During the time of the weekend I go out of the Bangalore to some of the forest areas with my Nikon Coolpix W300{Yellow} camera to shoot underwater. Every time I use this camera it was working fine but this time it's my bad camera was not switching on, only the top light was coming and going. So I thought to buy a new camera. So visited this centre bonus take but it's a service centre and they don't sell cameras. They told they can repair this camera and will be delivered to the doorstep so I dropped my camera there and after two days they informed me to change the power board, I said ok. Later it was sent to my doorstep, now my camera is working fine and in future weekends I can happily use this camera. Good Service.

I bought a Sony HDR PJ540 handycam one year back I kept it in cupboard widout using for a longer time, in the camera projection was not working properly and there was a lot of dust inside, so I took it to authorised centre they told they won't repair this camera due to out of warranty. One of the executive told me to go to Mata SP road. I visited this centre and gave my camera and told me to come after 3days. Later they called me and told there is a problem in the circuit of the projector. I told to make it ready after 3daysI received the call telling that my camera is ready. I visited again checked the camera all the dust were removed and camera projection was working fine. Thanks for service.
I use to take pics from my Canon 6D camera while cleaning the dust in the battery cap, due to cleaning pressure the battery cap broken into 2pcs. I enquired in Ulsoor Canon they told battery cap not available and searched for cap in other centres also but couldn't find. One of my friend suggested me to go to Mata, I visited that place fortunately I got the battery cap of 6D they charged me Rs 650/- . Thank You so much.

My Yognou 18-55mm lens had an autofocuing issue, it was repaired in Mata they changed AF unit, now my lens is working fine. The best service provider in Bangalore, updates are perfect.
I borrowed my friend Nikon DSLR camera due to rain camera got fully wet and water went inside the camera, I tried to clean and switch on but it was not switching on. As I wanted to return the camera back to my friend I was looking for camera service who repair and give my camera within 3days. Immediately I got a call from Mata they claimed that they are a franchise unit of all 8 brands. I gave my camera to them, they took only 2 days to repair and the next they sent my camera back to my office. So happy with the kind service.

From many years I am using Olympus FE 290 camera it was not switching on, if the battery is full also it was not switching on, I am a reporter as on daily basis I need to take some pics everyday, when I contacted Mata they told me it can be repaired in one day so I went there and gave my camera and they told me to wait, I waited till evening and my camera got switched on, I never forget this centre and suggest this centre to my friends also. I had Sony Rx100 camera was showing lens problem, they changed the lens apparture component and charged me Rs 2850/- compared to authorised centre, the best place for camera repair, highly professional.
I got a Samsung Galaxy camera GC100 the LCD was flickering, no Samasung Camera service centre in Bangalore so I contacted Mata they told to come to SP road, I visited Mata they booked my camera and told to wait 5days. Later after 3days they called me and said they wanted to change the LCD and camera got ready and wasdelivered soon.
I use Godox Flash for my Nikon D5300 camera, whenever I insert the flash on the top of the camera it does not fire properly and when I remove the flash and click it fires perfectly, so I went to Mata to repair my flash, they took 3days to repair and charged me Rs 2850/- flash in camera firing fine. Good Job.
I use Nikon D5200 camera when ever I charge my battery the light in it starts continuously blinking, so I thought to repair it, when I took it to Nikon service they told to buy a new charger and that is for Rs 3500/-so instead of buying a new charger I thought to repair it and went to Mata they repaired it in within 1. 1/2 hr they changed the power board. Now my charger is working fine thank you.

Service and Changers are huge and not providing GST BILL. Total fraud. They are charging hefty service charge equal to its original camera price. They notified me it will take nearly 3000 for me for my 7000 camera. They told the power board problem and want to replace it.

I discovered that since they had just inspected the camera, I could buy insurance for one year of major repairs for 555. I am very happy with the service I received this time and in the past. A very good sign of how they operate happened to the tourist standing next to me at the counter. He wanted to know the repair cost. He was shocked(so was I) when the technician said there was no charge - they had opened the Camera, wiggled some connectors and it was fine. They said they couldn`t charge him since they didn`t actually repair it. I don`t think you need to worry about not being treated fairly in this place.My world shattered in the summer of 2010 when my digital camera caught some sand in the lenses and became a vegetable. That`s what happens when you go to Beach-all sorts of drama happens there.
Good camera service center in Bangalore. A friend of mine had got camera serviced earlier from Mata Electronics and referred the same. A few days back my Nikon D90 fell down and immediately cracked. I am an advanced journalist and hence require my camera everyday and quality of pictures is very important in our profession so we can give our readers the best quality pictures. So here I was in a fix about my camera, when Mata Electronics came to the rescue and better job, I went to the service center and I told them my criteria. Good service in bangalore. I have been to Mata Camera Repair on 2 occasions. The first was to have a DSLR cleaned and examined. By and large a large portion of my gear work is finished without anyone else's input, however I needed a full proficient for this as it had been several years. They took the camera, gave me a sensible gauge and fulfillment date. The camera was prepared multi day sooner than anticipated, and when I went to lift it up then they strolled through everything that had been done and verified that I was fulfilled.
The second time I stopped by with a long lens tripod mount ring whose adjustment screw inner capture point had come off of its mounting, and I didn't have a JIS screwdriver handy. The person at the counter took the ring and asked me if I could wait a few minutes. A few minutes later they returned with the fixed ring and would not accept any financial recompense for the work.
Both times the people were friendly, efficient, and high professional. Mata has now become my go to camera repair location for any work that I don't do myself. Highly recommended! Thanks to Mata guys
