I ordered a wooden shoe cabinet rack from Sunrise via The Timber Guy website.

The order was placed on September 30th and was delivered on December 4th after multiple follow ups. This was well beyond their requested timeline of 4-6 weeks.

The product I received was damaged and wobbly. The finishing was reasonably good. I wanted to talk and understand the next steps and requested a call back. Didn't receive a proper response. They asked me to find a local carpenter to fix. I requested a couple more times for call back but no avail. No one responded on their published number also. Frustrated with no proper response from them,

I finally asked them to take back their product.

For this the response was prompt. They highlighted the terms and conditions on their website about why they can't take back the product.

Finally they sent a kit for a local carpenter. I got it touched up but the overall finish of the product is ruined..

Would never buy from them again. Their products may be good but God forbid if there is any damage during transit, they completely wash their hands of the order and product.

I have been ordering from Sunrise furniture since last 6 years. I had 1 bad experience in terms of receiving 2 pieces( one 3 seater & one 2 seater) sofa set in broken condition. Their solutions to such issues are appalling and frustrating.

We made a mistake of ordering a dining set and a bed from them after 3 years. BIG MISTAKE. after 2 weeks of mailing, Sonia accepted that the chairs she sent are made from faulty dye.

Now I am having problem getting them replaced.

They are too arrogant and un professional. They should shut their business and stop putting poor on line customers through so much of agony.

DO NOT ORDER OR BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM SUNRISE FURNITURE MART, JODHPUR.

You will be in deep deep trouble. You will be wasting your time, energy, money, peace of mind.to point out the least.

I have few colleges and ordered furniture.delivery delayed for two months after their last promise date.quality is as cheap as if we bought them roadside.half of the matirial was broke, he said he will send person but no answer, placed cheap rexine and tored entirely, he said he will send extra cloth for repair and mney for stitching, no use .no answer.worst company in india.their reviews on website were made on their own

The company is extremely unprofessional. The delivery was delayed ( they claim production was delayed) they didn't even have the courtesy to call or inform. After several follows ups ( they still never called back) they sent an email without any specific dates or delivery. I asked them to cancel and refund to which they said "now production has started we cannot cancel". The product said delivery in 4-6 weeks now they are saying transportation time exlcuded. I wrote a review on Instagram and they blocked me on their Instagram page. Nobody bothers calling back only emails which are very very vague. The worst place to buy furniture from. Worst customer service responswe.

One week delay in the delivery

Very happy with the quality!

Some damages on 2 items from 24 parcels but very well packed. The furniture traveled from Rajasthan to Andhra. I have had more damages with other furniture deliveries traveling just 150 km!

I was offered a repair kit for the small damages and a fair carpenter fee for the repair work.

My neighbor saw the furniture and booked a lot of furniture with Sunrise on the same day!

I went to this store much time for shopping purpose and this store is near my home. This store has good parking space for both cars and bikes and its ambiance is very nice. I do not like this store at present time. Its product quality is not so good and a price is very high for me. This store is not giving any return policy time and also not give any discount at a festival or normal time. This store has not more products.

If you want to buy this store please keep some point in your mind.

We have been searching for solid wood furniture for 6 months & checking most of the online furniture stores and found their prices reasonable so took the chance, I normally dont write reviews but we are so excited to see the quality stuff at rock bottom price, 1 star less just for the time frame(we were told 4 weeks but received around 5.5 weeks), still happy with the decision.

If you are about to buy product from Sunrise furniture Jaipur, wait DO NOT BUY.

I repeat DO NOT BUY ….

I am writing this review after I use their product for 6 months, please read all details carefully

1. The moment you order furniture from ebay, you will get mail to extend the delivery date . and the moment you accept that; you fall into their trap.

Now they have extra one month and because of that extra month, once you get product delivered @ your doorstep you will not be able to claim 30 days money back or even you will not be able to post comments. All existing comments are fake(According to me), don’t fall for it

1. And after a wait for 2 month(or even more) you will get product, with very poor Finish938844ing, cheap material and full of cracks(No kidding)

   
   




2. Now you cannot use one month money back guaranty, and you start calling the vendor(Mr Agarwal) who never answer to your phone after delivery. You try with eBay, and every time ebay replied with very politeness "Sir actually we are still trying to get in touch with vendor, we need some more time"

   
   




3. After I post this incident on ebay, and tagged ebay they got some sense and start responding, but still they are not ready to admit that they have shipped product with crack, and there response was like " We will send you  some glue and you have to fix it locally "

   
   

5.After some time I gave up. Now after few more months the wood has developed so many new cracks, and its not even a rainy season(Agarwal always claim that because of Rain wood develops crack)

1. My suggestion to all potential buyers, if you don’t want to attract any trouble, play safe and visit your local vendor.

