Worst services I m using dish tv connection but had a very bad expectations froad company always frustrated and also customer care service very bad my suggestion to all of you pls don't use dish tv I have good suggestion from my friend for Airtel kindly take Airtel connection

I called to customer care 5 times. Each time they promise me to provide technicians help. But their technicians are very busy. So he didn't come. I'm surprised by this service..

Dish tv don’t work properly their customers care derive is very rude and pathetic they don’t treat customer nicely they don’t solve problems at all not they listen they just loot us and are all fake and worst services

Worst service provider....

I strictly recommend don't don't use dish tv it is worst cable provider and it's comtomer care is pathetic does numerous calls and irritates.....

more than 10 times I have used dnd service but every month they start to call again and again for their offers n do 15-20 calls daily....most irritating app I have ever seen

Totally unhappy. On their own they are increasing the monthly charges without our consent.

I have given enough missed calls to their customer care number provided by them. No calls will come.

It is all bogus.

I am cancelling this dish tv & going for different service provider.

Only 3 days I havent recharged, they deactivated my set up box, now charging 250 rs even my set up box is ok.only they want money, no service is good.

I have recharged dish TV and it is not working, when I called them they said we have to book technication from there side for which they will charge Rs 200 for each visit.

In March I faced the same problem and there technication came and did some thing and he charged us 350 rs. Again we are facing the Sam problem, we need to pay again 200rs item's.

If you have such problem every month you need to pay 200rs

I asked them to cancel my account and refund back my reached amount of Rs. 370, customer care executive says they don't have refund policy.

In any services company there are refund policy, but this Disttv doesn't have.

I used there service for more then 10 years, but now I recommend strongly please do not take the dish connection.

Employees harass women in society and still dishtv supports such men. you now have the answer for their poor quality and service. stop supporting and buying the products.

Don't expect anything from them. stop buying dishtv Kevit Patil their service manage Pune is full of criminal records. they need such fraudsters to run their company.

Don't buy this service they won't respond proper after they get money and I don't know whenever I call the manager is not available to talk I don't know where they will go we dont won't such a manager please change them and provide good service to customer, , , please don't buyy itt they are only moneysh people...

Every time need to Pay for service like local techneshian. I am facing signal drop issues many times in a few months Dish tv arranged local techneshian and fix But pay every time I loss 200. This technical issues need to fix your side without charge.

Big fools are sitting over there at customer care and all are working with lackadaisical attitude towards the customers. Big shame on them. Even senior staff is also meant for count their payments on the last day of the month. Group of Illiterate and stupid people.

Always shows 301 (bad weather) error, if call customer care they will tell chargeable at 200/- per visit. If not recharged for some time, they will call and ask us to recharge minimum 100/- will resolve the issue, they will not send service person to rectify the issue. During validity expiration all channels will work and force us to recharge. Beware of such things. This is a definite fraud. Please never think of taking this worst service of dish tv.

Complaint on 26/10 and they said to visit in one day. But no one come till now. Earlier replaced the original setup box with the local and also charged heavily. It is a fraud service. Better to use Tata sky.
