We booked a gozo cab from Puri. The driver did not show up or answered our calls. We called gozo and they cancelled our trip and wrote us a note that we cancelled the trip. A very unprofessional service provider. We finally used Uber to come back to Bhubaneswar.Gozo is nota reliable company. I will not recommend anybody to use their service.

Most worst service ever received by any tourist can service provider. Right from the cab, driver, can condition, customer service it is a complete waste of money and time and worthless.


NEVER BOOK GoZo Cab to spoil your vacation or work visit.. It is a request from a suffer who booked this service to go for vacation with family of kids and old people.

I have booked a cab with gozo booking ID : OW30-4064399. It was terrible experience.


I and my friend had to travel from Chandigarh to Kalka on 16th December early morning 4:30. We booked a gozo cab on 15th. On 16th December early morning the cab not arrived. We called the driver so many times but he did not pick up our phone.


We were two single females travelling. And we waited for 1 hour. The driver did not come. And there was no answer from the company's side. Gozocabs who have employed such irresponsible and careless persons.


Our trip has already over because of gozo cab. Later I call to the customer care several times but did not get proper answer and started talking bad behaviour .Later we got a mail that we had canceled the booking even though we had not canceled the booking but the driver did not even come. They didn't even refund.


so please please please beware Gozo cabs. They are cheaters fraud people. Do not use it, even it is free. Extremely pathetic Gozo cabs.

Costomer care response very bad

I am gozo driver partner. My cab allotted one booking. Costomer payment already done online. My driver put the OTP.but OTP not matching. After that called gozo costomer Care, he told me to start the trip manually. Again i called gozo cc i requested please give my payment. He told me "aap ka booking iD idhar show nahi kara hei ". Booking not showing. How to get payment???....till now not get my cab payment. Trip done manually. Costomer already payed gozo


Very Bad Service and no response for my complaint

I booked cab services to travel outstation return journey using Gozocabs services with Travel Plan No. RT30-3983988. My journey started on 23rd November, 2023 and returned on 24th November, 2023.


While making my booking with Gozocabs, I specifically requested for a Petrol or Diesel sedan car. On the day of journey, I was allotted with a CNG car, which I refused to travel. Their local cab aggregator called me and asked me why I refused CNG car and I told them that my requirement is either Petrol or Diesel car. After arguing with me, their local cab aggregator allotted me a diesel car and shared the driver contact details. When I tried to reach the driver on phone, driver refused to pick up the calls and later he switched off his phone. Again I reached local cab aggregator and informed him. Then he allotted another diesel car and I started my journey after 1 hour 20 mins delay due to vehicle allocation problem. The driver does not know the travel plan as it was not shared to the driver by both Gozocabs and their local cab aggregator. I explained to him about to travel plan and the driver doesn't know anything about Gozocabs, as he never heard about the existence of Gozocabs.


While I am in contact with local cab aggregator, I also made a complaint to Gozocabs, and they never called me back with their resolution.


Cab I was provided and travelled had air-conditioning problem, the driver and the aggregator knows the problem before start of my journey. After starting my journey, I asked cab driver to switch on AC, then the driver informed me that there is a problem with AC and he took the car for AC repair during my journey. AC gas was filled and the driver asked me to pay the repair charges. After arguing with cab driver and their aggregator, finally I paid the AC gas filling charges to the AC service work shop and continued my journey. After 45 mins of my journey after filling the AC gas, AC stopped working and I was forced to travel my entire journey of more than 700 Kms with out AC. Finally, I reached my destination on 23rd with 2 and half hours delay.


The cab driver is unprofessional and his driving skills are very poor and rash driving and negligent driving.


After return, I raised this issue from vehicle allocation to cab problems in their feedback(info@gozocabs.com) on 25th November, 2023. Gozocabs raised a ticket with ticket ID #6799270004 on 27th November, 2023 and informed me that the problem will be resolved in 2 days. Till today, I haven't received any reply by email or phone call for my complaint from Gozo Cabs.


This is how my experience with Gozocabs. I feel they are very unprofessional in their services, and I will never use their cab services in future.


Surprisingly till today, they don't have the correct information about the vehicle I travelled and the final amount I paid in their invoice details. I am uploading the invoice and the vehicle I travelled pictures, so that one can check the vehicle number I travelled and the vehicle number mentioned in their invoice.


I strongly suggest, not to use Gozocabs services.

Very bad experience with Gozo cabs said above reference. Very very worst customer care and response. Like useless vendors license to be cancelled by Indian government.


