If we bring mobile to repair. They will create another problem. Then they are demanding money with out generating bill . They are asking to customer send money to there own accounts

U dint seen this type of fake product in india's any side but u can in totoodo only its that type of toooo worst service centr. If go here u c'ant analyze which one is fake and original , that type experienced guys is there here .i gave to my v 11 pro for display replacement and cost is 10, 000. But fingerprint not worked i gave back to them but they told its our fault how its possible .and ask again 10000 for screen replacement.they thought customers are kiddoo believe all things .but they are guldu. Shameless people chor my money ??????.its a very very very fraud , cheat, shameless company

My iphone 6 plus has been discharges when not in use, thats why am bring it to there, after diagnosis they're told that the battery is died you must replace with new one. It's necessary so I purchased new battery and replaced it. But after that the problem is same as it is previously, I asking them, they told ' you should charge the battery continuously 12 hours there after problem will be solved'. But it is not solved. And at billing time they told the guarantee valid upto 6 months, sadly battery became spoil in four months and they didn't accepted to replace it with guarantee, now they says guarantee valid upto 3 months only.
The people working there are clueless. They tell you that they will update you soon but at the end you keep calling them 1000 times and they get one standard reply " I have no idea. I will call you back". This a loop. I hate totoodo and will never recommend anyone.

Pathetic customer service by totoodo, gave a phone today for screen replacement and was told to collect by 8:30PM today in sarjapur road branch. I am waiting for past 75mins and the guy keeps on telling me that he is coming in 15 mins ... Stay away from totoodo. One guy runs the service center and he manage to go to the actual service center to get the phone repaired. I personally will never visit totoodo again, and others if you feel your time is precious stay away from totoodo
The worst service they don't know how speak with customer I went replace the battery they damaged the screen, then they say because of dust it happed, they are not service engineers they speake very rubbish plz do not go to Opp. Brigade millennium J. P. Nagar

Had to wait for a week to receive the partially fixed mobile. Went back again requesting them to fix it and give it back for the money which I paid for them but I received worst customer support from the technician and from the head office customer support center.

Assured of using original screen replacement. Charged as much. Screen glass started flaking/cracking and coming off within hours, also the brightness and colours is all messed up. Customer service doesn't exist... Wont pick up calls and respond to mails. Serviced at Hsr layout
I am facing my tuff time with these guys. I have given my mobile for screen replacement and it is almost a week still I didn't get my mobile back. They have chnaged the mobile screen and delivered after 2 days but the screen was not working after 2 hours. again gave them back and still they are not delivered. They are not picking my calls or informing the delay. They are saying that the screen was not in stock wait for some time then they are saying that the mobile was sent to main branch etc multiple reasons. I am totally disappointed.

They never fix your mobile. dont get cheated by this kind of servicing centers. They take money and say that your phone is not working. same day along with me 3 more customer had the same issues. their mobile were scraped completely by this center. They dont have any certification. they dont have any facilities. completely fake and duplicate serving center.
I request everyone to be aware of this kind of service centers. Because they dont fix your mobile issues at all. just they say to replace the display or battery. if it works ok. if not just themselves damage your phone internally and say that the mobile is not working. simply they will be delaying your delivery. finally they steal your data and permanently destroy your phone.

My mobile Honor 8 pro was repaired by Mr. Sikander Pasha, ToTooDo, (Address: #188/1, Naveen complex, shop#4, near Byatarayanapura bus stop International Airport Road, Sahakar Nagar, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092) due to broken display. It was said that its a good genuine display, but brightness is very bad, not fixed properly and we can see opening on the edges of the screen. frame is broken during repair. Also touch screen is behaving very badly and touch is happening without touching the screen resulting toggling of wifi, mobile data, rotate screen, etc. Top part of display is getting heated. also the screen is again broken with the very first simple impact by side lamp of light weight. I went to huwaei honor centre and they said display and screen are of very bad grade and not genuine and also not fixed correctly. This centre has given worst experience. Now I will never attempt to get our gadget fixed from unauthorized centre. How will you guys survive doing these things and not accepting your own fault? I tried many times to contact them again but they are always busy and not in center. Bad luck for me and very bad experience.
I given my phone for service for exchange display they told its original and authorised but they putted market product and they are not giving any bill also really they cheating peoples .plssss don't give an phone to them . worst service center

They will take all personal data and first-time front camera missing got it fixed, second-time memory card missing went back. The third-time antenna was missing. Beware of such unauthorized repair centers.

I replaced my Iphone battery, as Apple guaranteed a replacement after IOS upgrade, these ba*rds replaced my iphone battery with an duplicate battery and after 4 months the battery started bulging, when I wen to their stores in Rajarajeshwari Nagar they said that without bill they wont even speak to me, and they said that every month they delete all the bills from their system:( .
They gave this number 7026604422, if we call this number and explain the issue they cut the call I tried calling them multiple times from different number, every time they listen to this problem they will cut the call

They just delay in delivering your product and use your device for personal use. They might be stealing your data and using for some wrong purpose. Never visit them, Full Choor. thuuuuuu.
I submitted my ipad for screen change which was supposed to be done in 1.5 hours. Its been 3 weeks and I have not got it. The biggest mistake in submitting my iPad to them. # police ant mishappening from my iPad, totodo is solely responsible.

Big shame to service industry.
The number one cheater .I took my mobile for repair and problem is not charging.After one they told me that charging plate is defect and I agreed to replace and cost they told is Rs 750 .After two days they told battery was dead.Now with battery and charging plate they asked Rs 2000 .I brought back my mobile without repairing.After that I ordered the charging plate online only for Rs 375 and replaced the old one by giving Rs 100 as service charge out side.Now it is working fine.
This is about the service center at Bannerghatta Road. I concur with most of the reviews here. I do believe the use cheap quality parts and replace the original part. I gave a Gionee phone which was working but after several DAYS of repair, I have a phone that is rendered useless. They never inform you the time they would require to fix and keep coming up with interesting excuses.
Please DO NOT risk your phone and waste your time. Visit a neighboring shop, they do a better job. Trust me they do!
