I feel this review is:
Customer service is pathetic. They purposefully disconnect from the registered mobile number. They talk when we call from foreign numbers. They charge unnecessarily. They never give the coupons for reward points. I think they want to compete with government offices in terms of service.
Avoid like plague.

The sales team tortured me to buy card. After 3 years of usage, they blocked the card. I have contacted so many times and finally completed EKYC. The card is blocked from past 2 months. They are simply wasting my time. I suggest not to choose SBI credit card. I want to give minus rating, but that option is there
I hate each and every employee of the sbi card and their service yaak ??. They are looting us. I want to deactivate my account permanently but no one is ready to help even though all dues are clear. I wish they would get punished by the Karma in the same life.

Had SBI card and I made all payments on time and cleared alll due. But after making full payment my card is permanently blocked and reason is unknown. They were calling very frquently for payment but nothing is informed for blocking the card.
Same thing happened with HDFC and KOTAK credit card but they are working even after late payment.
Suggesting every one not to be trapped and apply for SBI card.
SBI Bank and SBI Cards are the most pathetic financial institutions on earth. They always roll-out false offers to increase their revenue and don't deliver on what they have promised. You have to literally beg them and follow-up 100 times for something you are entitled to get. Bunch of fraudsters.
SBI card not good for customer, always saying wrong DOB entered during make call to customer care.
I was charged annual fee after deactivate SBI card. I closed the account after paying Annual fee.
I am very disappointed with SBI card.
I have been getting more than 12 calls every day for some kind of sales marketing pitch & above all there agents fight & are very foul mouth; if done mistake by opting for SBI card
SBI card is one of worst card. They will change the reward points earning without informing to the customers. Customer care took so much time to respond. They took so much time took to connect to the care executive. They ask about your date of birth, it always says incorrect DOB entered event if you enter correctly.
I would recommend don't go with SBI credit card.
I recently met SBI cards sales executive in amanora mall Pune. The executive told me features of card and told that it's completely free. Also I'll be getting JBL headphones the next day. After couple of days I got a call from SbI and I was told that I'll be getting two headphones Jbl and One plus by courier. It's almost a month I have not received the headphones and sales executive is saying that you can close the card. Also I am charged RS. 499 + gst. Though verification departmemt told me that there are charges. Still my question is why sales executive is giving false information.? And my complaint against him is declined

On a visit to my sbi branch, the staff there offered to me, to sign up for a sbi credit card!! Which i did!! Little didi realise that, it's a fraudulent activity....buy which they generate funds to run the back....not much different from Usury(Kandu vatty), last year had to shell out 16k bucks for the sin committed ...of opting for this stupid credit card!! Was resting in peace after blocking the card... haven't used it since....now these buggers want me to pay 3800 bucks....the officials say it's the amount ( penalty) you have to pay for getting conned, by us!! We will be sweet....only on the day we sell you thisproduct....interest of the following days...you will see our true picture!!! 100s of stories you an see in the internet ....i beg everyone not to fall a prey to this sbi credit card scheme....p
Sbi card is one of the worst car ever. Never fall to their trap.
They do false promises and none of the promises are delivered.
Their executives are like from chor bazar. Selling false products which doesn't exist.
You call their customer care. Their c care also provides false data. Later you have to pay for their card joining fee in any case or they will keep putting interests.
Don't fall for this scam of sbi card.
I purchased a product from Amazon worth 5920 and returned it back. Amount was refunded by Amazon so I did not need to pay the outstanding. Incidentally still I have been made to pay fin charges worth 208
For starters : They have beggars type people outside every office even going to the extent of touching your feet to sell their worthless cards.
They promise you zero charges but annual charges will be exorbitant !
Their customer care is worse than this useless banks counter 3- counter 4 run.
If allowed to say so , wish death to this worthless bank and its cards.
NEVER EVER GO FOR AN SBI CREDIT CARD.
I had been regularly using my SBI card and paying all my dues on time and then I opened account in another bank. So i calle their customer service after paying my dues to tell them I want to permanently deactivate my card. Nothing... They were all making excuses. One man went to extent of telling me that I don't know what is good for me and I should keep my card for future emergencies. 1.5 later i am getting non stop messages and emails to pay my ''dues". I calle dthen multiple times on their helpline yesterday. One customer representative told me. He will waive all my dues and block the card permanently. Nothing. The card was still active. I called the helpline again as usual and the woman I was speaking to hing up on me as I was speaking.
I reported the card stolen and blocked my card on my own. But what's the use? The SBI credit card account is still active and I am being charged annual fees and now even monthly fees.
This is the definition of white collar stealing. My family has SBI accounts as well I urge them to leave SBI credit card services as well. Their customer service is useless and they will do whatever it takes so that even after paying all your dues you can't cancel the darn card account and move on with your life.

I had not to opt continue with my fbb sbi card. i had paid all dues on my previous card. but they issued new card without my knowledge and charged annual fee. despite several requests at customer care they don't closed my card.
Purposefully customer care executive taking so time to response, It's their tactics to ignore the customers who they don't want as a customer
DISGUSTING! Don't choose SBI and NEVER!
SBI card is one of the worst and unreliable amongst I have used yet.
They practice dodgy transactions and put unknown/hidden charges which hasn't been delivered to us.
Every month I paid the due amount and then next month again there's due comes automatically, and it's really seems funny that I never used a single transaction with the card but I am paying 2500-3000 and if I don't pay they add late payment fee.
NEVER USE SBI CARD OR THEIR DODGY SERVICES
Not getting billing SMS in time, no Transparency in billing and putting heavy penalty. Not able to reach to customer service guy. there is round robin process and finally customer will stop follow-up.
No transparency in billing cycle. If you miss any payment they call your relatives and abuse them. They put extra charges and hidden fees.
Unnecessarily adding amount to outstanding and not giving proper explanation to excess amount which they add. Bad service when we escalate concern also. CS head dept also not responding to customer query. Already I had cancelled one credit card and noW planing to cancel my 2 SBI card also