I have booked OUTSTATION trip and prior one day got driver details. Next day prior to one hour travel time I open the app and to find the driver details, I got surprised that previous day assigned driver details was not there and the new status will showing that vechile details yet to be assigned. I called the useless customer care of Gozo cabs , they have responded that you have booked low price cab , so no one will interested to take order. The same not informed prior by them when I booked cab month ago. I explained them how much important that airport trip should on time. They promised me will arrange vehicle within 20 minutes, I have called after 30 minutes, they not at responded my calls and messages.. My humble request no one use this useless service provider to avoid very work circumstances which I have faced..

Don't use & trust on this cab. They will cancel your booking last time after your full payment & without return your amount. You can loose more when you will try it. Go through bus but didn't use this cab. I have booked cab and payed amount 2 times but they told me we are cancelled booking at last time and agent switch off his mob. I have not received my amount also. They are joking with customers. Please don't use this cab.


Driver drove through rough roads to save mileage

I booked a cab “Assured Dezire” for the comfort of my aged mother (77 years) travelling alone from Rohtak to Greater Noida on 07 November 2023. Booking ID OW303940964


Driver reached 35 minutes late from pick up time 10:00 am. He took 4 hours to reach destination because he took an unusual route to save on Toll Tax and Distance. My mother was extremely at discomfort due to bad roads and poor suspension of the cab.


Total distance in booking was reflected as 150 KM and money paid accordingly but the actual distance covered was 133.3 km.


It is urged that the cab and driver Ramesh should be de-registered from the company

Very very poor service. we booked a cab and they kmowing changed our location and they droped us 30 km behind our location. after complaing to the helpline number they told us we could not do anything in this matter you can pay extra if you want to go to your location thereby we can refund your extra charged. but it has been 5 days we havent received our refund. it costed us 700 rupees extra. we do not recommend this. it was our worst experience..

This company does not own even a single tourist permit vehicle vehicle. Their website shows base fare only and an user ends up paying more than any other competitor. They trap is show only base fare and when user pays booking advance extort the user. Absolutely fraud and illigal practice.

After clear payment of 25% they announce for cancelation of trip at last time before 2 hours of trip starting time. My trip was from varansi to nepal border at 5.00am and they are messaging me at 3.00am that your trip has been cancled. I request please dont go with gozo they are not reliable.

My id OW303658366 booked cab from chandigarh to dehradun 25th August 2023, as per the app I paid Rs 799 as token money and rest Rs 2400 at drop point, after reaching driver


started calculating asked me Rs3348 which I said I called your customer care Suraj one of the agent told me yes your final payment will be Rs 2400, I felt very embarrising in front of my relatives, I will never recommend gozocab big No

We Love our travels with gozocabs... Have been using whenever get a chance.. In fact recommended gozo to a large gathering of relatives in mumbai... Gozo never disappointed us - saying so, because being senior citizens, it always falls upon us to take care of bookings, and gozo has always been helpful... Wishes from radhika and shri herlekar.


An absolutely unreliable and unprofessional

I recently engaged Gozo cab on 4th July from Chandigarh airport to Kandaghat, Himachal Pradesh, a distance of 85 Km. I had requisitioned Maruti DESIRE and was charged about Rs 200 more.


The driver arrived late at the airport and the car was some old car of another brand and not the DESIRE. This was the breach of understanding. On arrival at Kandaghat, he Charged Rs 500 excess to contracted rate for use of AC. I was shocked but I had to pay.


With this experience, I cancelled my trip from Kandaghat to Nalheda for 6th July and sent a message to lady( Gozo Representative) who I was in touch `with. I was still charged about Rs 600 for cancellation .Thus I was cheated by about Rs 1300.00 on this short trip. The taxi service is absolutely unprofessional and unreliable.

This trip was a worst trip due to poor car.


Firstly, after paying the amount booking agent Aharna Das stop responding my text and call.


I did not received car details till 9 p.m. and my journey was planned @ 5 a.m.


After, calling customer care, and requesting the details they have shared the driver details, when I called driver he said, he already cancelled the trip a day before.


Again, I've to call customer care again and request the same.


I've paid 250 extra for 5 AM pickup, but driver come late by 30 min.


Also, there was NO MUSIC system in car, AC WAS NOT WORKING in chilly summer & car was in very bad conditon.


Driver was asking money every time for fuel and other details.


For tolls, driver has not shown the messages and take 2200 extra.


I've to stop the trip 1 day before due to this reason.


very worst experience.
