Trio World School, Sahakara Nagar, Bangalore

Hi

One of my friend is planning to move from USA in September in Bangalore. He will probably settle in North side of Bangalore. He has short listed 3 schools CIS, Stionehiil and TRIO for his child.

Can you guys suggest which is the better school. I see so many positive reviews about TRIO and my neighbor also suggested.

But I am not sure which curriculum to put ICSE or IB, I feel both are good syllabus but as a NRI he would prefer IB curriculum only. I am open  to discuss.

Good school and staff. I was extremely happy with the infrastructure and the pleasant atmosphere of the TRIO World school. Now I am a proud parent of TRIO World with lot of clarity in my child's thinking. I am sure that my child is going to have a bright future.

My son Mohak studied one of the International school in Bangalore from grade 6 to 10. I wanted him to be with us in grade 11 and 12 since these were crucial years in deciding a career and a stream for future. We were very confused as to which school we should choose for him. Eventually after a lot of contemplation, we choose Trio World academy for him.

And what a decision it has been! The changes that I have seen in him in this one year of being in Trio World academy school has been phenomenal. The things that didnt happen in 5 years has happened here in a short span of time. Hes become more responsible as a child and understands his duties as a son. He has become better in academics, his grades have improved and he has become more focused. His communications skills have improved and I can see him grow holistically, which is the main motto of Oakridge. I can actually see it happening.

All the teachers here work towards just one goal- to bring out the best in the children. All the teachers are very well trained and knowledgeable who improve the skills of the subject in the children

I was called by Trio for an interview.  I met the HR there who was impatient to the extent that he didn't allow me to complete my sentences! I was called for the post of a mother teacher, grade 2 as the current teacher has resigned. The interview process went on from 11 am to 4:15 pm! I had HR round, written test, demo for both Math and English, meeting with the principal, Ms. Bela Murthy and finally, meeting with the head of the school, Mr. Vinod Singh. The only person who I felt was SANE was Mr. Vinod Singh!

Let me come to the horrible part.

Within the half hour of my time with the children, we bonded with each other very well and I could see that they enjoyed my class a lot. What else do they expect from a primary teacher? Main thing is the bonding, but no!

Ms. Bela Murthy, during the meeting, asked me a question seeing that my parents are quite old(in their 70s and 80s) that -> in her words, "What if there is a crisis and one of your parents is very serious, would you choose them or the school? What is your priority?!" WOW. who would she choose if her own blood is serious? The school or the family first?! Is that even a sensible question? According to her, maybe, only an orphan should apply for the post!

She said, B.Ed. doesn't make one a good teacher as good teachers are born and mind you, she hadn't even seen my demo to comment anything. I have worked in a college before and as a trainer in an MNC, but she said that according to her, my teaching experience is a total zero! WOW again!

She then offered me a trial period of one week where she expected me to bear my expenses on my own(I am not a crorepati's only daughter!) and that I would be observed and if I was good enough, they would hire me as a full-time teacher and if I felt the same about the school, I could walk away! WOW and WOW. Who has the time, energy and money to spend and who even does this? Is this some big bazaar trial sale, buy and return if you don't like it kinda thing?

I have never faced such a shitty interview in an INTERNATIONAL school!

All this was for a salary of 24, 000/-(which is offered even by local schools these days!). Itna salary ke liye itna Nautanki, drama baazi!

When I first read reviews from ex-teachers about Ms. Bela Murthy, I didn't believe them, but I guess they are all so right! It might be parent friendly, but definitely not employee friendly!

Was looking for an admission for my nephew. As per their guidelines, fixed an appointment and visited the school. The moment you enter the campus, it is a visual experience. The admissions and management team make you feel privileged. We were interested to take Cricket as the sport program, but in vain. Except for this point we are happy to have gained admission at TRIO.

Here I would like to explain what has really happened with me.

I have find this School when I search for Top Most International School in Bangalore, But they are based in Somewhere Outside of Bangalore. I have Planned one fine Day But they not allowed me to enter because they will have only schedule appointments. That was very much irritating for me as a Business Man. Finally, I have called them and scheduled one meeting and started. Follow the Google Maps and reached their Back Gate. Their security was NOT allowing us to enter. we had to Come other way to reach Front Gate. There is NO Parking for Visitors. I think Management should look into it as well.

Coming to the Point, I Find some Good Atmosphere at School, Kind of Environment. But whereas I stayed close to Banashankari, so this is Very Far from my apartment so I was Not really comfort with the way I have gone that day.

