LG T7567TEELH 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine

I bought LG washing machine (F2721HTMV, 21 kg) in 2021 by paying SGD 2, 500. However after I moved to Germany and plug it in Mar. 2023, it didn't work out well with malfunction. Though I contacted LG Electronics Germanycustomer service, they mentioned to me I should contact LG Singapore without any further support by repeatedly mentioning you should contact LG Singapore or dealer. I need a technical support to fix it. Anyway, I will not buy any LG products in entire my life.

Totally satisfied with the product, it is washing neatly with time and hygiene clothes, it is fully automatic we just have connect water tap and electricity, and select the option it will wash clothes with out human after selection and dries and useful in winter season mainly.

service engineer 1st vist he told presure sensor problem. they after told main bord . he not getting problems! also paid service charge Rs 413 /- after he told Need to replace main board Rs 4500+ service charge?

Terrible experience with this washing machine. Worked okay initially but started failing repeatedly 2 years. So far LG has refused to acknowledge it as a quality issue. Seems it is a deliberate ploy to sell a poor quality product to generate hefty service revenue after the warranty expires.

Update on my review(30/01/2021):

4 days since my latest request for a repair and a service technician has yet to contact me despite repeated messages and reminders.

LG semi automatic washing machine is the best machine among others. It saves your detergent compared to Automatic washing machine. It washes the clothes very fast, clean and very gently. I purchased LG Semi Automatic Washing Machine in 2003. Anyone don't believe it has no problem till date also. I used it alternate day. I changed draining pipe only one time. No service required . No maintenance is required. It is very handy and its design is too very appealing. I recommend it others also. In some machines clothes are not properly clean and they damage clothes also. In LG WASHING MACHINE clothes are not damaged looks like new. After washing the clothes their brightness is as it is.

Honestly saying I've bought my LG washing machine from the amazon app and it's service was truly awesome.

The transportation plus delivery was really amazing and appreciable.

Talking about the LG washing machine, it's over 10+ years and still zero service till now.

It's reliable and anyone can trust the quality and as in my case it worth my money .

I was fool when I choose LG washing machine to buy. Because I have not seen so poor service ever in my life. They do not know how to talk to customers. If they are not able to provide service in such metro areas like mine NCR, I do not think they will provide services in small cities.

I have booked for servicing of LG Washing machine Front load, which stopped working. Engineer cam and opened the machine and ordered for some parts. He got the parts and not able to repair it again.

Such a pathetic situation with my machine. Since last 15 days 4 times service engineer visited but no use. Machine lying in opened condition from day one.

Such a bad service mechanism from LG, I never imagined.

It took service engineer a week time to visit my complaint after repetative reminders and calls, then it took company more than one month for a part which is a normal part and kept me hanging around them, calling them, chasing them continuously for more than one month. No one in the system knew when it will be provided. Every time a new date was provided and at last when they gave the final date with a commitment that of it is not fulfilled I will be commercially compensated. Eventually they were not able to get it done and when they got the part they denied to compensate me for the delay. Very poor response systems and pathetic Customer service levels.

I am using this machine for the last six weeks and I am happy with its performance. It is easy to use and the noise level is ok. The manual setting I like most. Nice features like a wash, rinse, and spin, like you, can set as per your need(rinse+spin)(only spin), etc. overall good product.

I have purchased LG F8091MDL2 Front-loading Washing Machine in mayiladuthurai during 2015 frequently it give problem and recently it totally dead. I asked LG customer service and they sent technician they told you have to change motor sensor, after fix sensor they told need to change motor, after change motor they told PCB Board problem need to change. Total cost will be motor and sensor 3500 PCB board around 6500+ service charge I told thanks a lot no need any more service.

A good compact , economical , user-friendly and a simple washing machine. Its weight is around 7 kg only so it is easy to move it from one place to another.Also have wheels for movement.Have separate pocket for detergent.Also have protection by mouse which was not there in old versions.The air dry feature is also good .The best thing is it is an LG product.All the LG products I have taken in my life so far, all of them have turned out well.I am happy to buy it.
