Never belive , never trust this Clay Telecom Services .My experience for using it was so bad. Speed of the internet was so slow, all times connection problem. Customer services of this Company was realy bad.Please Dont belive this services im definitely disapoiting.Im not recommend this services Thanx.

This company is full of stupid the cheap people .never ever trust on this company and their promises they run scam in okhla phase 1.
Clay Team is really proactive and I was surprised that they run a call center at midnight also to support their customer. Actually I had misplaced my Passport during my recent travel to Canada. I did not had my passport soft copy to file the complaint & then I remembered that I had given a copy to Clay & I called the Account Manager Mr Rajesh at midnight in India & he said sir please wait for a while & I will call you back. I got a call from their customer care manager in 10 minutes after my call with Mr Yash and they sent my passport scanned copy in their system via email on my registered mail id & that was a great help. Really thankful to the entire team & impressed with their superb service. I am happy so thought to share this review online to make sure that people know Mr Yash & Clay both. 5 Stars

Perfect service with no issue on the network. Only 1 thing that they need keep in mind is that their Customer Care team sends too many emails, which needs to be put on hold. We went to Eurpoe tour with family & like the service very much - Thanks
Do not use this for your international trips, they charge other customers bill to your credit card and there is no remorse. Should I call this fraud / misuse of information? There is no response to emails after the initial back and forth. Where and to whom to escalate is also not clear!
Am working in very reputed company and as a travel arrangement we have sourced one SIM card for usage at US from CLAY.all the documents like Passport, Visa, Company acknowledgement letter, etc were provided before getting the same.
After my colleague reached US he found that only Voice call is working and no DATA is WORKING
and finally when questioned they are asking us to change the HANDSET stating some bandwidth problem.

We chose to apply clay’s global sim card for belguim so that we may want to name domestic anytime we preferred. however it was absolutely useless. Even the data did not create any hassle in connectivity for browsing, chatting and mailing. I had once called to the customer care team for asking about dialing instructions. They treated me nicely and helped connecting call.
My overall experience with the services of the company was good and will use it again for my next abroad trip.

I had wonderful experience using the services offered by Clay Telecom. I had purchased a postpaid international SIM card(Voice+ Data) for my trip to US. The network coverage was good as I did not face any issue in calling connectivity.
Even the data worked very well throughout my visit because of which there was no issue in chatting, emailing and uploading pics on the social sites.
I had to follow some dialing instructions before making calls, which was little boring. Otherwise the overall service offered by the company was money worth and inconvenience free.
I used Clay Telecom’s International prepaid SIM card as I had to visit England for my project work. Initially, I did not face any problem in network connectivity but during one of my trip days I could not make a single call to anyone. Apart from that, neither I was able to browse nor could I check my e-mails.
This made me really frustrated, as I was unable to do my work. When I called Clay Telecom’s customer support team they informed me that that there was no balance in my cell phone as I had used all balance in messaging and calls. If I wanted the services again, then I need to recharge my account in order to make my SIM active again.
Finally I recharged my SIM for further connectivity.
Last month, I went abroad so I bought International SIM card of Clay Telecom. When my flight landed at airport, I started experiencing network connectivity problems in my cell phone.
Since I wanted to make an urgent call, I tried rebooting my cell phone, but even after that the problem was not solved. I continued facing the problem.
Frustrated, I called customer support team of Clay Telecom. They asked me that there was a compatibility issue with my cell phone. I quickly replaced this cell phone with a new handset that I was carrying along with me. After inserting the SIM card into that cell phone my cell phone started working properly and I did not face any inconvenience in network and it worked well during my whole trip.
I took Global SIM card from Clay Telecom as I had to visit Thailand, Singapore and China for 2 months for my research work. Initially, the connectivity provided by the SIM was hassle free and smooth. All of a sudden during one of my visit days I could not make a very urgent call and was not even getting a single call. This caused little loss to my work.
When I called Clay Telecom’s customer care team I got to know that I had used my entire balance amount and it is important to have at least 1 Euro as balance to make an outgoing call. My review about Clay Telecom’s service is good as I found the service nice and up to the mark.
Today I am talking about my personal experience for using Clay Telecom Service Operator.I am used it approximately 2-3 months but, my experience for using it was so bad.The customer care service of this mobile operator was really bad & embracing.
The speed of the internet was of this operator was so slow, all times it caused connection problems.The charges & billing of this operator was so high, thats not affordable for all peoples.Therefore, according to my experience I am not recommended you to use this type of useless mobile operator. Do not buy services from Clay telecom as they lie and hide the truth for sales. At IGIA airport they sold us 2 sims telling that data will be high speed unlimited. Here its working only at 2G and when I am mailing / whatsapp to customer care then no response. Also I checked this plan on their website now where its mentioned only 1 GB 3g/4g data followed by 2g unlimited which they never told else we would have purchased Matrix sim which offered 6gb 4G/3G data at same plan value. Please do not go for these frauds. hope this works
It doesnt seem to be a responsible company, have had friends complain about them that there sim cards dint work in Europe . I needed a sim card for UK presently and so was trying the numbers provided on the website, they dont pickup any number provided at all. Also we have a free sim card with an HDFC, but they dont respond the email and number provided for that as well. So I would say a highly irresponsible company, when they are not picking up calls initially, we can imagine what kind of service will they be providing in case of any hassle.
The company is good. But the management is not good at all.The plan of the company is to give the beat network to there customers.keep up the good work. There are many things whi h can be improved. May be they have to give chance to the new ideas. Insted of working on the same old ideas. Just a tip. We know you giys have one of the best team but never to forget. Even they were new at some point.
Stilll, in present clay service is not available all over the India, but where it available it performs very well, because it always concentrate on the customer needs and also provide an package of offers every month.
As per my opinions, connection speed is unbeatable because of having large spectrum. Performs very well in case of internet and calling. Network coverage is very wide and strong also in remote areas. Charges and billing are very reliable as my experience of more than 8 months.

network coverage of this company is too poor. they. they can't cover network in cities and also in villages. always roaming is on for this operator so charges is too coastly for us. don't buy clay because network is low.
coustmer service is too bad of this operator. I am call in service center they can't pick our call.
billing charges is too high also.
calling and sms charge is greater then other operators.
so don't buy this.
