Good products. I use products . Excellent performance . Good service. Long lasting. I recommend all my friends to purchase this products.

When i bought this product on jan 6 2024 since then it has stopped working for three times with overload fault and intersting thing is that there is no way to reset this overload so only way is to wait for power to restore and then the overload fault goes away extremely weird design i am not sure how people are using it when power goes off there is a reset button at the back but it just does not work called technical support they just said you can not reset it motherboard might be gone will come home and check no immediate solution whatsoever

Microtek inverter customer care is number one worst service especially Padi chennai center team. Not even taking calls and response. Simply useless people working there.

Hlo everyone. I share my honest review for microtek inverter. I have purchased this inverter for my home.but after a month power button stopped working and no one is help me to sort out this issue even no customer care executive able to pick my call.And the product shows overload with no load connected very worst product. Please don't buy

Using microtec inverter past one year , now overload symbol indicating and inverter not functioning and I raised complaint there was no response since two days so I called back to service centre regarding the complaint status but the reply was ridiculous

First customer care dont pick up your call, by chance if they register a complaint no one is going to follow-up that complaint.

My inverter is in AMC. I register a complaint that my inverter is not working. Its been 4 days and no one came to fix that. No customer care support, they are not picking up the call.

My suggestion will be buy a product where customer support is reliable. As per my experience I will never recommend Michrotech Inverters.

I have Purchased microtek UPS-ENERGY SAVER UPS 1825 24V DG in September 2023 and Now product not working and I already register complain 3 times but still product not working and noone came to fix the problem.

Bad product and bad customer service, distributors not take any action, company do not take any action

Never buy this product, with in one month inverter got damage, no Service support and No response from technical team.

Even after 3 days or recording a breakdown complaint on line and on call center, no response.

Even service engineer doesn't respond to calls.

AMC, is of no use

I raise a complaint for inverter repair on 25/06/2023 with complaint number MJCTL202306253393675. On 26th i got a message like a technician assigned and he will visit the for repair, that technician didn't came, no update, I called to customer care and got the Hyderabad branch manager number and started calling him, Monday to Wednesday I called multiple times, he didn't pick the call.

On Tuesday I got one more senior number for support, he is also didn't pick the calls.

It's been 4 days no one came to repair, usually they have to close the ticket in 3 days. On third day I got the Hyderabad AGM number, I called him, he connected the people in conference, the people who didn't pick my calls they joined in conference and Said we will resolve the issue, when i explain the issue he said, it's because of wire loose connection, will fix tomorrow.but next day as usual i tried calling them then no response.

My humble request don't buy Microtek products, they doesn't care about the service. My product is under warranty. They doesn't care about the customers, I have a small kid living near to Village when rain starts, immediately they will disconnect the power, we do see some snakes around the House. We are so scared and requesting the service from last 4 days.

Very Bad Service. 3 day after complain no response any technical team. Company me koi kharabi nahi hai magar jo employees hai ve sahi nahi hai phone turant ayege magar complain karne koi nahi ayega.

I haven't seen any company with so worst customer care.....plz don't buy their products.

Their tecnician r worst.....inka hardoi ka technician hai Jitendra trivedi wo to khule aam kehta hai ki meri complaint kar do jahan karni hai bt main to nhi aaunga......worst experience...... zero star

Not working from the very first day, we thought it was some electricity problem of our home.but no, it was the problem of this very bad quality MICROTEK INVERTER. I would suggest you to NOt buy this at all.

I already purchased Microtek invertor from Kerala, Kottayam, after the continues complaints on board, every time replace board cost more than Rs 2500/- as per instruction of your service executive, They refuse to hand over complaint old board to us. Every time we report such complaint to the executive always insisting to change the boards

Bad After Sale service and Not a Up to the mark product. It malfunction after 5 month of purchased and the waiting period for the survice guy is bit longer.

Very bad experience with service engineer they don't know how to treat with customer very bad service I never suggest any one to purchase this brand service is very bad

I just bought invetor and it's not working..no one is there for after sale service..all stand there hands up..they just want your money nothing else..and god knows they want money for what.. don't buy such an interior quality product rather donate your money to temple or any other enterprises but don't go for product of microtek.

One of the wrostcustomer service directly cut customer phone call not properly respond our call.

SUPPLYING VERY BAD AND INFERIOR MOTHER BOARDS AND MILTING MONEY FROM US.

The Microtek inverter service is good, but their spare parts, especially mother boards are very bad and inferior quality. The mother board is not worth for two months period. The service person had replaced my inverter mother board on 31st August 2021. But the inverter has raised noise within three months. The service person told me to replace the mother board again, as the new mother board warrenty is one month only. The service person has himself agreed that the mother board is inferior quality. Thus, by supplying bad and inferior quality mother board and spare parts, they are collecting money from us every month or every two months. My complaint no. with Microtek is MJCTN202112281118340. Kindly inform others how the microtek is milting money from us by supplying inferior quality materials to customers and charging Rs.350 as service charges and Rs.1350 for inferior mother board, very bad and inferior mother board and fradulently collecting money from us every two month after supplying their product by advertising attractively.
