Hii friends, I would like to share my personal experience with the Vajra Cabs.

This is my personal experience with Vajra Cabs. This is the worst cab service in india. If you will want for some urgent then you should not book these cabs.

Last month my exam was in delhi and this was the most important exam of my career. My exam was at 7 o'clock the next day. So I thought to go delhi the previous day.

To going delhi I booked a vajra cab.

But the service given by them is very poor. I call a cab at 4 p.m. but the cab came at 5: 30 p.m.

We went out for delhi. The cab driver was very rude in behaviour. He didn't have a knowledge how to handle the customers. We reached delhi at 9 o'clock.

I said to him next day my exam was held so I wanted to go on centre at 6 o'clock.

But the next day he came to at 6 o'clock. He didn't know the way of centre. He seemed unprofessional.

Due to his carelessness I reached centre at 7: 30 o'clock.

The exam was start and I didn't get entry and my whole career destroyed.

I suggest you friends not to book any vajra cab. Thanks for reading my review.

Hi everyone today I am going to share with you about the vajra cabs where their customers services are really horrible and collect additional prices for booking. While booking it shows one price and after departure it will show another price. Your travel with vajra cabs is definitely inconvenient as they donot respond properly and they delay to reach you. They also won't put AC on inspite of your request. They staff is very rude and drink sometimes. Donot travel a single using this vajra cabs for safety, especially women needs to take care because they won't provide you gps tracking position of the cab like uber. Uber is the best cab services world wide at reasonable price.

I would like to write a review about this TAXI services. Once I called their service for a airport service. I called through phone and booked. But their response was too pathetic and didn't reach in time.

The tour operator is not helpful. He doesn't have enough knowledge for explaining the places and routes. He is full confusable about the trip.

The tour guide expertise was the same. Two times the car got break down due to the less precautions and maintenance. That's what we were not convenient for the entire travel with this team.

So I am not satisfied with this service.

Hi friends I had a bad experience with vajra cabs I booked a cab while booking estimated price is different when comes to completion of ride price is different this is ok but the driver of the cab was very bad they dont have any discipline they dont know how to deal with customers they simply cheating customers with manipulated meter rates if vajra wants to develop their brand then they need to put good efficient staff

I might want to compose a recent travel experience with the vajracabs. I like going out and used to cover all sight seeing spots with my family and companions.

We booked this service to kodaikanal from bangalore. The driver was a genuine individual and clarified about the all places as a decent guide. He offered an explanation to all inquiries of our children.

He take us to just all around rated eateries. This trek awas extremely agreeable and delighted in alot.

Web based booking administration is quick and fulfilled.

We had a trip from Bangalore to Ooty. at the end, due to little confusion we paid up more to the driver than what we intended to. The next day we contacted support team, and they assured that we get the extra amount that we paid to the driver. Like they said, they did it in less than 5 days. Keep up the great work.

In general, I don't write reviews. our team is hiring cabs atleast once per month from vajracabs. we never had any issue with them. Infact recently we hired innova from bangalore to wayanad and it was a great experience. dont think about the negative reviews, seriously how many times one would write a positive review just to appreciate some one.

I booked an indica to Wayanad they provided me an etios at the same rate. Vehicle was cleaned. Driver came 10 minutes late but fine he was very cooperative. It was total 4days trip. And the trip was awesome. Thank you vajracabs. It was such a wonderful trip.

These are fraud guys, they will take your booking amount will go offline. They don't have any offices in Bengaluru.

we booked a tt and paid the booking amount of Rs 1300. they didn't receive the call when contacted about false commitment

These guys are fraud.

First off the company doesn't exist. They just have a website which can take booking and charge advance of 20 to 30%. No response aftee that. I did a booking for 1st Oct from mysore on 10th Aug and paid advance as well. I was informed the driver details would be sent 1 day before travel, but nothing came. Even worse is their customer care diaconnects with recording'thank you for calling', the mobile number is switched off. Such frauds who do organized looting with just a website.

Mysore railway station has tourist info center, who can help with cab rentals. We got a cab for much better price that quoted by these frauds.

Never ever book cab from vajra cabs, its simply waste of Money and time. Cheap 3rd class people like these should be penalized heavily.

No response from the company after booking. a TT for a 4 Day family trip.No taxi provided on date of travel.

Phone number on website first not reachable. Then the phone number was changed but still not reachable. office address deleted from website . In reality the company doesn't exist . They have a website that takes booking and 20-30% advance through instamojo and they neither provide service nor the money is refunded. Please report https://vajracabs.com to google.

