My personal experience with Godrej Aer Pocket is excellent. Smell is superb and long lasting.Quality is good along with quantity. Price is affordable. Recommended.
This machine claimed to be fully automatic but stopping frequently in between cycles and it's smart card frequently going haywire requiring manual intervention. Inspite of a service contract part not changed and service executive not available frequently at stoppages so he didn't care to change the card but Godrej uploaded that complaint completed without getting the satisfaction code. Exchange your Godrej Fully automatic washing machine with other make earliest

My cry is please don’t buy Godrej WS 800 PDS 8kg semi automatic machine , we had purchased it from Vijay Sales Belapur Navi Mumbai Bill number BLP014, 1611031580, In the Name of Sabiha on January 2017, we got swicth timer problem, company technician came and replaced under chargeable basis of Rs 1200, within 1 hr of his wrongly fixation of wires, we called & informed him that the dryer is not working, he said thats not under warranty, lockdown took place and capacitor got burnt, after lockdown company’s technician came said Dryer motor is burnt, replacement charges will be Rs 3000, Your technicians are really trained to spoil other things, when they come for repairs, Company will never tell you that Dryer motor and electronic swicthes is not under warranty, Pathetic Customer Service, and Poor Service Technician, and worst products ever in my life i had seen, I had bear all the pain , saving others from it .Godrej products might be good for poor African countries but not meant for India, Thank You
I logged a complaint by calling customer service number stating that my washing machine was not working, The first complaint was registered on 15th Aug, I got a call form Manesar service cenyter from Mr. Manoh Saini(Unproffessional) who said that my request had gone to them in erro as they do not provide service in my area and hence, he will transfer it to the relevant center. Then I got a call on 18th August from Mr Dalchan from Sec -5 Gurgaon Service center he said Madam I will send the technichian the next day, no one visited nobody bothered to call. I kept calling every day and called atleast 7-10 times aday as well but all in vain. After speaking to 13 people in customer service team I finally asked the 14th person Supriya from Indore customer care team to register a new complain and send the technichian she said she will arrange a call back from the superior. No one called me and again my case was sent to Riya Con Service center and Mr Manoj Saini said that he will arrange a Senior technichian to be sent to my address. Again no one came no one called and Mr Manoj Saini is such a gentleman that he stopped picking up my phone calls. I am so furious and shocked to see the kind of service rather torture the customer care team and service center team has put me through in the last 10 days. My complaint is still in process and I am not sure when this will be resolved but I have learnt my lesson that I am not going to buy any product going forward from GODREJ ever. They harass, misguide and do not bother to provide service at all. I am lodging a complaint through one of my lawyer friend for this against Godrej aswell.
I purchased this product two years back at Chennai. within the warranty period, it got some problem and we raised the ticket through an online portal and after some time, there is no response.
Now the machine is idle for more than two months.
I am writing this after a lot of frustration.
even a good product without proper service is waste buying.

Hi, I would like to share my personal views about godrej aer pocket.its fragrance is strong.The fragrance lasts for 20 to 25 days. I give 3star to this product.I like this product
Great build quality, easy to use. Last 2 months, I used this Washing machine without any abstract. Wash quality is impressive, Power Saving, fast cleaning, and dry.
I own two Godrej Airconditioners home.Earlier I had samsung ac in bedroom.i had issue with its service.I was totally dissatisfied with service aspect and cooling also.I bought Godrej split ac at reasonable price of around 32000 only and it was installed in no delay.The ac is noiseless and the lights are also not so much to disturb sleep.The cooling is magical and digital display helps to see temperature set in night also.Its indian and thats icing on cake.Thanks Godrej.
Godrej Aer Pocket 2months back I bought it from dmart.it is very small to carry.i placed it in a corner in my bedroom.this air pocket works very well.it always refresh the air in the room and makes the room fresh and good fragrance . we can carry it in our pocket also.i used this pocket nearly 1month 15 days.it comes too long for usage .good product from godrej and very reasonable price for this product.and very satisfied with this product.still im using this product in my home . its fragrance is very beautiful I use to smell it evry time when I enter my bedroom haha. thank you
It's working fine.it is an awesome product which I saw.and nice in all aspects.Also fit under the budget. Big thanks to this team for showing and introducing this product. today tell you for my godrej washing machine. Its look very good attractive . its glass is thoughtless. Its glass came down very smoothly. Its power motor is very powerful. This is the best washing machine for you. This washing machine is use for easily . This machine make your life is very easy.
Godrej airfresher is an average product . its better than most of the other available in the market.For household use it is a good product in a medium size room . for a room of lesser dimension the frangance might be too strong.
This product can be used in cars as well while it is advisory to keep ur windowshield half open otherwise you might feel suffocation cause of its strong smell.
The fragnance lasts of almost a month while by 20th day of its application you may see a considerable decrement in its fragnance.
considering its price point its an average but yet better many other available
Its fragrance is too much for 2 days that we can not sit in that room for more than 15 minutes. After 4 to 5 days it does not give any fragrance means total waste of money
Too early to give a product review.However using it a few time, I found the machine easy to use, and does the washing well. Having said that machine is noisy and vibrating particularly during spin cycle.
Must have product for bathroom, very soothing and fresh fragrances, only drawback is that it tends to leak at times so finishes off fast
Godrej air pocket is very good airfreshner.its fragrances is long lasting.it has many franrances. ther is a gel inside it.it last around 30 days.my favourite is violet valley bloom, bright tangy delight.i used many airfreshner before.but ni one can replace it.it is true worth of money.guests like the fragnance.every time you will feel fresh when u will enter the washroom.no more bad odor.it is very easy to use and easily available in evrey nearby store.u should try it.
Hi friends, today I would like to share my personal views about it. First of all, the fragrance of it is very bad and also it is not.even long - lasting. Also, to add, I would like to aware the people that it is costly also as compared to other similar and good perfumes and other products. Also, it caused irritation on the skin when I used it many times.
Godrej Aer Air Freshener gives you the best experience. a good fragrance not only freshen up the area but our mind as well. it really gives that liveliness you enjoy it. I would definitely recommend it to you. use it and feel the difference. a product can only be judged when used. I bet you'll enjoy the mild fragrance.
I had taken warranty for this appliance for 3000 rupees. Last week the Product got damaged. Even after 7 days they didnt help me. Pcb had to be replaced. They said that was out of stock. Worst service
Never purchase warranty or AMC. If you give money in advance they will not help you. Better get it repaired by third party.
They said it will take many days to get the spair. Till then what shall I do? . My 3000₹; warranty gone down the drain. I got a third party repairer and he said there is no need to replace the pcb. He will get it repaired. After this bad experience I will never purchase AMC or warranty from any body.
After 7 days they came to my home. It was just a loose contact problem
I am glad it is solved finally
