I'm dishtv customer.. Been noticing that I have been getting my bill increased mostly every month.. Instead I've not taken anything extra.. Then whys my bill more everytime.. Ive been not having my religious channels like GOD TV or Daystar.. Which I'm asked to pay for separately.. That's even more disappointing.. The other channels I hardly even use..

If we accidentally make any recharge ( dish tv)...they will not refund money and also they will not take any action regarding that.

Those guys suddenly started to send me some strange emails. Probably someone has registered my email here. Now, I tried to contact those guys and explain that this is a mistake, but all the standard email addresses like support@ or abuse@ are not supported here. I unsubscribed many times, but it did not help. I'm really disappointed that I have no means to contact this company by email. This business is run by unprofessional and incompetent people.

Channel coverage is poor, even after complaining no quick service and resolving the problem.very pathetic customer service, technician service is very poor.if you are looking into taking new connection then don't consider DishTV. Disappointing experience

Dishtv offered me one month extra subscription after recharge for 3 months, but after recharge for 3 months they don't provide me extra one month, do everyone please careful on dishtv offers ,

When I called CC they said me your not eligible because this offer not for (south pack) malayalam Pakage users.

Dish TV putting ads saying above Rs. 250 package recharge for 3 months 1 month free

My package was Rs. 544 and I recharged for 3 months paying 1632. Now they saying package increased to 579 and recharge amount 1737

I am not satisfied with your service third class service . Complained many time about dish tv signal but nobody came he refused of this is so far away from me that's why I am not coming. if you can’t come then why are you selling. your product. this is horrible satisfaction.there have literally lazy staff. I suggest don’t purchase dish tv . because they don’t need customers.i had recharged for one month.I didn’t use.

They call customer 10 times a day

In holidays i tried changing the package bcoz of holidays for kidz and world cup.... But they took 2 months to resolve it..... 100 times i tried many methods but they r worst

Every alternate day there is a signal issue even when there is no sign of rain. 80% of your recharge money goes in vein with no customer support service. For watching your program you have to depend on their mercy. You dont get any signal on your dish tv during weekends. Its such a waste of money. The company runs by such persons who wants to earn money through unfair means without providing any service to customer.

1. I got a call 1 month before from dish tv. They convinced me to purchase dishtv smart Hub . So accordingly they delivered the product the very next day. But first 2 days it ran very well. Next time it started updating. But remote stopped working. I complained more than 10 times but they didn't resolve even after promise. Neither the set top box nor remote works properly. And for new channel subscription also you will get call frequently. They will insist you to purchase as much as they can. They will say later on if you don't like the channels u can deactivate. But that's not true. Such a fraud dish tv people are I can't believe. I will like to suggest you all please don't purchase dishtv.
