In this chaitanya godavari grameena bank there is a problem of cash. If want to withdraw more cash they says there is no cash.

Network problem because the server is not available for banking the atm is not good. The workers in the bank will dont give write information. There is a scarcity of systems. For fast the should provide more computers for fast work.

The phone banking and the internet banking services are not good. It always says server problem. Cheqe withdrawls are not fast. There is a scarcity of workers. So it must be improved as soon as posible.

I was in Jagannaickpur for some work and lacks some cash so I went of to Chaitanya grameen bank for some cash withdrawal.but it was disappointed moment there.

There is a staff of two people who are very careless towards your problem . I ask about Phone banking first but they clearly refuse because they dont use it .

Their ATMs were always in problem . Sometimes there is no cash and sometime machine got affect .

As Grameen banks are rapidly changing with digitize era but this place is not even caring about Internet for banking either .

Customer services are very Bad . I requested them for cash withdrawal but faced Very weird Answers from them .

Today I want to discuss about Chaitanya Godavari Gramin Bank's services and facilities.

First of all, I want to say that this bank's employees are very lethargic as they do not work quickly and never thinks about their female and senior citizens customers.

The staff attitude of this bank is unimpressive. I will not suggest anyone to open bank account in this bank.

Internet banking and ATM services are very bad. Mobile banking also don't works properly.

Overall I did not liked this bank.

Hello to everyone today I am representing in front of you the demerits of a bank who's name is Chaitanya Gondavari Grameen bank why I am telling demertis of this bank I well tell you in detail and clearly.

1.In the modern country all the people want the e-banking services but this bank doesn't provide the e-banking means we can't be operate our account from one place to another place.

2.When we open a bank account in this bank they want a document in large amount and also do not open a account fast.

3.now I am telling that in this bank Chaitanya Gondavari Grameen bank no ATM facilitie is there by this we can't take our money from another place. They only provide the cheque facilitie only.

4.I am telling that the bank the take very high amount of interest from borrowers and not giving the interest to deposits.

1. Last I am tell that in this bank no locker facilities are there we can't store our personal things like jewellery and important documents.

Very good quality service is provided by this bank .this bank is also providing ATM facility to the users .This bank is also provide net banking to the users .This bank is also providing locker facility to the users .This bank is solve the problems of the users promptly .All the users of this bank are satisfied from the service . Cggb is no less than the commercial banks in term of business and customer base.

Their sercive towards their customers is their asset which helps to expand their banking through out their service area.

The atm service is good and we can use free transcations via andhra bank atms and neft/rtgs is avilable which can we send a lump amount to other ones.

Mobile banking is on testing in forthcoming days we can see it in our mobiles.

Products are pretty good and main thing which is attractable to customers is their fd interest is more when compare to all the commercial banks.

Finally cggb a developing and well performing rrb in our state.
