My mother ....who is legally blind.... And partially deaf has had me help her with her 2024 change over from Wellcare ..... What a complete joke.... I having perfect hearing an 20/20 vision have spent over 20 hours with non English speaking people trying to transfer everything... IT IS HORRIBLE

Don't ever go for pacenet board band service.

You wont be able to get in touch with the customer care executive ever. Low net speed and worse service. If they committed for 10mbps u will be getting 6, 4, 2 mbps speed it will keep fluctuating.

Don't waste your money. this is the worse ISP. Go for other options. Call the user care, they will always tell you lie but not give you solutions.

Within 20 days of payment my internet is down for the 4th time. I want my refund back as I am not getting the service for which I paid, but they are not giving it back to me. I would give negative feedback if they allow me to

They shut down company and time and change the name of company and loot money from customers,

Started like

Spidigo then they shut down service, the only broadband service in world with out call center! yes confirmed by the spidigo officials that they will only revert on whatsup chat msg only no voice call are supported further!

So ultimately you need to visit there service center because they never revert any email or msg!

When you visit there center they will asure you to solve the issue within 48 hrs, After 48 hrs when you visit again the will asure you the problem will resolve soon.

then after month when you visit the center bingo! Center closed shut down with out any notice! As per building security they windup everything in late night and locked the center without any prior notice on door or any notification to customer

Then all of sudden we got to know from research from our end that spidigo is been purchesd by pacenet?

Things not paceinternet that recive calls and reverted problem will be solved soon .

after a week call center shut down when we visited the paceinternet center the history repeats, same the shut downt he paceinternet center too, Security gaurd said they windup in night and even few employess came to take salary but the company shuted down

Now what no action will be taken against this kind of frauds but you will be charged if you wont wear helmet on bike .

Use the power in correct direction I paid for yearly unlimited plan 4 months and nobady is answering me about what to do.

I was using Spidigo, for around more than 1 year.It became Pace internet recently.

My recent experience with Pace internet was horrible and most worst service that one can get. Even after repeated call, they are not responding...

Don't buy this company net. Customer care executive are so rude & gave answer very badly. As rain come net will stopped & start after 4 to 5 days. Customer care executive said that jo karna hai karlo. When i asked them to refund they said that it is not our company policy. So don't buy, & also raise complaint in consumer court. I m going to court.

Poor connection, I called 7-8 times but nobody is come to check the internet. I have very bad experience. Nobody is pick the call. No response from company side. My internet connection stopped working from last 1 month and nobody is replying.

please guys be careful from this type of companies

I am a pacenet user! I have a 70 Mbps plan . which works fine most of the times . However u actually don’t get the full benefit of 70 Mbps . since its a PPPoE connection . So more users. less speed . customer service is worst! They always need a windows PC to diagnose the issue without which they are useless! This is near 2018 now and they need to have an Ethernet connected to PC or laptop . very few laptops comes with Ethernet ports now . without which there is no point . if u don’t have a windows PC closer to ur router . they can’t diagnose the issue . stupid old mentality people! The inclusion of fiber optics is very less! I have no idea what the whole organisation is thinking!

I m the current user of this service these people don't have coordination between site people and office people. Customer care executives are just morons they just taking the salary sitting at one place. There engineer head Mr. Milind he doesn't bother about customer.the shittiest service ever seen till now.

This broaband are not good to use provide a higher speed of internet and I not liked to use this broadband service becouse I subcribed this broadband service last one month and I really not satiafied after use this service and I faced a somes issues when I try to connect to the internet and provide a slow network to use always. This is not provide to me a batter speed of internet to use.

It is not good service provide to me and I not getting proper connection to use and this broadband charges of every particular plans are high to see but service are not impressive to use as well. This is not worth for me to use this worst service and according to my plan are good but I not received proper speed of internet to use always. I was complained about this slow speed of internet to this broadband customer support but I not getting any kind of solution from this customer service also.

Overall this is not good for me to use and not provide a reliable connection to use and I not suggest to use this broadband service as well as not worth for money.

Pacenet broadband-i am using this broadband service just because, this company provides any variation in the plans and provides better network quality.

I have taken a single plan of 5MBPS with 100GB data usage with n1 month validity, also this broadband provides better downloading speed for downloading the big files, that's why this is the best reason for experiencing this network.

Pacenet broadband is very reliable company as I am telling you that in my city(delhi), almost more than 40% people are using this broadband service just because of their reliability and their better support.

Service factor for this broadband is very good, because this broadband service have around 30 member as customer care for helping their customer, therefore the customers always get support from the customer care for this company, that is why overall I recommend this broadband service to others.

Today I want to share one thing pacenet is the company who keep promising and providing nothing . it's like na pace hah na net hah they only charge money and then bhul jau. or uske bad dhunde rah jauge. Worst internet service provider .never ever go for this company. They have cheaper plans as compare to other company but worst services . You keep calling customer care they will never pick up the phone and if in case they pick up they will say hume nahi malum kya problem and if you get your complaint registered .service guy will never vist you and if you inquire about that .they will say vo to gaya tha aapke ghar aap hi nahi mile .you can never win them.

Hello Friends , today I am writing a review on Pacenet Broadband and I have faced a lots of issues and I have worst experience after using this.

Speed of this internet speed is worst if you use 5 mbps plan you can only get 1 mbps speed after taking the 5mbps plan.

And the service and support of this company is also very bad I am got fed up after using this broadband comapny.

I want to share my experiance about pacent broadband . that was not good experiance for me how ? I will tell you . I perchsed three months plan of pacent broadband . but it drops speed while acess in internet . and it takes 15-20 minute for acess when you turn on modem and wifi touter so I suggest you go for other broadband service . this is my personal experiance of pacent broadband and they gives poor customer service so you will tired from it. I will give one star to pecent broadband for customer service

Pacenet is the most noticeably bad association supplier's

The client administration is appalling. The pace is terrible

In a month atleast 15 days my net is down. Their architects are the most exceedingly awful.

Each time my net is down, they dont have the conduct to address their clients.

Some of the time it will detach consequently when I made a call to him( Mr rajendra) he spokes imprudently( manhandle, tu dimag khrab mat kar, tere liye he baithe hai kya, lai ja tere paise) that they are supposing they are giving the net free of cost.( They take 1000 Inr for 512 kbps arrangement without bill) .

No Customer support, when u call client tend to a Query they request that u approach ur neighborhood administrator for same and nearby operter say " mai kya karu aage sai issue hai, tere liye koi slack sai tower thori lgvynge)

I am an costumer of pace net from a long time .i am not at all satisify with their after services , when I used to call to their center there was no one to recive my call I used to call more the 20 to 50 times and the operater used to say that we dont have enginers we dont have people there is an issue in the line and many such stupid thing were said to me . In 300 rupees I was told to be given 1mbps but it is too slow that I could not even download a audio message on watapps . I totally advice please dont go for this nerwork providers
