Today on 17.09.2023 at 16.30 we went to pick up point of D Mart in Crystal enclave aprt. @ sant Anthony road Vakola for Ganesh Utsav shopping. We repeatedly asked a female staff there about some items, but she ignored them and did not answer. Later, when we went to the billing counter a little to the side, they were laughing among themselves. Had a very bad experience with D Mart, wondering if we will go again.

As usual, ordered materials from Dmart online. The delivery was supposed to happen next day. The day on delivery the delivery boy called saying where you stay and does the tempo come to your place. I said ' yes tempo come and few distance you need to walk. He said ok and kept the phone. After this I received message saying that delivery failed due to address not received.

I called customer care and narrated the incident, they took the delivery boy on parallel call, He started saying I went and told the person to send some one and no one came, so I turned back. He also said We don't deliver in Chawls and when I asked him to send material now, he said it will come next day even the customer service person told same thing.

So my advice to Dmart team, mentioned on your online platform that you don't give service in so called Chawls. I was paying you for the material+ delivery cost , it was not a free distribution you were doing.

A very bad behaviour from Delivery and customer service.

I cancelled my order and never ever I will order or go to this fake people.

Every highrise as a fall and that's the beginning for you guys.

Hi DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd

this is very unfortunate to highlight this case here, I am highlighting this because of Poor service.

I purchased some items from Dmart ready on 6 Aug 2023 and made my payment via Paytm, Amount was deducted from my account 2 times however as per Dmart executive they were getting timeout and he told me that deducted amount we reflect in my account within 48 hours. but it was not reflected in my account.

I visited again to DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd ready they told to raise a complain to customer care.

I raised a complain to customer care on 12 Aug and till now I called many times to customer care they ware saying amount will reflect within 7 days, 2 days and 1 day but still no resolution and and still amount is not reflected in my account.

It is more than 20 days and no-one has taken seriously.

I am very disappointed with DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd service and this is very pathetic work and seems now DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd is doing fraud.

It's 9:02 pm m with my baby in the store, they denied to give me my delivery staff was there and store was open.... It's hardly took some minutes for my package worst experience.

Dress section is very poor...there is no staff available in men's dress section and the whole store is very crowded with products..there is no room to walk freely on the store..

Today while shopping e had a very strange experience in Ratnagiri d Mart a Muslim lady threw our trolley in anger 3 times we left without saying anything so I hope that It is happening in front of our eyes but your customer service representative has not done anything there

Customer experience seems to be very low lately. Staff is not helpful at all rather rude.

Billing staff just keep on watching if you are extending hand to put items into bags, like its your job and they have to only do scanning and watch.

Better have some self scan kiosk instead,

cost savings you can pass it on to customers.

Recent policy heard from billing staff that they do not provide polythene bags for refrigerated items. Why can't such policies are displayed on the store front so customers come prepare from home.

The attitude of staff towards customers getting free is not tolerable. We are paying here to buy things with some better customer experience and thats what dmart was. Why we should not opt online to skipp

I would rather to go for shopping online or local kirana. Hope management takes corrective actions to bring back same great customer experience as it was earlier.

I appreciate DMart as the format of departmental stores as a very user friendly and cost effective stores. But my review is for the staff at DMart Ready(Delivery Point) especially at Daksha Building, Near Vital Hospital, Pimpri Pune.

I had a bad experience with one staff by name Akshay when I went to take delivery of my goods worth Rs.37-. Unfortunately the footpath work was being carried out and cement mortar was spread on the way. There was only a less than one foot passage in which, not a child could move. Hence, I suggested at least to put a plank connecting the hard surface and dmart compound so that the visitor will face least difficulty. The person was very rude and replied in a tone, "we deliver. the goods and we have to take them outside, When I requested him to at least come out and see the difficulty, he harshly said "I have seen, I can't do anything'. Do we need such inhuman persons on the counter? I am a 65 years old person and Akshy did not have the feeling to lift his face and look at me or at the difficulties. When I indicated to him that I will write a review, his reaction was dry and did not bother a bit. Need to take strict action.

I have purchased Rs. 7200 worth items from D Mart, MEDIPALLY, Hyderabad.One item worth Rs. 159 was missing. Same was informed after one day. Not replaced the item. Staff are very much irresponsible.

Staff doesn't have sense how to talk to customer and behave with customer they r behaving in a bad way and they r losing customer because the service, so please requesting management to look into this as soon as possible we came to shop here and feel like this happy but here we don't get proper response I want take action among them.

Worst customer care service. My mobile got stolen in D Mart, i asked them to check the security camera, the staff incharge made me to wait for more than an hour he didn't even Responded. Very worst service. If they are not able to see the camera and verify, then what is the purpose they are having camera's. Worst staff and aervice

Worst service, worst customer care expert

I ordered monthly groceries on 3rd April, and they delayed and delayed, I called them again and again and they are saying they already delivered the order, now they are saying it's not delivered, they are saying you will get a call in 1 hour about the order. And I am still waiting for their call, just now I cancel the order. And the most funny part is that they are charging a delivery fee of Rs 49.