Trio World School is very near to Hebbal fly over. It is a international school. It also have a icse board. There is preschool also. It is tots. I go for enquiry to preschool. It is colourful school. It is very big. There are manu children. They have Montessori, multiply intelligence etc.

I go to this schools for my child for admission. The campus is too big and there is playgrounds, skates, pool. The school is looking beautiful but I am too confused about boards. So many boards IB, ICSE CBSE, IGCSE don't know which one is good and which one is bad. can somebody help me

Though I am working in this school since 4 years but today after seeing so many fake reviews, I have decided to write my mind.

I joined this school from a corporate background, with principa's advice I have done my Bed and diploma in childhood education.

Initially I have joined as teaching assistant in primary then promoted as a main teacher for grade 2.

I am quite happy with my new assignment and never regret quit my hefty pay package because sometime your time is more important than money. I have all time for may family & children.

No one can disagree that TRIO is the most safest place to work in.

They takes care of my child's education and my professional growth as well. They believe in mutual respect and honesty policy. The management believe in non bureaucratic process and always approachable. If some teachers are not up to the mark then they might as them to leave otherwise we have all old batch of teachers and trust me all are happy.

When we first joined this school, it seemed like heaven. Everything was very structured at the same time no nonsense. The day Padma(old Principal) left, we were in for a rude shock(end of a golden era).

Bela Murthy the great dictator took over. Rules are made and changed everyday. No one is spared. Parents are disrespected and told to go away even when we go with an appointment. No one in the management cares. The parents are stuck. If they talk to the management, we get the same diplomatic answers.

The MD of the school doesn’t know and does not care what goes on in the school.

I am a parent who will be really worried to put my child in this place. God help the kids there.

Very unprofessional people. They are holding the educational certificates of teachers even after serving the notice period. Not clearing the dues since more than 5 months. Many teachers resigned and they are yet to receive theit certificates and due.

Trio teachers are doing best and their hard work is being tested new Principal. She keeps grudges on teachers and with unwanted work load.

she is making another Vibgyor school with her batch of admin people. Principal is not ready to take any action for not completing portions. Few activities in class are not involving dull students in class they don't encourage dull students. Trio losing its fame because of her. The school is experimenting with a new teachers, most of the teachers not trained B.Ed teachers as per ICSE the first batch of students are sufferer the methodology they follow is trial and error

From last three years they had given only false promises to parents. Higher grade teachers had not well experienced in there subject knowledge. Last year school ask for review from parent but they had not implemented any changes,

We had list of complient on few teachers behaviour in class room they harassing small kids, like standing in corner, pointing out in front of all other students not given proper importance in teaching.

I am Ayushi Nanda, I was a teacher at Trio till last month.

I had resigned from the school on 16th December'2018 due to constant harassment and abuse from the Principal and School Management. Many other teachers have also resigned the school due to similar experiences with the management.

Some people have highlighted this issue already in the last week, and now the Principal and management have started to threaten and spread malicious lies about the people who have come out to expose these abusive practices in the school.

I have also been targeted by the Principal and some other reviews and comments on this page. For those who say "I was fired from the school", I CHALLENGE you to show proof. I have e-mail proof with the Principal and School Management marked in it saying I have resigned and I was FORCED to work suffering this abuse for 5 months.

Management has even threatened to "Lose my original educational certificates" and abused me verbally.

Even now, I face constant harassment calls and threats from the Principal and school staff(have screenshots of call logs as proof). I have still not received my experience certificate when all other formalities have been completed.

A school in its formative stages experimenting and exploring things. kids are at stake. Academics and administration both are worth mentioning as it is crap. sensational news everyday. dont go there. a few parents have taken their kids out and some are regretting not to have pulled them out. another money making institution

Bad management practices creating bad atmosphere for learning and effecting kids eventually. They have holding back certificates of teachers hostages and have stopped paying them since almost half year. Teachers have resigned but the certificates have been held back even after serving the notice period. Strictly Not a good sign from management.

Strict action must be taken against them. They harass and abuse the teachers. Even the kids are not safe in this school. Management is very unprofessional, insensitive and rude. They are very cruel with teachers and same for kids. Proper policies and procedures neither exist nor are followed in this institute.

The management is keeping educational certificates hostage even when teachers have served their notice period. About 20 teachers have resigned and are fighting to get their due since 5 months. Meanwhile the management threatens to "Lose the certificates" and tells us "What can do"
