Hello guys! I used this Meru Cab services during one of my visit to Jaipur and It was pathetic to say the least.

I booked the cab through a phone call on the number which I found from the internet. The number was not responding for first few calls but it did eventually after many attempts. I must say it was disappointing.

I somehow managed to book the cab after replying to many queries in what I would call a long interrogation. Though prices were a bit high, I still went with the booking. But it was just the beginning of a series of ill services by the cab agency. The driver took almost half an hour to reach though I was told to wait for just 12 minutes on the call. After driver picked me up and I sat inside, I asked the driver to switch on the AC which he kept neglecting. On the third time, I got furious for such intolerable behaviour but the driver instead warned me of higher prices in case AC will be opened. I had been told on the call that it was the charge along with AC, and there was another cheaper rate without AC. I told the Driver about it but he laughed off and said whatever told over the phone call does not matter, it is his choice to charge for AC if being used.

In the end, I ended up with a bill almost the twice of what I was told as an estimate. I had to give the same and just remember to myself to avoid this cab service by all means. Even if I would have to walk 20 km straight and this cab is the only option I have, I shall never use this cab at any cost. Meru cab is pathetic and fishy cab service provider.

On 22/Nov, I took a cab from T1- IGA, Delhi. It took atleast 1 hour to start the drive. I was blocked though the driver took in the pretext of paying fee for the day to Meru. Cab was pathetic, no A/C. driver was dumb. Meru should stop doing this business only to trouble the customer.

The bad thing is this it is a waste of money only time waste world's worst thing it will be a waste of money please do not buy this its clarity also not good not battery this this world's worst cabbage this I want to reach at 5: 50 will reach at me 9: 20 that's very bad and not I service app please do not use this app

Hello friends, I am goint to my worst experience for Meru Cabs. Most of all times I use Uber or Ola but last week I installed Merucab app as a experience basis. I thought it would be less expensive ride. I was going to my office at 9 am and I had to report in my office at 11 am. 2 hours was in my hand. So I booked a cab by the Merucab app. When the bookimg was confirmed they gave me the car details and the contact number of the driver. I called the driver he told me that he will arive in 15mins. So I was waiting there. My position was infont of a very popular landmark , that anyone can identify. But after 15 mimutes he did not arvie there. So I called him again it was 9.30 already and I had to take a cab immediately because it takes more than one hour to approach my office. He told, he can not find my position, I asked him although, about his position that I could help him to find me but after giving my directed path he was unable to find me. Then I called him again but he did not respond. It was almost 9.45 then. I called him 4 or 5 times. Then he picked up the phone and told me to canvel the ride because he faced a priblem with the car. It was a awkward moment. I cancelled the trip suddenly and book an Uber cab. The uber reached in 5 minutes and I arrived my office at 10.50.

Worst cab service. Dont book it.

Hello friends.

This was first time travelling through this cab service due to unavailability of other cab service which we usually travel with.

First of all it came late reasoning due to route confusuion. I mean really with technology based how it's possible? and it was very known landmark but anyways reaching at destination was way far important for us, so we continued.

There was bad smell coming through seats cover which led us not to use Air condition obviously, Otherwise it would have been next to impossible to travel with such suffocation.

From that day we decided not to topup with this cab service in any near or far future.

Few days ago I was having my Exam at Rohini so I booked Meru cab from Noida to Rohini for 6 A.m.

I was ready & just only waiting for cab its 6: 15 I thought that I the cab is stuck in traffic n all so decided to wait 6: 30. But still Now its 6: 45 No cab reaches at my place.so called to cab driver first of all I called him 4-5 times he didn't picked up the call on 6 time he picked call he was talking to me in sleepy voice he told me ohh sry mam I forgot that I have booking now please wait for 30 mins I will be there but I was getting late for my exam . I told him that I am coming to midway you also reach there.

Within 15 mins I reached in mid way but the cab didn't reach there also when I called him he told me the cab is not starting he called mechanic & assured me that he is coming within 15 mins.

Now it was around 7: 55 but the cab didn't reached at my place then I booked ola cab he came within 10 mins. But dueto traffic I reached at 9: 55 only 5 mims left for exam. But due to ola cab I was able to give exam otherwise I loose my all hopes of giving exam.Afterthat they even didn't refund my money which I paid earlier.

So this was my personal experience of meru cab I will suggest you everyone that never opt this meru cab they are just fraud

I booked one taxi from Gandhi Nagar Bangalore to Airport Bangalore on 21 November 2017 at 3: 15Am. I got booking details before 15 minutes but Driver phone number was wrong I called Meru I told everything they ask me to wait for 3 minutes I was getting late. Meru told sorry Sir you can cancel the booking and book again from meru app once again I tried I got one more Driver details but driver denied to come because location is so Far and forcefully he asked me to cancel after that I booked Ola app then I reached Airport before 60 minutes.

I request don't use Meru because they don't have good communication with the driver.

This review is to Meru in comparison with ola and uber.

They are not too many cabs plying in the city but airport drops and pick ups there are plenty. But still one thing I do not understand about Meru is their exhorting rate cards.

See, these guys will not provide service in the luxury cars nor in the premium category cars. They do turn on the AC without any fuss but apart from that there is nothing more. If ola/uber charge you 400-500 rupees to the airport drop or pick up, this meru charges you 700-1000 rupees. I don’t know why.

I tried all kinds of variation to get an understanding but I do fail everytime. They have these veritos and corollas filled. I agree they do not have hatch backs and they have mainly sedans but that doesn’t make sit nse for them to charge so much because not ola, uber sends you the sedans too for the fraction of the price.

