Vishal Mega Mart, Pathankot

I was regular customer for vishal mega mart silk board hosur road, today i am writhing this review as i have never expected their customer care services is not even BAD its in - (minus).

I went to buy aluminum foil and looking for some good offer. I asked helper for aluminium foil section and she guided me to particular section. I thought this section contains only aluminium foils as she told me. i have parched combo pack in that 1+1 cover full with the vishal MM discount. When i went home and open that i saw it is not aluminum foil it is the food wrapping foil.

I thought i am their regular customer they will defiantly help to exchange the product. when i visited back to store look what i found:

1. Hard copy of bill is mandatory even you have mobile transition msg. i have trowed bill out side of the store.

   
   




2. they dont have any fixed list of the non exchange/ return product anythings at time comes under this list. Totally your luck as he told me this not comes under the exchange list.

   
   




3. I have open and closed the box as it is however they told me no sir its open so we cant take it back. I have not used just opened.

   
   




4. I visited to customer care counter and that person told me NO NO NO.

   
   




5. I am frustrated with his behavior that much I said this food wrapping foil is useless for me, i dont want so better you can only keep. You wont believe he kept also. Zero % humanity no value of your money.

   
   

I would suggest you that never ever go to this store as this people dont have the value of customer. So customer should respond to their Bad attitude with zero business policy.

I am sharing my true experience with Vishal mega mart a shopping centre friends last sunday me and my family visit to vishal mega mart vaisali nagar jaipur and I bought some household items, kitchenware or cloths.All items are good in price.

But I am realy disappointed with its clothing because these are very poor in quality.I bought a mens T-Shirt from there in Rs 399 for GYM or outing use when I wear it for 2 or 3 times its stiching got tears and the same condition with my sisters top.so please never buy any product by seeing its price buy quality which is not avilable in vishal mega mart.

I lived in beawar from past 22 year and I have now all about the beawar city, Vishal Mega Mart is the first shopping mall in beawar, it is situated at near Shree hotel Ajmer road beawar, but from past two years it was shift from it into modi city centre near railway station. when I want to buy anything, so my first choice is Vishal Mega Mart and its all product is so nice and good quality, recently on this past Sunday I had brought a new jeans from it, and it was awesome, I like it so much.

I have been writing reviews over this platform since too long and as far as I remember, I have put in only one negative review. However, I am not that frustrated that I could not stop my self to write a review regarding this.

Well, I have been to Vishal Mega Mart so many times and I have never been happy or satisfied with the kind of products they have on the display and ever more, no helpful staff at all. Also, if you ask them to let you know about something, they will guide you like they are kings and they will tear you apart if you ask them something else.

I have bought so many products from Vishal Mega Mart, however, never been satisfied and so my wife. We have bought a few jars and some other plastic products as we tried groceries too which were expired and if not expired then crushed.

Let me share my experience which I had while buying the plastic jars. I asked the guy to please let me know that where can I get the plastic boxes and jars. And he was like "why would I know"? Please check and you may find it somewhere. My work is to take care of clothing and I am busy to guide you right now. I simply asked him not to shout as there is no need to create a seen and he left his place and went away. This is the kind of attitude they guys carry with them while they are on the floor and on their shift.

Not only this, the cleaning staff will behave like they are cleaning a palace, if you step in on the floor where the cleaning is going on, they will look at you like you have just committed a crime.

Vishal Mega Mart is nothing more than a bunch of a few people are standing at the counter to take the money after standing in a very long queue and waiting for your turn to buy the goods of no quality.

At last, I would not recommend anyone to shop from Vishal Mega Mart as they will give you nothing but, only serve you some insult and a heavy bill which you need to pay. You can buy better quality of products/goods at the local baniya shop.

I hate to enter Vishal Mega Mart and so my wife.Please do not go in if you want a good experience.

This is in the camarajpet circle near uma theatre bangalore In this shop I have purchased my cloths in this shop and it is very beautiful and in this shop sarees, pants, shirts etc and in this shop every cloths and pants are very good in price.

In this shop my friend as adviced to me to go to this shop for purchasing cloths and in this shop designs for cloths and sarees is very especially in sarees good design are printed and in this shop every saree is good price and cheap price of every cloths in this shop and I like in this shop is my favourite pants and shirts in this shop and it is very less cost and quality of my cloths is very good and in this shop kanchivaram, kerala, karnataka dress materials also available and in this best price.

I have purchase every month in this shop and I advice to buy cloths in this shop.

