I called them on an they Gave me Complaint no-47880

And Technician Name Mallikarjun

I call around 9.30 Am with in a moment I got a call form SV Technician

an he asked me whats the problem your facing in your Geyser & I told him every thing he told me that with in he will come now I told him com after 2 pm he sad ok

he came on Time an Repair my Geyser got repaired an services was so good an charges was good.

These guys are absolute DACOITS! I registered complain number 46241 for my LG Refrigerator. They came, changed 2 parts, serviced the fridge and charged me 4450.

They said fridge is on defrost, and they will come next morning if any problem is there. Since then, it has been 11 days I have been chasing them. I called atleast 50 times to the technician Abdul Subhan. Never ever go for their PATHETIC Service.

They have Given me the Complaint No-35726 An Technician Name Called Naveen Kumar.

On 1/08/2015 Morning.

After some time I got a call from Technician Naveen Kumar an he given me a time for 1 hour to visit my home an he came on Time And he took my Fridge for Repair for his work shop an he told me that there is Gas issue and full service for my Fridge & he told me that Cost will be 1650/-

I Sade Ok Praveen I need my Fridge in working Condition.And the Praveen kumar Sade me that u will get your fridge on same Day Before 7 Pm. In working Condition. I got My Fridge on time and its working V Good. Thanks Praveen And SV Service Center.

I Have Logged a request for washing manchine service  in SV Service Center On 14/8/15 on the same Day the  Technician visited to Our Place in RT Nagar and Technician Name is Vinod Kumar.

He, s well Experienced technician he identified the problem in 10min on the same day in solve my washing manchine problem and the manchine started working in new condition and I paid the amount of Rs 1200  Before I got the estimate from other service Centers they told some amount of Rs 2800 But from SV Service Center I got the best price and 1year warranty also. So good service

I had asked for my washing machine service. There came a guy who knew BALLS about washing machine. Didn't even know how to unscrew the machine, kept calling someone on phone every two minutes to know how to unscrew, unplug and dismantle the machine to find the fault.

Changed almost 4 devices inside the machine, yet couldn't find the problem and asked me for money for changing those 4 devices. I didn't pay him as the machine is not even working. He incorrectly plugged back the wires into the main PCB board.

Put all the dismantled wires below the motor and sensor and left the place before getting thrashed. When whirlpool guys came and found the problem and fixed it, they didn't notice the mismatch of the plugs into different and wrong sockets.

While the machine was switched on, the electricity MCB tripped. The PCB board got burnt inside because of plugging the sockets incorrectly. The cost of repair is now Rs.10000. 1/3rd of the price of the machine. This is solely caused by the great, one and only useless bloody cheating idiotic senseless brainless SV Service center bangalore.

Beware people, never ever go for this service center. They will service your mind off. Your wallet and bank account also will be serviced if you opt for these guys. Sick and pathetic, unethical, heartless, illiterate, untrained so called service men come home to spoil your peace of mind. Someone should shut this company down to save the future. Worthless_s.

I registered a complain for my whashing machine problem( ref: 45696), one service engineer came and as soon as he opened the washing machine, he said that we need to change the drum, it will cost me 3900 and asked to call to service center again and they will take to workshop and fix the issue and went off.

When I called the service center( twice), no one turned after that. I got the problem fixed by a private sr.engg later with sr. charge of only 450. Is there any way to give no stars for my review? Is this a way to earn money?

These people took 2 days to find a spare part for fridge and that too I had to call them many a times for which they answered rudely.

Their so called TECHNICIANs are always so busy that they cannot even pick the call.

Whenever I called to customer care they told to call the TECHNICIAN and the TECHNICIAN does not pick the call.

To avoid this kind of situation, please go for local electricians as they are actually value for money and time both.There is no option for negative rating.

Please don't trust S.V Service Center Bangalore. It doesn't do any service only buy time and money from you. I complained about Washing Machine which was having problem. They have send So called Technician “who does not know anything about the washing machine”. The Technician taken the machine to their service center and return the machine after four days and told me that he has changed the bearing and bracket of the drum and collected the money of Rs.5000/-.

