A tale of two hearts ????
Jul 31, 2020 06:13 PM 471 Views (via Android App)

What would you do if you are lucky enough to find someone who is ready to forgive you, despite your heinous misdemeanour conducted towards them? The archetypal answer would be: “never let them go! ”, of course, isn’t it?

But, are love locked tie-ups between two individuals really that plain-sailing? Well, the answer to this unfathomable query lies within the lines of the third fragment of the “Deb-Avantika” series by Durjoy Dutta in his much acclaimed novel “She broke up I didn’t! I just kissed someone else”.

Today we are all strictly domiciled in a world of incertitude, distress and heartbreaks, sometimes caused due to our own gormless deeds as a result of which our mind and soul is constantly trapped in the doldrums. Howbeit the question at this stage arises: is this scrutiny of your loved one’s loyalty that obligatory?

Hence, pondering over the same lines and trying to extricate the mystery that modern day relationships are eventually turning out to be, here is a simple yet winsome attempt made by the best-selling novelist who is soon paving his way towards the world of mighty prominence, Durjoy Dutta. The book primarily revolves around the life of a couple, an average looking Deb and a breathtaking Avantika who were head over heels in love with each other.Their life had been no less than a fairy tale , meant to end on a happy note , with everything going hunky-dory until one day, Deb decides to ruin it with his bare hands by cheating on Avantika. Deb due to his own internal turmoils had been growing insecure towards Avantika and questioning her loyalty failing to owerpower which he himself ended up committing infidelity TWICE ! . However despite this dolour endowed by Deb, Avantika decided to forgive him and tried mending their relationship. But is , Deb capable of this absolvitory behaviour, had the tables been turned in their relationship? Or was this just a big mistake?

From the blind trust and overly-adjusting nature that women often foolishly depict to the ground rules of trust and infidelity that are the foundations of any relationship, the writer has indeed covered it all.so definitely give it a try and let me know as well what you think! ????????!

This novel is just a crap. I must say another hopeless attempt at writing a romantic story. Its really disappointing when you are waiting for a novel which you think will do wonders will turn out to be something ordinary. This book just have a catchy tittle and a perfect cover.

It was good in the beginning but got boring and quite predictable midway . Deb and Avantika were the protagonists of the novel who were madly in love. Then Deb kissed another girl Malini and Avantika broke all contacts with him. Every minute of tragedy is described after breaking up in this book. Unwanted sex is there just to make the readers hold on to the book .Too much confusion and chaos comes in the story midway which makes the book a bit monotonous . I've read many other books by DD like Our impossible love, The boy who loved(in his recents) I must say this book is utter disappointment over those.

This novel is very interesting and very beautiful and has a very unique speciality that the lines of this book are very nice and impressieve. As the name suggest she broke up I didnt. I just kissed someone else. This title is very relivent to the story as this story revolves around Deb and Avantika, the few chapters of the starting are a compilation of the previous 2 novels and then the story starts that Avantika forgives deb of kissing a girl just because he was drunk but could not take on it when the same mistake happens again. When a mistake is committed by a boy a girl forgives him but when the same mistake is done by girl the boy does not forgive him. This novel is very beautiful and one must read it.

As the name proposes, this book is about the cutting edge Romantic tales, apparently, occurring all through the adolescent people of India. It enlightens us concerning a suspicious fellow, taking incessant questions on his better half.

The thing I like about this book is Nothing. It neglects to pass on the message its expected to, it doesn't give you a wonderful consummation, it makes you demolish the divider utilizing your clench hands, basically on the grounds that it has no upbeat closure.

Thus, don't squander your time. If it's not too much trouble

Full points for the title...and i love @durjoy dut

The third in his novella, the author maintained his tempo of being one of the most sought after writers by the young.

Storyline: Avantika, a name very familiar with Debashish Roy, a management student at MDI, Delhi. Deb, a not so good looking guy gets hooked to a very beautiful, sexy and angelic Avantika, who loves him to her core, after she recovers from her tragic history of drug addiction. Though she is disowned by her family, Avantika gets into a passionate relationship with Deb, a fatso and good in bed type. Deb suffers from a inferior-complex due to his appearance, and wonders why such a sexy girl like Avantika had to hang on with him, for over 3 years. He doubts her character, when she had to work on a project with a sexy guy called Kabir, for which she is abandoned by him. This brings him closer to another sexy classmate, Malini who saves him from falling into a nervous depression, after he left Avantika. After some time, Malini educates Deb that his decision of abandoning Avantika was a blunder and she evicts herself out of Deb’s life, even after she falls in love with him and ofcourse lot of sexual encounters. Deb finally decides to opt for his old love Avantika, and dumps Malini, as he realizes that he never loved Malini, but only lusted for her.

Positives: The story clearly projects how pre-marital sexual affairs in colleges and schools devastate lives of today’s youth. It is clearly evident that today’s youth is mistaking lust for love and repent later when they have to live a forced married life with a stranger. It’s a lesson to many boys and girls as to how they are destroying their own lives in the name of fun and get tortured for rest of their lives when they don’t get to marry the ones whom they slept with in their college days. Can such testosterone driven infatuation ever be termed as LOVE? Would such guys and gals ever be at peace if at all they get married to someone other than those who they slept with before marriage? Million Dollar Questions….

Negatives: This story clearly elicits the fact as to how young girls and boys in colleges, nowadays, get sexually involved with each other, as if they just don’t mind offering their bodies to each other physically, without any moral and true love lurking behind. I wonder how they get to live with a new married partner, after they involve in multiple sexual encounters with multiple partners, before marriage, in the name of fun. This is nothing but not only cheating each other but also their families and resulting kids, forever. Gives a horrible route map as to where today’s so-called modern society is leading us to.

This story is again the continues of Deb and Avantika tale where in avantika and deb are having an successful affair and are rated as the very good couple in the Collage campus. Avantika is a very beautiful girl and deb is like very fate and pale and they are like deb must have dine very really good deeds in his last life.

So the story goes on and it takes a drastic turn when deb kisses malini when he is fully drunk.Malini is deb’s classmate. And then there relationship enters in to the rocky phase Basically I dindt like the book as it doesn’t have that think which would keep you attached to the book. The writing too is very not good as it is in his earlier book.
