One of the key features why people like to be a part of Quan Spa, Kothrud, Pune is because these are smaller day spas that also feature a steam room or Jacuzzi unlike other spa.
This spa is quite professional in the different muscle spa and overall great relief provided from easing muscle tensions and cramps is simply magical here. The therapists real the body overall.

This spa is equipped with staff member who cater to the customer needs in a very cooperative and skilled way. They also are very popular in the way they finish their work swiftly overall.
Quan Spa, Kothrud, Pune has a big problem with not been able to train the masseuse in a specific manner. Some of them don’t know any technique to do massage and will simply press and it will pain in the end.
The different options to choose from this spa is too limited. Previously the had many options but now the services have gone downhill. They have not updated the same on the online websites and that is very disappointing.
The lady at Quan Spa, Kothrud, Pune had hair all over the face that led me to wondering how she was able to see what she was doing. The lights in the spa are also not that great.
Quan Spa, Kothrud, Pune redeemed my voucher without my notice and did not respond to the countless emails and the texts that I have been sending them for the respective refund. Don’t know where the money is blown away. Worst service
Quan Spa, Kothrud, Pune has some rude staff members that it really needs to train because for every question they know how to back answer properly but not cater to the service.
Quan Spa, Kothrud, Pune does not have any entries for couple massage and when I booked they told me to opt for single massage or call the customer care. But the customer care team is simply not responsive and keep ignoring.
This spa makes use of some of the very great skin products that cause no rashes or allergies post the massage. It is also made sure that allergic skin aren't treated with products that may cause itching in any form.
This spa has a very annoying fact that in the midst of sitting in the sauna, one can find bugs anytime. So be ready to experience the thrill because cockroaches come into the bath tub from the walls.
This spa is a must visit for those guests who look forward visit spa resorts that also come along with overnight breaks so as to make the very most of the site’s facilities. They also have art gyms, fine restaurants, relaxation rooms here.
This spa is one of its kind since its medical spa facilities is the best way to provide the skin with good amount of pampering. They do not deal with artificial injections in any form.
The services sold in this spa are not as per mentioned on their online websites. They do not serve supper, they don’t usually sell drinks to guests. Sometimes also not allowed to sit on the terrace.
This spa does not have proper stuff that is otherwise promised to eb provided as a part of their amenities. They do not have cotton buds. There is no deodorant. Forget powder. It is too much to expect here.
Quan Spa, Kothrud, Pune uses a very royal way to cheat the customers that is not expected here honestly. They will give multiple vouchers but when asked to redeem will share how invalid they are.
