Sleep Company Mattresses

Best choice ever made as far as mattresses are concerned. I have chronic back pain and cervical spondylitis and I'm also heavy built, and after a lot of research on latex, spring and memory foam mattress, I bought this mattress and I have used memory mattress for a while now and foam mattress for a lot of years, and this is by far the best amongst many choices out there.

Good Serves 110% to its words. There is two model one is othropedic and other Luxury.

Othro is good for back pain relief as its much firm to support our back. it really exert upwards to support our back curve.

Luxe is good for people who love bouncy cosy and soft premium feel it is recommended for them who do not have back pain issue.

In short if you choose the correct type your every penny invested will be fruitful.

It is an amazing product just loved the comfort of the mattress.

I have been using the mattress for year and I got good support from all the team associate to get my product delivered to my home.

They shipped me used mattresses with yellow stains like Human feces and had bugs on Mattress.

Customer Care also does not respond. You write them a mail and they don't bother.

Beware of their website description, claims and integrity.

I ordered a mattress with many accessories directly from the Sleep Company instead of on Amazon. I was ok with the mattress and other accessories. However the pillow was a nightmare. It caused neck pain for everyone in the family on the very first day.

Based on their published "Free shipping and returns policy" I initiated the return of pillows alone. The response from the Sleep Company was pathetic and finally when I escalated I got an email saying returns is not allowed with a casual mention of them letting their R&D department to improve the quality. So summary

1) Do not trust this company or what they claim. They will not adhere to the returns policy and I am sure will do the same with the 100 day trial offer on mattress. So beware

2) In case you still want to purchase the Sleep Company products, please purchase on Amazon. That way if you are not happy with the quality after the first night, you can return hassle free

I am searching for mattresses to replace my aging Kurl-On mattresses(Classic - 10 years old) and found this brand interesting as its a copy cat of the Purple brand in the USA. Thought of ordering the mattress and find out that they are selling the seat cushion which is made of the same material and ordered it. Its almost a week and I have not received the product. I waiting for the product.

The rating I have given now is for their website(and service) which is not showing proper shipping related information. I also called their support and it's very lackluster. The support person sounded as if why are you calling, you will get it one day. Also, they are not at all interested in their product.

I will update this review once I receive the product.

But after receiving it I got shocked(checking its quality). Its made up of cheap plastic / some combination of plastic & rubber. Actually its a very cheap imitation of Purple(a US brand) . Its completely lost its shape within an Hour of usage and it contains various shapes(Squares, rectangles, rhombus). The customer service is one of the worst. They speak as if they are a local shop. No professional manner at all. They don't have any return policy!