I'm reviewing the Vishal mart located in Chamrajpet circle, Bangalore. I go here often to shop for groceries.

You won't get fruits and vegetables here, but all other provisions for the month are available.There are clothes and you will find good offers on clothes all the time but they are not so very good.

There are kids and men section in the first floor. Here you get men's clothes, shoes, kids clothes, stationery, toys etc. In the second floor there are provisions, personal care products and home appliances.

The blankets and pillow covers are also available at a resonable price.The products here are good and every month there are offers and discounts on their products.

The mall is spacious and has almost everythign required for house. So this is a nice place for home makers to do their monthly shopping.

I would recommend this place for those looking for a nice place to get good quality provisions and not for those looking for fashionable clothes and accessories.

I'm reviewing only about the mall present in chamarajpet, Bangalore since I have visited only this Vishal mart.

I have visited this mall for more than 4 times as it is near to our house, and this mall has everything that you need like clothes in ground floor, kids clothes and stationaries in first floor, In second floor you have provisions and biscuits, toys and more.

I liked this mall because the collections of dresses are nice and every item is checked and packed maintained very neat and clean and any product you ask they will not say no!

I have purchased many products there and I have good experience of purchasing there, so it's kinda nice visiting this mall, I visit  often as it is nearer to my house!

Many exciting offers make me purchase that kinda products more! I recommend this mall to visit at least  for once! it has also branches but sorry I had been only to chamarajpet branch as I said earlier! so please do visit.

I'm reviewing the Vishal mega mart located in Chamrajpet, Bangalore.The mall here is kinda new and has great offers on the provisions, electronic goods and clothes as well.

I have shopped here like for more than 4 times in 2 months and will tell how each of their sections is.Their clothes are not that good.

The ladies collections are not trendy and fashionable, but, you will find jeans pants and T-shirts for good price and they even have good discounts and offers on tops most of the times. I don't recommend this place if you are planning to buy some fashionable clothes and would recommend if you are okay with just good looking tops and tees and don't care much about fashion.

Coming to the provisions, they have clean and good products. The pricing is actually better than in the provision stores comparing to the quality and we have been purchasing stuff from here after that.

They even have electronic goods and kitchen appliances.The workers are friendly and respond well to your queries. Over all it is a good place to shop. I would recommend this mall if you are planning for monthly shopping.

Vishal mega mart is a shopping mall situated near leela bhavan patiala. Here you can shopp for every product of your daily use, like soaps, toothpaste, brush, eatable goods, foot wear, cloths, grocery, etc. All the products are from trusted companies.

Cloths in this mart are really of good quality and of less price. Shoes can be bought at affordable price and are of very good quality. For me and my friends it is hub of shopping,  because you can buy every thing under on roof. Eatables like biscuits, namkeen, juice, cold drinks are fresh and of major teusted companies.

Every product is of good quality. Also every day of there is many offers, discounts. Prices are not very high, everything is on good price. There is three floors in this mart. Every floor provides you different products. Foot wear and cloths on one floor, eatable and grocery on another. Billing system is on ground floor. All the staff is really good and helpful.

Every product is kept in a perfect way that you don't have any difficulty to find them. If anywhere, you don't find any thing you can ask the staff member, which is always there in every section. The store is fully ac. In evening this is really a busy place. Outside is a market of indian popular snacks, so you can enjoy it before or after shopping.So finally friends come to vishal and enjoy shopping.

Hi friends, I am srujana. I reside in Andhra and love to play in beaches. I have a dream to play in gao beach. On one fine day my parents took me to gao beach we enjoyed a lot there. After that we went back to our hotel in panjim.

The next day hotel manager suggested us to visit Vishal mega mart. It is a big shopping mall where we can buy anything in a very cheap cost. As we entered into it we can feel the cool breeze coming from AC. The parking place is also very big. The ambience in the mart is extraordinary. I bought two  dresses - patialas and a hand bag too.this is the mega mart where every common man shops!

I've been writing reviews for a long time and hardly write negative ones. A few days ago! Someone stole my purse from food section although there were only 6 people including their staff when I asked them to stop the exit, they didn't do it and started arguing.I panicked because all my cards, identity proofs, Aadhar, passport and cash was there in that purse.

They refused to show me CCTV footage and when I repeatedly asked them to show the footage of that section their camera was not working. NOBODY including the guard and management was not helping.  this security issue is intolerable especially when that day was 26 jan. take immediate actions please and resolve this issue. Even the quality of items is the worst.:/
