They offer home loan at very high interest rates. Thankfully I got a Balance Transfer done. After foreclosing my loan, they did not even refund me the amount that was promised to me and deposited the check 1 week late purposely to charge more interest. I have written more than 30 emails in last 3 months, but nothing has been done. Even my property documents have not been handed over to me. Never do business with them! They are parasites who will suck your blood!

I HV BEEN SUFFERING TAKING LOAN FROM THEM. THEY TORTURE YOU EVEN AFTER MAKING THE REGULAR EMI PAYMENT BY CALLING IN ATLEAST 7 TIMES IN A DAY & KEEP SENDING MESSAGES AGAIN N AGAIN. THEY ARE SO SHAMELESS THAT EVEN AFTER SENDING N NUMBER OF EMAILS TO SUPPORT@DHANI.COM & TELL THEM THAT THIS IS WHAT U R FACING, NOBODY CARES!!!!

This company should remove India from company name. The most unethical company I have ever seen and experienced. They are charging 11.1% interest rate where other banks are charging less than 7%.

We planned to close loan we took. Once Heared the statement from us, started disturbing by continuous calls, agent says.. Manager asked to do so. As we didn't called them back, manager sent agent to physical address without notification. As if they can sleep well only if they eat the money from us. Better to avoid such type of NBFC'S. Respected government team needs to remove such stuffs instead of torchuring people

India bulls is one of the fraudulent bank I've ever experienced even after paying loan for 6 years all the money went on interest and at the time foreclosure the fraudulent bank takes hell lot of time to provide the letter and charges interest on time taken to provide the letter. The customer service number is never reachable and email support sucks. The officers sits in the office has no respect what so ever for a client visiting the office. RBI should take strict action against this bank and should be banned forever. DO NOT TAKE LOAN WITH THIS FRAUD BANK. Spread this message to the the CEO Sameer Gehlaut to at least consider on improving the service.

Cheat & Fraud company. Don't take Home loan from Indiabulls. After paying for 2 years EMI Loan amount reamains same because they say what I paid for 2 years was interest. If u don't get any home loan better not to buy home rather taking loan from Indiabulls. RBI should strictly ban such fraud NBFCs. Our hard earned money they keep looting like this.

I applied for a loan with indiabulls, i completed all formalities, paid them various charges like tax, bank fees etc. and still they have not credited my loan amount in my account. They are like also pay 1 month emi amount where i didnt receive my loan amount. This company scams people, takes money on names of different charges saying it is refundable and then at time of crediting loan, they dont do it.

PLEASE DON`T GET ANY LOANS FROM THIS BULLSHIT COMPANY, AS WE HAVE TAKEN LOAN OF AMOUNT 1.6cr in 2017, ROI:- 11%, Tenure-180, we paid 3 years emi without a single bounce, but fewdays back they have raised the ROI to14.4% and they have increased Tenure to 360 months, now they are telling to close the loan, ITS BIG FRAUUUUUUD COMPANY , DONT WASTE UR MONEY AND TIME PLEASE

Indiabulls is highly untrustworthy bank. You will not find any synchronization in Documents as per your understanding as per customer relation representative. Also, you will not find any fruitful answer from Customer care call as well as on E-mail.

Highly discriminate policy in comparison with other bank. Also very rude behavior on all kind of conversation.

Never use or Be careful prior to finalizing any deal.

If possible, don't use their service. Highly disheartened.

Concept- concept of this app is very simple. In this app you can earn money by watching ads and playing games. But in reality this app doesn’t pay any money for watching ads. I have also watching many ads on this app but I haven’t get money from this app. This app only waste your time.

Layout & design- layout of this app is simple and easy to understand. Design of this app is simple. Nothing attractive in design of this app.

Features- features of this app are not bad. You can playing games in this app. But this app doesn’t pay any money in exchange of playing games.

Usefulness- this app is not useful for earn money. I’ve installed this app to earn money but this app only waste my time. So please don’t download this app.

Recently two of my known people gave their loan files to them. Indiabulls collected the fee and made the customer waited for 3-4 weeks and ask the customer to come and sign the papers, so that loan disbursement will happen by next 1-2 days. When they were ready with all the documents, Indiabulls person calls and inform , " sir wait, there is some technical issue. Everything is over, only one is pending. Later they don't receive the phone calls and not catchable at all. They don't tell whether the file is rejected or through. They keep silent... Their sales team is hopeless, cheaters, liers, whatever you call..India bulls, staff says, nowadays they are not sanctioning any loans and charge huge interest rates.. This is how they are surviving...