Below are few more observations/points

The wood is not Sheesham, no 100% its not, its some cheap quality wood they use.

At the time of carving if it develops crack, vendor simply glue it and deliver it without hesitation, you will observer those cracks after 30-45 days of use.

Ebay is also unresponsive and after so much of follow up & they offer me Coupon worth 500(Rupees and not dollar;), LOL.

Vendor will not pick your call after sale.

Note- Though vendor never admin about faulty product, he was ready for money back . But he asked me to arrange for packing and shipment, and I will have to bare cost for all that. So I refuse it(I quote "I gave up";)). I regret now, I should have returned it . Now I even cannot sale this on OLX with so much cracks  ? .

I am overall satisfied with their product range and quality.I was told 4-5 weeks production time but it took 6 weeks to reach us, though initially I was irritated due to 1 week delay but after seeing the finish n quality I was able to forget the waiting time and went ahead to buy few more items(delivery pending).

I have bought from few other vendors as well but other than the waiting time I would give top rank to them.cheers.

We heard the deals on Sunshine furniture mart ( seller on ebay - id- sunshine_ in) were good - low price and decent reviews - and ordered for stuff for about Rs 1 lac. It was our best decision of life.

Have been looking for a solid wood yet affordable home furniture for a long time and I found this to be perfect match for my requirement. There were some minor delivery issue which the seller promptly addressed. The seller went extra mile to address my concerns, much appreciated! I have bought from many other companies in the past but their product quality is extremely good and found the prices almost 40% less than other vendors and much better quality ! I can say if they open more stores, they can do wonders.

The product and the seller are excellent. I received a partly damaged product which was due to mishandling by the courier agency. But within no time after I complained about it, the damaged part was picked up and replaced with a new one. I appreciate the prompt action by the seller. The product is a heavy built adequate storage space. It is also very easy to assemble, just lighten the nuts that's all. Happy buying for me. Don't think twice.just go for it.

Undoubtedly nice products. Meet with my requirement well. One thing to note is that they deliver the products in pieces and we have to assemble it, other than 9 cities where they provide free assembly.

Although it is very easy to assemble, as all the products are marked with proper number sequence.

Another good thing is that we got a follow up call from seller, to know about if we face any problem or difficulty to assemble the product.

Good buy. So I looked around for a while for a nice minimal fancy mod bed that's low in height, didn't find anything i liked until this piece. This one i found on sunrise is as good as it looks, with a classy teak finish. Wasn't a hassle assembling it. Goes well with a heighted mattress.

Awesome Product - With Amazing support from Sunrise. Will say the product is amazing, Good to see, Customer first policy by sunrise, rarely I find in sellers. Yes its completely made of wood, Queen size Sheesham Bed. I will give full 5 star for the product. I will divide my review in 3 stage. Assemble : Its simple DIY, it will come as knock down, all bolts and spanner was provide. Took me 2 hours to do it. I will say any can do it, its quite heavy if have helping hand will be really helpful. Sturdiness : The product I Saw in Peperfry Studio, Urban Ladder etc had a problem that no one was ready to ship to my address. Finishing : Product looks amazing, finish is perfect. No defects no scratches. I will say this is prefect and will prefer if anyone looking for bed go for Sunrise.

Nice product, value for money. The make of the cot is really good and superb. You can go for it without thinking twice, better than cots available in the local market. Delivery is good, overall nice product. May be if it is seen and purchased, we can get even better finish.

Best thing money can buy! The cot was well packed and delivered on time as committed. It was exactly how it was shown in the pics. The Cot was installed with the help of installation guy. Fell in love with the bed right away. The natural finish was just amazing. Heavy, sturdy, and the storage drawers are perfect. Go for it. I would definitely order more from Sunrise Furniture. Kudos on a good job!
