Its very unfortunate that I have brought Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner Euroclean Wet and dry in June 2014 and just after five to six times of use I have found that Hose pipe is getting melted.
So I called the number for raising the issue as its still in warranty and I got a call from the local service center informing to pay up for the Hose pipe I have told them that its under warranty they said I should complain about the product within first one month or else its cannot be covered.
So, I have called call center to check they said I can get it fixed free of cost under warranty. Till here, its good they raised fresh complaint on Nov 26 2014 (Trouble Starts) and till today no body even bothered to call or come and check and I have called them almost 10 times requesting and the call center.
Standard phrase " Sir we are escalating it to higher ups" nothing has happened. I am so irritated and frustrated of their service its utter waste. I learned the hard-way.
NEVER GO FOR EUREKA FORBES THEIR SERVICE IS WORST.
I am planning to take them to consumer forum and take my money back. Don't fall for Eureka Forbes tricks.
Their Escalation of service request doesn't work its only a eye wash.
