Worst service ever. very unprofessional service . after complaining again again driver denied the fault and after 20-25 km. travel the car was jammed and no one from get me cab address the issue and behave very rudely . they denied the change the cab as well as denied the refund . someone name Mr. Ashok behave very rudely .
Honestly suggest dont take this cab service .

Pathetic service and behaviour.they are collecting the money from customer but not giving to the car operators. Pls don't use this service
I booked a Cab very recently on GetMeCab for an inter city travel in West Bengal from Kolkata to a place not far. The entire booking was done through WatsApp in the number provided through their website https://getmecab.com. I paid a certain advance amount as requested by them.
They deferred giving me the Cab & driver details till the last minute.
And the details were never shared and the CAB never came!
Till date, after repeated requests, they haven't refunded me the booking amount.

No business ethics. The customer care is just for the namesake. GetMeCab looted my advance money and misbehaved in whatsapp chat several times. If anyone loves his/her hard earned money, think twice before booking. No help in COVID-19 scenarios. I and my colleagues do regret why we approached this cab service. I have no complain against the cab owner or driver but these fellows have zero tolerance.
I attached a screenshot of my WhatsApp chat, you only see what languages they use for customers. Even they asked me my confidencial air ticket where it has sensitive PNR number.
I have recently travelled through Get Me Cabs, my experience was very good. Cab driver was very sensible and knowledgeable of long route of 900KMs. Cab price was affordable and cab was good in condition. No puncture or physical damage during my journey. Cab was cleaned and air conditioned. Speed was also as per the standard driving speed in India like 80-100 Km/Hr. I enjoyed my long trip.
I was booked the Innova cab for Diveagar on 13/12/19 to 15/12/2019
Initially I had paid advanced amount to rs 500/- to the Agency.
Accordingly we arrived for diveagar on 13/12/2019.
The conditions of cab is not well maintained & its old model of Innova Toyota. Its really a very bad experience. The driver vehicle is not registered with the cab agency & he was a driving a car as a third party by the commission agent. No yellow name plate to be shown on his car,
Its really a very bad experience with such a irresponsible cab agency driver who was driving the cab irresponsibly .
Overtaking of the car continuously without knowing the judgement of opposite side vehicle was very dangerous. I suggest him to ride the cab on slowly basis but he was reacting a very bad manners. He was never accepting his mistakes n rudly behaves. At one place near diveagar he had done a mistakes of overtaking but due to his wrong judgement a two wheeler person got injured n he falls down. still the driver was running n was accepting the mistake. Finally a 2 wheeler persons folloup the car n caught the driver for his bad behaviour n wrong side overtaking. Finally I make the reimbursement to the injured two wheeler person and closed the chapter. I have done this because I have to keep my family safe from such stupid fello.
I really suggest everyone donot go by getmecab if you really love someone or to your near n dear one.
Ours experience with the website GetMeCab.com was not good while searching for cabs online.Ours booking was from Delhi to Muzaffarnagar where we had to meet one of our relatives. Firstly, the driver reached an hour late from the scheduled time. Secondly, in order to make more money by the liar driver; his under mentioned demands were different against the invoicing.
i) On invoice, Night Charges of Driver were nil against which he demanded Rs.250/- on reaching at 11.00 pm saying, "Night charges are between 9.00 pm to 5.00 am".
ii)On invoice, the amount was zero for Toll+Parking against which he demanded Rs.1200/- without showing us the bill.
iii) On invoice, the allowance of fake driver was Rs.250/- against which he demanded Rs.350/-.
A total of Rs.1550/- were paid in addition by us and we forwarded a complaint of this thief driver of GetMeCab in the consumer court.
The lady out there definitely need to get some classes on how to speak with your customer or clients. Even after booking a cab on prior bases with an online payment as an advance, they denied to send the cab for our use. Neither they picked our calls nor did we get any response from there end. After waiting for hours at the airport we had to opt for an different cab. The entire trip was a disaster from then on. Thanks for your awful services and definitely I would not recommend anyone to opt this.
Choose at your own risk, if you need to make your journey a memory one (worse one)

We had a great trip to Ambaji. The driver, Mr. Amrat bhai has arrived before time and patiently waited. He was very curteous and cool. On way back we got stuck in a traffic jam for about 45 minutes, but the driver has coolly manouvered and drove carefully and patiently. I used the services of GetMeCab for the first time. We are very pleased with the service, from the information stage to booking and completion of the trip. GetMeCab is reasonably priced. I recommend GetMeCab for safe and comfortable outstation trips.
This is frist time travel with get me cab they provide me a good vehicle and good driver they help me lot in my trip I recommended to all my friends
GetmeCab provides service that humiliates the customer. They are just gold diggers after your money. Their site doesn't work properly, their customer care doesn't exist, the ones who pick your call are the agents who won't listen to you and disregard you more. The manager himself disrespects the customers. I am writing this review without even availing the cab service. I wanted a refund for my booking installment because of the Western floods but this is how I was treated for a genuine case. I would humbly request to not opt for their services ever. They never refunded my booking amount how minimal it was but also conditioned that they will refund only if I remove the review. Would one really want to risk their money and lives on service provider with such an idealogy.

I had booked an Innova Car for Mumbai-Pune return trip for my CEO from Getmecab as the rates were pretty cheap and affordable.
Instead of my clear instructions on email none of the things were looked into in terms of cleanliness and quality check of the vehicle.
Car a/c was broken, vehicle was super dirty, under maintained for such a long journey both ways.
This vehicle was CNG and they didn't even bother to top up the gas before the journey, instead the driver was stopping the car after every hour to fill up the gas. Super irritating and disgusting.
Customer care was of no help at all for this kind of scenario. They mentioned us as our trip was the last one so it was this dirty. Like really?

Worst company. No professionalism, came 50min. late. Driver and cab is different from message received. Haven't made his meter to 0. Charging more than what is actual reading.

We had a memorable experience, with Get me Cab, the finest car rental service in Delhi. The most significant was the amicable gesture of the tour driver Mr Jatin Malhotra. He guided so nicely and maintained a cordial, pleasant behavior all through out the journey. In fact, he reached us the destination on time.
We hired a cab for a trip to Yercaud from Bangalore , the driver's attitude was pathetic and rude. It was first driving in the hills .finally he cheated us by stating he drove 42 km exceeding the allocated 500km and charged extra.
Will never choose getmecab again
