I bought Sleepwell premium air luxury spinetech mattress and it is totally waste of money. Got spine problems in 2 years and doctors advised to throw this mattress asap. 10 years warranty is fake promise, their call centre staff is so rude and they don’t even bother to attend customers call. Surprisingly even before visiting my place to see the product I got a message that your product is OK and we can’t change. Total fraud company and product… Highly disappointed and dissatisfied..

We bought one year back sleep well comfort 3.0 ... While using we face following issue ... Bulging/foam accumulated in mattress.... Cannot use.. After complaint they are asking so many documents even we sent invoice details... But still they are not responding... Now we are sleeping in floor only...so plan to buy new mattress from another company... Looks like fraud company and very poor quality for 65 thousand money.... Sleep well is a name but we cannot sleep well..

Customer service is really bad. I bought 50000 Rs mattresses and it has gone bad(huge bump in the middle which is unusable). I have 10 yrs warranty but now they are saying this mattress is discontinued and cannot be fixed or replaced. They will hand me 10K voucher(not money) that I have to go buy new mattress which is now costing 70K .

We bought two single mattresses for two beds on 30 May 2021 from Kishore Foam agency, Panchkula. spent more than 38000, one mattress was custom size made by sleepwell. One mattress increased in size 1 inch and the flexibility changed to more soft than other mattress. We have made a complaint to their customer care they said need to send photo and video of mattresses. Their support team is so pathetic that they said we have inspected the product from video and photos sent by us. No physical verification will be happened and the product is genuine and our complaint is not genuine.


Without physical inspection they said product do not have any issue. Please do not buy their product as if there is any problem they will not responsible for that.

I brought a sleepwell mattress 2 months back. We thought it is a good buy but it is one of the worst thing anyone can bring. Quality is pathetic, customer service is worst.


Since day 1, mattress has a peculiar sound of rubber even with a slight movement. I registered complaint with Sleepwell and the response I get from them is that we will send a representative. That representative never called.


It seems this is a fraud company which is here just to loot people.


Please don't buy sleepwell mattress. it is not worth it. It is wastage of money and time and you will surely loose your sleep time.

I buy sleepwell mattress company beds and another day i lot of work do and i am so tierd and i come home i eat fast and go to bed i started to sleep ?? the bed gives comfortable sleep and next morning i feel good and wake up early and i go to the office i work enrgyli that day so that credit goes to my bed so i feel very well so i would say thanks to sleep well mattress comapny thanks a lot i sleep very well thanks OK bayy

I purchased Sleepwell Mattress from a showroom. During that time, foam of mattress was hard and the showroom person suggested to use it for some time and the foam will become soft. On the basis of his promise, I used for 5-6 months and no difference in hardness resulted and multiple cracks resulted on foam. A complaint was registered by me on customer care. After 7 days of complaint, agent visited my home and recommended for replacement and said that you will get the notification on email-id. However, solution to the problem didn't result till further 2 weeks. I am really disappointed and will never purchase Sleepwell products now. I will go to them by consumer court if my problem is not entertained.

This is my letter to Sleep Well Company. I was having an issue with this Comfort Cell 1.0 mattress the representative physically checked the mattress told me that the mattress is defective now the company is not listening to me neither their own representative. This is a case of total cheating & fraud. I will file a legal suit so that in the future other people will not be fooled like this.


Dear Sir,


On 30th July 2021, I received a shocking SMS from your end that Complaint No. 182539 has been inspected. Thanks for your kind support. There is no defect in the product. You may continue using the product. However, if you are not satisfied with us - please write to us at customercare@sheelafoam.com.


Sir it would not be wrong to mention that I am a customer of sleep well from 1992 my family had bought nearly 20-25 mattresses all kinds from your company like a simple foam mattress, quaire mattress, bonded foam mattress, etc. I always went with your new invention. That’s why this time I bought Comfort Cell Series 1.0 as it was going too much on media. The store owner also recommended me the same mattress for long-lasting. But after 15 days it started to become soft from a particular area. I immediately lodged a complaint about that. But as the lockdown was going on your executive told me to wait till the lockdown is lifted. They also told me to send pictures of the same problem. But sir I told them at that time only that the problem is not visible as the mattress was looking firm but if u just put your fingers on it goes down like cotton.


At last, your executive visited and he did find the same problem about the mattress and assured me that the mattress will be taken back by the company. He also clicked some images as per your company norms. But when your company rejected the claim I called him he accepted that the mattress was faulty and he said he is also surprised why the company didn’t accept the claim.


Sir, I have each and every call recording and conversation did with your executive he has accepted that the mattress is faulty. If your executive who has physically visited the spot is accepting that the mattress is faulty then how can u reject his claim without visiting the spot just by viewing the image? I have every time claimed that this problem can be judged without visiting the spot.