The machine had worked only one day after that started the same problem. May be the technician might have put some oil on the bearing.  When I try to contact the technician he was not lifting his mobile at all. Finally got the machine repaired by Authorized service centre. In this process I lost my money and lot of time and lot of energy by fighting with them. practically, SV Service center Technician did nothing on my machine but collected Rs.5000/-.  Please do not waste your money by engaging S.V Service Center. By mistake also one should not contact S.V Service Center Bangalore for any repair works. Do not spoil your costly Items.

I got a repair done on my geyser which again broke down the next day, I have been continuously calling their office for last 10 days asking somebody to come and repair but I ONLY GET ASSURANCES that somebody will come.

BUT NO CALLS FROM ANYBODY, NO VISIT. They are basically concerned more about their Rs 300 service charge rather than listening to customer. I said I was ready to pay again but nobody turned up.

THEY are just trying to loot the customer by giving what they call as:SERVICE:". Actually it was my fault that I did not read reviews and just went by their website.

DO NOT TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM THEM

I made the mistake of buying a local brand water heater Swarna from them. It started leaking in two months! Even though it has 10 years warranty!

After numerous calls the service center people keep promising they will come but dont turn up.  They just keep making excuses for not coming. In addition they are rude and insulting - I was really taken aback!  When I asked for the managers number they refused to give . Extremely arrogant attitude!

Please stay away its better to buy a national brand and get servicing from a reputed service center

By mistake I called their service for my washing machine & the technician did something wrong and the machine totally stopped working. After so much fight(visited their office also)  they sent another person came and took the PCB and and didn't come back again. After 2 months another technician came and charged me for the new board to fox the problem.

So they changed me twice in 3 months time to fix the problem & I could have called them more than 1000 times. Instead of calling their service better to scrap the machine & buy a new one & you will get peace of mind. otherwise you will get tortured by their response . I will give negative rating only, but no option for negative rating

I had contacted S V enterprises as my IFB washing machine(senorita plus) has issues with water leakage. They sent a technician Tabrez who told me that there is an issue with outer drum of the machine and will charge 8K for repair.

They also wanted to take the washing machine to their factory to repair it!  Fortunately, I did not believe them and did not handover the washing machine. This guy took Rs 350 to find the problem(which actually doesn't exist!) I called another technician and he immediately found the problem to be with one pipe as it was broken . It costed Rs 275 to be replaced and my machine is now working fine without issues.

Please dont believe technicians of S V enterprises OR even call them. They have no idea about washing machines but will ensure the Rs 350 service charges are paid! And you will feel cheated in the end!

S V Service Centre is a franchisee of onida and calls to Onida get redirected to them. I own an Onida washing machine and gave a complaint on 20th April. I was promised that the technician will come and attend the next day. However, till today(24th) no one had turned up despite 10+ follow up calls. There are only promises after promises, but no action.

Also lot of time of mine got wasted as they keep promising that they will come within an hour, making us wait for them, but not turn up at all. Same thing gets repeated many times. Then they promise to assign the issue to another technician, and the same thing repeats all over. Quite an unreliable organization with least respect for customer service

Never ever go to this service center. I am under trauma for the last 15 days after giving a washing machine for service. They neither respond to calls or call back. The technician kept promising the delivery everyday for the last 10 days and finally stopped taking the calls.

The service center people are even worse and asking same questions every time I call the phone number(I need to keep repeating the same story) that too to different people. The standard response is to talk to the technician and try conference with them without any output.

This is absolutely horrific and never seen such a customer service in my life in this world where everyone is focusing on the customer care as the business model. I can not leave without a star so giving one star.

I am using IFB washing machine for the last 12 years and never had an issue with the product so far, but purely because of these kinds of services, thinking of switching the product.

AND BEWARE THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED IFB SERVICE CENTER. IFB IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACT OF NEGLECT
