I raise a complaint for inverter repair on 25/06/2023 with complaint number MJCTL202306253393675. On 26th i got a message like a technician assigned and he will visit the for repair, that technician didn't came, no update, I called to customer care and got the Hyderabad branch manager number and started calling him, Monday to Wednesday I called multiple times, he didn't pick the call.
On Tuesday I got one more senior number for support, he is also didn't pick the calls.
It's been 4 days no one came to repair, usually they have to close the ticket in 3 days. On third day I got the Hyderabad AGM number, I called him, he connected the people in conference, the people who didn't pick my calls they joined in conference and Said we will resolve the issue, when i explain the issue he said, it's because of wire loose connection, will fix tomorrow.but next day as usual i tried calling them then no response.
My humble request don't buy Microtek products, they doesn't care about the service. My product is under warranty. They doesn't care about the customers, I have a small kid living near to Village when rain starts, immediately they will disconnect the power, we do see some snakes around the House. We are so scared and requesting the service from last 4 days.