Vajra cab guys . please stop doing ORM(on line reputation mgt) .For one negative post in social platforms.putting two positive through the paid agency. Your commitment to the customer is horible. it claimed to be started by an IITian.seems that he have business sense. I booked one vehicle for my relatives after paying advance, Vajra gave another vehicle and changed almost twice of the actual cost. keeping them helpless in midnight by the idiot driver of bargaining .No response from your customer care. Really a hopeless service provider.

It's actually going by the shifty cab driver behavior. Its really at that level. Call center is again shifty. They are not responsive.! I had to cancel my trip n not sure about my advance also.!

It is ok that you book a reliable travel desk be it costly but never go for this, since the cab drivers are Not at all professional Thats there strategy to create more budget at last moment

I booked a TT and paid advance 15-20 days ago nd was told will receive cab details a day B4 but there was no information shared on the day of journey. Some x driver as called. The way they respond to customers is very worst especially person by name Shiva. he doesn't even know to speak to customers. very pathetic service. please don't choose. Shiva speaks very rudely and provides false information.

I have hired a cab for my travel to Coorg. First of all their customer care never sends a mail or message about the details of cab. One day before site was also not reachable. Anyway, I got a call from the driver the evening before the journey. I have repeatedly told him that I will start at 6. The next day morning even after reminding him at 5:30 a.m., he reached around 7 a.m. Driver was ok. But the car AC was not working. We were lucky that it was not rainy season. Another issue was the driver was playing his own loud music all the time. I have told him to lower the volume so many times. There is no feedback call from Vajra Cabs post journey. I will not recommend to anyone.

Big cheaters never go with this cabs with family they dont know how to speak with ladies taken no proper service please I ll suggest not to take cabs from this fraudsters very very bad exp in my life big cheating gang .wen vehicle got breakdown called to customer care behaving like rowdys all are old vehicles and provided another car and demanded 2 cars rent. never never hire cabs please highly recommending to all travellers please no carefull 100% big cheaters.

Very bad service.  Driver dint turn up and moreover  I didn't get the refund ever after a month.

Still waiting for the refund. I have contacted customer care several times but its of no use. They say you the same story daily and ask you to keep waiting for one more week. They don't even bother about customer . Very worst service.

There is no zero rating else I could have given them zero. I suggest you not to book any cab with this provider

The vajra cabs are just call center and one they confirm the booking and you pay to them. they are the last persons to pick your call.

Anyway drivers are completely unverified., at least my driver was ok. But he was never on time either to home or to any destination and AC for tempo traveller was not working. It was a risky affair to all of us. I will urge people to book known travellers of your area than these crooks.

My personal Suggestion not to book with Vajra Cabs please.please.

I will tell you about my experience with this big cheater Vajra Cabs I just booked recently for 4 days from Bangalore to Oooty they assured 1000 Km to be charged irrespective of the KM per day( 250 Km) to be use.

They sent a less knowledgeable driver with some other company cab they do not have their cab they are just broker or working on commission if you call there no they will not pick neither response they will only response when you enter their website and chat option is the only solution to speak to them.

Their manager seems to be one of the busy person he will never call you back, neither interested in you comfort and associates not have any power to take discussion.They don't even know how to deal with their customer. Whenever I call them to ask for Cab they reply very rude.

The driver was driving very dangerously. That this is not good for travelling. He does not know about the tourist places of Mysore, Ooty, Coonor it was look like that I am driving a car with the help of navigations. with vajra cab service are not good. The customer service is very bad. but even them I asked to book a cab for me.

They took advantage of your trip on last day by saying no since if you have used 500 km we will not be able to use rest 500 km on the last day the limit is 250 km only whereas they menioned in the booking details that 1000 km can be used in any time as per your requirement.

The driver denied the drive back from ooty to Bangalore via krishnagiri it left us in no choice to go with the same route again.

It was really very bad experience.

One of the most interesting thing that the cab owner was calling me instead of Vajra cab he was not interested as they received their commission or money from the trip.

I would urge if any one booking the cab please read my review it is very bad belive me.

We have hire a cab to Delhi to Bangalore. The best thing in this ride is clean cab , polite.the customer service is very good .ask for cab they replay very good but even them I asked to book a cab for me.the cab are awesome and comfortable .driver are good and very friendly and knew Hindi what we want.i would like to acknowledge that my relatives had wonderful experience with vajra cabs thanks for sending us the courteous driver .they have knowlage about all locations .and they convenience is satisfy
