This is my letter to Sleep Well Company. I was having an issue with this Comfort Cell 1.0 mattress the representative physically checked the mattress told me that the mattress is defective now the company is not listening to me neither their own representative. This is a case of total cheating & fraud. I will file a legal suit so that in the future other people will not be fooled like this.

On 30th July 2021, I received a shocking SMS from your end that Complaint No. 182539 has been inspected. Thanks for your kind support. There is no defect in the product. You may continue using the product. However, if you are not satisfied with us - please write to us at customercare@sheelafoam.com.
Sir it would not be wrong to mention that I am a customer of sleep well from 1992 my family had bought nearly 20-25 mattresses all kinds from your company like a simple foam mattress, quaire mattress, bonded foam mattress, etc. I always went with your new invention. That’s why this time I bought Comfort Cell Series 1.0 as it was going too much on media. The store owner also recommended me the same mattress for long-lasting. But after 15 days it started to become soft from a particular area. I immediately lodged a complaint about that. But as the lockdown was going on your executive told me to wait till the lockdown is lifted. They also told me to send pictures of the same problem. But sir I told them at that time only that the problem is not visible as the mattress was looking firm but if u just put your fingers on it goes down like cotton.
At last, your executive visited and he did find the same problem about the mattress and assured me that the mattress will be taken back by the company. He also clicked some images as per your company norms. But when your company rejected the claim I called him he accepted that the mattress was faulty and he said he is also surprised why the company didn’t accept the claim.
Sir, I have each and every call recording and conversation did with your executive he has accepted that the mattress is faulty. If your executive who has physically visited the spot is accepting that the mattress is faulty then how can u reject his claim without visiting the spot just by viewing the image? I have every time claimed that this problem can be judged without visiting the spot.
Sir by this incident some questions are been raised in my mind kindly give some time to answer it :
Why will I pretend to put a false claim that the mattress is defective, being a loyal customer of your company for 32 years and have bought more than 8 lacs rupees product like mattress and sofa material?
There are 100s of companies in the market I have faith in your company as I am a big follower of Gautam Family (The Owner of Sheela Foam Company) and having some family mutual friendship with them for many years so why I will defame the company image?
Does the company do not have faith in the customer's claim? Keep the customer aside and tell me does the company even do not have faith in their own employees claim?
I am suffering from back pain for the last 2 months due to this mattress I can even show you my orthopedic dr. certificate. Many companies give 100 days return guarantee and even refund the money if the customer is unsatisfied just because they trust their customer and they are not there just to mint money right?
Don’t you think I should definitely take this matter to your HOD, Social media (youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc) so that people will not get trap like me? Though I would not be able to make major damage to a big company like you can I try to save some people who have faith in your company just like me?
If the company is not listening to me and their own employee I have an option to go to a consumer forum and take legal action against this don’t I?
My money was wasted in buying this third graded mattress which didn't last for 10 days and the company giving a warranty of 10 years is this not a fraud?
I am not disturbed because I lost my money but I am harassed as somebody has cheated me right?
Waiting for a reply from your end. Also, I have enough proof and evidence of all the conversations and pictures regarding this matter which will benefit me if the case is taken to a higher department. Hope you will not consider your employee as a mentally retarded person and send another staff to verify the same issue.
