I have ordered two lipsticks from my glamn it was 22nd of Aug when I ordered and now it's 5th of sep till now I didn't received my order.
Agents of my glamn call all the time about my location but they don't deliver my order it's like everytime drama
I was stupid that I have order the lipstick from my glamn this is gonna be my last time and I will surely recommend everyone my friends, family each of them don't go for my glamn coz they have worst delivery partners and agents.
It sucks it make so aggressive that still am not getting neither refund from them nor my order

Poor customer service and zero response from agents pls don't trust on Myglamm
I'm very disappointed after buying products from here.
quality is good but very very very very poor customer service you will tired by sending msgs and mails but no response from other side.
Never recommend to any one. As I had ordered products bot 0 quality product it is. Its waste of money.

Received a mascara which is completely dry . Try to complaint multiple times. There was in built msg coming every time. No customer care executive contact in past 10 days. The product is really bad. No potion to change it. It's a fraud, cheater.
Not at all good. It's better to purchase some 150 lipstick from sadar delhi. That will have much more gud than these products. This gompany will not servive.. becz any 1 use once can't use them again
I bought lipstick from myglamm in pink tone
its reallu bad in quality thinking its manish malhotras brand I took it to try out once but really chappy just not worth money
Order nail paint of different shades which was sent was same shades , ask for replacement it has been taken back but it's been 2months no response from their end when I contact they would say out of stock or give other reason, i would recommend don't be so reedy for money and don't fake your customers , if you can't give proper service don't be greedy for money, u people don't have facilities of refund and after taking replacement u don't even bother to do the needful
Very bad staff of my glamm, the staff of my glamm at Cinepolis, Ms Pratibha has given me the wrong coloured lipstick,
So the thing is that i ordered a 99 rupee set of products by a coupon, but they charged 298 rupees in delivery charges for the delivery
What a damn scam dont use their products
It is very difficult to apply.. very dry requires gloss to apply it. No moisture only.. and comes out so easily please guys work on this lipstick other lipstick are too good but not this one
I earned some points and I redeemed it and order some products, but mistakenly I choose different shade of foundation, So I connected with the customer support team to change my foundation shade, I tried a lot, 4-5 days I tried but they didn't solve my problem and they delivered the order and still I'm trying to connect with them to change my foundation shade, but no one resolve my problem. And 2nd thing, I ordered 2 highlighters and both are damaged, too many times I tried to connect with the customer support team but they are not helping me....I'm very disappointed with the myglamm customer support team.
I request you to kindly resolve my problem to change the damaged product and change my foundation shade, otherwise I won't purchase Myglamm product again, and I'm recommending to all of them kindly don't purchase Myglamm product
I used this product just for a try but it is very bad and not sustainable for atleast 30 mins. It will be get wipes as soon as possible. And as per the product nail polish is also like very bad quality and totally all the products which I used were very cheap quality and useless of buying paying such cost.
No matter how much i message them regarding my package not being delivered, they dont reply nor are they connecting me to a agent who can help me out. Hopeless. My money has been wasted on such a site. Wouldn’t recommend
Worst product I have ever used. Bought a matte Lipstick but it's soo damn dry. And bought a BB Cream. Within minutes of applying, it comes off so quickly. Doesn't stay at all. Worst product. It leaves a cast on. Never waste your money on My Glamm products. Spend a little more and buy nice products.
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with MyGlamm. It was the worst experience I've ever had with any company.
To start, I placed an order for a set of makeup products. When the package arrived, I was shocked to find that the items were not even close to what I had ordered. There was a different shade of eyeshadow and lipstick, and the mascara was the wrong type. I immediately contacted MyGlamm's customer service department, but their response was slow and unhelpful.
The representative I spoke to was unable to provide me with an explanation for why the wrong products had been shipped. She told me that I could return the order and get a full refund, but that I would have to pay for the return shipping. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and was very unhappy with the situation.
I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted the company's headquarters directly. After several emails and a few phone calls, I was finally able to get in contact with someone who could help me. However, the person I spoke to was unprofessional and did not take my concerns seriously. He told me that I was out of luck and that they could not do anything further to help me.
I ordered from myglamm because i received a coupon from gpay. But the (lipstick) product i received was damaged and was going to expire in few months. Trying to talk to customer care. But they are not responding
I orders nail paints from myglamm and received all same shades of nail paint. She tries customer care many times a week but has no callback or customer care support. Very disappointing customer care replied.
Fraud cheat company, i have ordered a lipstick and a nailpolish but lipstick was missing in the package, only empty cover was given. Customer service is worst..never purchase from them.
With ridiculous products. How could this company misguide by sending ridiculous sms that says your shipment is out of delivery click here to pay rs 1. And after clicking on it the page with ridiculous products open. How could you people misguide us. What about those people who have no idea what they are clicking on and buying things of ridiculous prices. Isn't misguiding wrong for a such a big company. You must put honest advertisement rather than this bullshit tricks.
No return , no refund policy available moreover very strange , they don’t mention any CC no. Where you can , only chat number is given , where you can chat only and in chat also they say that they are busy right now will contact you later, finally after a long wait you will get their reply that they honour your request because it is not in company‘s policy .
