You know what's the best part?? They sent us the USED charger with all the black scratches on it.
Im just receiving their message in WhatsApp saying the concerned team will update me soon. Seriously?Concerned team is not at al concerned to respond to the message??
why do you guys even have the support team in WhatsApp and mail??

In mail someone called Arijita responded saying it takes 3-4 days. But now it's more than 7 days.Now no email response/WhatsApp response.
Totally frustrated with the service.
Need the replacement of the Adapter to be shipped today at any cost.
