This is the best software company, the policies are very good. They have flexible work timings and free snacks. The pay scale is at par with market standards.

Vmoksha was my first organisation & joining in Vmoksha allowed me to develop my skills by working on projects from various domain, the opportunities for learning are so vast that I was able to learn core digital marketing skills from scratch, while also working as a Business Analyst. I was able to learn the business process and technological trends across various industries making the work challenging and unpredicted.
Employees are well rewarded for their contributions, and the seniors are very much co-operative and always willing to help you in needed times.

I request my fellow ex-employees to correct their perspective about Vmoksha. I could only imagine about your hardships that you faced as an employee IN & OUT of Vmoksha, but with fresh air in the environment things have changed and I have seen so many changes in the areas where you felt neglected, deceived or disappointed.
You have to check it for yourself.
I quit Vmoksha 6 months back. In spite of the good fellowship I had with my management and team, at the back of my mind doubts linger pertaining to my last month salary, leave allowances, and PF.
But to my astonishment I received every penny of mine within the promised date. Now this might force you to say “See this is what we have been telling, if you are close to the management you get everything according to your wish”.
That is a fact but not the truth. The truth is Vmoksha has changed over a period of time and policies are reworked to the benefit of its employees. No more legal battles.
