First, I thought stack overflow is best website because it helped me a lot to find my coding answers and solutions. But because of few stubborn people I am writing this dirty post. There are few people on stack overflow who has right to edit our post any time. And if they don't know answer or they're oversmart they close your post. They also make you angry and make fun of you in post and later delete it. So, others cannot see it. There should be a complete transperancy in post. So, everyone can see what is happening in background of stack overflow!. Yes I can understand that they make post unique so it's easy to find for everyone. But, there are many things stack overflow should understand and do not give access to any developer whether it is pro or noob cause they are idiots.

Why I like:

I am a Software developer, daily I visit on stackoverflow when I stuck in coding, most of the correct answer I do find on this site .

Its very rare that I didn't find answer on stackoverflow, but once I was not able to find some of my concept, after that I created profile on Stackoverflow, and I had posted my question on Stackoverlow.con and after with half an hour, I go the result, because lots of developer are available on stackoverflow to help you . Great community is available on Stackoverflow .

What I don't like:

At the time of posting questions there are lots of things which you have to follow like there are lots of steps involved if you have to ask questions .

My recommendation:

1. Follow green check to get correct answer on stackoverflow.com, green check means correct answer.

   
   




2. Post your question will proper coding steps and theory so any developer can understand your question properly before answer you .

   
   




3. Help others if you know correct answers of any question, like you will improve your skills.

   
   

This is the best website, which has over millions of code snippets, solutions to the problems posted by many programmers.

It is a single platform to solve your problem in programming languages like c, c+ , java, bash, php, c#, html etc. and to teach you with the solution.

As it is already established website many of the situations you get error while executing your program are already solved by professionals with the solutions attached in the thread.

When I used to work in a startup company, I used face some problems while executing my code with new errors which I had never heard off. But then one of colleague suggested me to lookup at stackoverflow.com, from then I visit stackoverflow whenever I face any problems or errors which may be compile time or run time error, stackoverflow has the answer.

I'm following this website from many years. Stackoverflow is a website where there is a discussion on programming code. Anyone can post their own queries or programming related doubts. Suppose you are facing problem or got struck with the logic of the code you can ask here so that anyone could respond.

I didn't heard anything about this website. I was generally in search of some code and gone through this site. I found this website useful and continued watching this whenever I was struck with something.

You can get different types of solutions. For example, you can find different logics for one question. Even different formats like structural format or functional format.

This is similar to quora, but in this place only the discussions related to coding are made.

This will be very helpful website. Everyone can become an expert in coding by practising the code.

Stackoverflow is good but in terms of UI I find it difficult while browsing. I think they should redesign the site and make it more user friendly. Even if they don't redesign the website users won't leave their website as its a unique website which is very useful but it would enhance users experience.

I haven't contacted their support so can't say anything on that. The services they provide across different fields of IT is enormous. Every developer has to use this site to find out what issue they facing.

Every database guy has to google for the errors he encountered. Every tester has to google if he's faced any issue while testing.
