Sanchit is fraud who first provided the quotation of 24k for two cars then in the ending provided the quotation of 60k

Got the car , Very bad condition.

It has been used for carrying luggage and people

Drivers left the car at Petrol station

Drove for 2000 plus kms

Tampering done with fast tag

Multiple dents in cars.

Car delivery promised was for 7 days, Was delivered in 13 days

Driver ran away after keeping the car key at tyre soccer

Now Honda city is running like truck. Knocking sounds coming from that.

Worst service ever experienced.

We have send our car i10 from kochi to pune and they have initially gave a quote of 11750 and then when the car is transported and after advance is paid the invoice is send with double the initial quote of 24000.

We spoke to them and now play blame game on us…

BUT LATER AFTER PICKING UP CAR THEY HAVE INCREASED PRICE TO 27000/-. ORDER WAS TO DELIVER MY CAR TO MY DOOR BUT THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY CAR ON TIME AS WELL AS TO MY LOCATION.

INSTED I HAD TO TRAVEL TO 250 KM AWAY TO PICK MY CAR FROM UNKNOWN PERSON. MY PICKED CAR DAMAGED, THRER ARE SEVERAL SIMILAR COMPLAINTS AND REVIEW ABOUT LEO CAR CARRIER IN INTERNET.

I HAVE LOGGED CONSUMER COMPLAINT ABOUT THESE CHEATERS BUT NO RESULTS

The pickup was done from my home at Kolkata and it was a good pickup experience for me. I was not at my home since I was working in Bangalore.

With their online Tracking, I get regular updates of my car. Their tracking update was little slow but it gets updated every 24-30 hours. There is improvement scope in the tracking field as we can see only a single update in time frame of 24 hours , there should be atleast 2 updates to be showcase in 24 hours of transit of my shipment.

The delivery experience was good and the team get the condition verified at the time of delivery with the photos and videos taken at the time of pickup.