Sir by this incident some questions are been raised in my mind kindly give some time to answer it :


Why will I pretend to put a false claim that the mattress is defective, being a loyal customer of your company for 32 years and have bought more than 8 lacs rupees product like mattress and sofa material?


There are 100s of companies in the market I have faith in your company as I am a big follower of Gautam Family (The Owner of Sheela Foam Company) and having some family mutual friendship with them for many years so why I will defame the company image?


Does the company do not have faith in the customer's claim? Keep the customer aside and tell me does the company even do not have faith in their own employees claim?


I am suffering from back pain for the last 2 months due to this mattress I can even show you my orthopedic dr. certificate. Many companies give 100 days return guarantee and even refund the money if the customer is unsatisfied just because they trust their customer and they are not there just to mint money right?


Don’t you think I should definitely take this matter to your HOD, Social media (youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc) so that people will not get trap like me? Though I would not be able to make major damage to a big company like you can I try to save some people who have faith in your company just like me?


If the company is not listening to me and their own employee I have an option to go to a consumer forum and take legal action against this don’t I?


My money was wasted in buying this third graded mattress which didn't last for 10 days and the company giving a warranty of 10 years is this not a fraud?


I am not disturbed because I lost my money but I am harassed as somebody has cheated me right?


Waiting for a reply from your end. Also, I have enough proof and evidence of all the conversations and pictures regarding this matter which will benefit me if the case is taken to a higher department. Hope you will not consider your employee as a mentally retarded person and send another staff to verify the same issue.

Useless Mattress( Unsleepwell not Sleepwell)


I Rajwant singhpurchased sleepwell product for around 13 thousand in July 21 .After using the product my son started Backache . When i made complaint, today i got call from representative due to carona we are unable to send our person and my job is if the mattresses are pressed anyhow you send me full picture of mattresses. After some time i received mail your complaint is not genuine and ticket closed.andthey are replying like thanks for allowing for inspecting your product , the product is good and continue using the the product, but nobody came for inspecting the product they themselves closing the complaint without recifying. Bitter experiance. I think its a system generated message for rejection of complaint.

They sold me a bed which lost shape within a month. Post that even after their engineer confirmed the fault they refuse to honour their warranty. Mails are responded with no person and there are no internal escalations. They don’t


care for service at all. Just sell rubbish and fool customers. Stay away.

We bought revital2.0 from Sleepwell rajapuri and its been almost 20 days that there is not much help to look at the defective product wrt measurement being sent, it was the executive from sleepwell who took the measurement and when delivered product was laid down it found to be bigger then the size and getting slipped out, however after complaint logged inspite multiple follow up nothing was done and was posed as they are helpless and will follow the own course, its been now over 15 days officially lodging complaint and had o give peace of mind, thus recommend to think before buying from sleepwell especially rajapuri outlet in Dwarka

I bought a Sleepwell Mattress and within 8 months the stitching has given out. I then raised a ticket, Sleepwell representative visited, looked at it and said someone will come and fix it. Well, nothing happened and the ticket was closed. I call them and guess what "Stitching is not covered in warranty", can you believe that. I was told stitching of mattress carries warranty of only 6 months, I was off by 2 months lucky them. This is something that you will not hear from any vendor, even a decent shirt that you buy would not tear even after multiple washes. I have attached an image for you and Sleepwell folks to look at.

Purchased Spinetech mattress, within 10 days got back pain. Called the helpline and got it replaced with Spinetech Air by paying the difference. Now its very comfortable. I like to thank the Sleepwell helpline team for being very supportive and getting things right in very less time.

Dear Sleepwell,


Thank you for finally replying back to my complaint, and further acknowledging all three mattress provided by you are defective and needs replacement.


Further I do not wish to upgrade any of my mattress and simply I need exact design, size mattresses which is under warranty replaced with no extra cost. Additionally I stay overseas due to which lodging a complaint took longer as with 18 months the mattress condition was bad.


TOTAL original cost of all 3 mattresses- Rs 1, 07000.


Complaint number - 154174- Replacement cost- Rs 32, 106


Complaint number - 154175- Replacement cost-Rs 26, 422


Complaint number - 151772- Replacement cost -Rs 27, 163


Total replacement cost for 3 mattress is -


Rs 86, 691


So basically all 3 mattress are defective and you tell me warranty is only for 1 year and rest of the 4 years is a bogus warranty where I have to pay to change your defective mattress ??


I beg again to bring your attention again to the quality of your product - NOT 1 but ALL 3 MATTRESSES ARE DEFECTIVE.

Emporio was the most expensive mattress at the showroom at the time pf purchase.


It came with a 5 year full replacement guarantee and another 5 years of exchange on pro rata basis.


The mattress broke up and sagged in 3 years. The company inspected and offered to replace on additional payment of Rs. 33698.00.


This is not what is expected as customer service when it involves your best product. It should be replaced without additional payment.