I think one should be too loyal or too crazy to use Meru. Why pay more when you can get the same or better service from uber generally for a lesser price.

1) . The cost they charge to travel from one place to another is very high

2) . They are not available as quick as other taxis

3) . The behaviour of drivers aren't up to the mark they fight on road itself

4) . Speed by which they drive is to much they won't listen to any of the customer talk

5) . They play irritation music very loudly which made me to get down half the way and catch another tak tac tac tac taxi

Today I am going to review about meru cabs service which I did took few days back to go to airport.

I am a frequent traveler by taxi in hyderabad city. So on one fine day I booked a meru taxi from Mehdipatnam to airport.

The driver has to arrive at my place by 7 am so that I can reach airport before 8 am because I had my flight at 9: 45 am.

To my surprise the driver did not arrive till 7: 25 am and did not even pick my calls to atleast inform me about the late arrival.

So finally I reached airport by 8: 25am and I had very much problem with airport staff because of late arrival.any how they allowed me to go furthur.

Thus because of irresponsible behaviour of driver I would never travel again in meru cabs not recommend this taxi service to any body.

So a big thumbs down meru cabs.

Booked meru from home to international airport. The bill did not get generated for a long time and finally showed 77 rupees. When called cuatomer care they charged me 800. I was shown a range of 600 to 700 when I booked in app and the arguement fell in deaf ears. Its a nice way to armtwist passengers as they will be in a hurry.Its not about 100 rupees but the feeling of being cheated hurts. My recommendation is not to travel by meru.

I went on a ride in Chennai from potheri to mambalam , it prices are low but only supplies sedan and mini no xuv which is quit not preferable to all because students have lot of luggage so it will be inconvient but ya for shot rides it is always preferable and I like the service cab is on time and driver is experienced. So it is preferable

Driver behaviour- very rude, he dropped me 2 km before my destination at 12:05 mid night. I booked ola from there for my destination. His excuse was he is not bound for your destination, if u book for Karol Bagh they will drop you at Karol Bagh main market, if u book for new Delhi, they will drop you at New Delhi main market irrespective of your destination.(Just like public buses)

Fare- very high(double to triple compare to ola and uber)

Cab quality- very poor.

I am completely disappointed from their services, they literally destroy my night. Dog were barking on me, my phone was dead, I was dropped at unknown dark road.

I strongly recommend all of you don't go with them, if u have no options then ask someone for a lift, ask someone to book ola or uber.

Once last year in my Delhi trip, I have booked a cab from New Delhi railways station to Hyatt Regency Delhi. The cab has delayed for 30 minutes to pickup us from railway station. I have complained to driver but he behaved rudely to us. In this cab, the ac was not working as it doesnt chill us properly. I have watching from google map, Instead of going short routes he has taken long routes so that we have to pay more his ride. It looks us 2 hours to reach hotel. He charges us 650 INR for the ride which was very expensive comparing to others taxi fares. I had bad experience. So I suggest everyone to select other taxi can rather than this.

Its my owner to explain my views on meru cabs its provide good class facilities to costumes. Best website to traveling in city like jaipir I have great experience. All driver are qualified and dedicated to its profession and care to all the costumers. Less money charge to km. Its provide free 1st drive. I like the facility provided by .

Today  I want to share my experience of meru cabs. Today I booked my ride on meru cabs , and I want to reach my destination on time but their service is very worst. Driver reach to my location very late and when I told him to drive little bit fast because I have to reach my destination on time , then he behaved rudely with me.

They have no sense of humour that how to talk to customers. The environment inside the cab was also not good. AC was not working.

So guys ! I suggest you to book other cab services than this meru cabs.

They are the biggest harameez. They have blocked the phone signal. Once you out of the airport. So you can't book any other taxi service.

Not only that are charging 4 times more compared to ola or uber. Pathetic service, pathetic people, no clean cabs, dirty seats, mosquitos was inside the cab.

Guys I recommend you all to never trust Meru Cabs ever. Let me tell you my personal experience with meru cabs.

Once I booked a prime cab in meru. The driver was reached at way different location than what I entered in their app. So I requested him to come to my actual location but he responded aggressively.

Driver said " I you want to ride, came to my location otherwise cancel the ride ". I was really shocked, how dare he is talking to its customer like that. So I cancelled the cab. Guys I would never recommend anyone to try Meru Cabs as their drivers are inappropriate and doesn't know how to deal with customers. Really worst experience.

Hi, I am nikhil and I am going to share my ride experience with meru cabs. The cab service says rely on us but I am saying with my experience never rely on meru. After ola and uber this ia new launch of cab service but why I am not able to understand. This cab service is really worst. They donot have even navigation in their cabs. Atleast they have to keep navigation in their cabs.If we book a cab it is very difficult to find them and then there is a chance of cancellation of cab. Their drivers are also too rude to their customers. Their rate of travelling or billing is also too high when compared to ola and uber. So if you want to urgently book a ride never choose meru. Meru Cabs are the taxi services provider which deals with there customers for the tour and travell purpose.

I booked my cab with them but not for a long tour, it is a tour in our local area. I this tour I want to show the local beauty to my parents who came from other city, so booked this cab for 6 hours.

There customer services are not good, I am saying this as I have personal experiance about this cab. When I call them then there service center said that they will be at your place when you call but I called them they came after two hours. Along with that the cab is looking like very old, the tour guide is new to its work so he is not aware about the direction.

Due this reasons I am not able to complete my tour , which make me disappointed.

The tour guide is also not so good , he talking very rudely with me and with my parents. I seems like he is insulting us.

Finally I will say that this cab service provider are very poor to provide a good customer services.
