. Do you see the kind of service they provide and how much complex they make it! I means it's such a pain to be without refrigerator as the vegetables get bad, milk gets spoiled and what not. I recommend not to buy this fridge at all. Worst product and worst service.
