The leadership team is very competent and follows a very structured curriculum for their students with the right balance in academic and non academic activities. Having worked with various organisations during my life span, as a staff I would vouch for this organisation. The management gives lot of respect for their employees and ensure we have a work life balance.

I'm very happy be in chrysalis family for the past 3 yrs . It's a wonderful environment to be in . There is lot of opportunities given for teachers to grow. Everyday there is a new learning which is so much important for a teacher. Encouragement , motivation is an important key in chrysalis. Every staff is given equal opportunity here which is motivating. It's a wonderful place to work with a happy environment everyday.
