i am fedup with this services from last 3 years!! i didn''t order from any company whose delivery partner is bludart!! think how much lost they are!! you''r services are like you''re a new comapny and you don''t know how to run this business and how to answers customers!! do you even think that choosing you as a delivery partner is good for any company???

Blue Dart''s shipment is worst of all, your delivery executive only give 1 miss call, They did not even try to contact me twice. This is very poor service. We have paid Money for this delivery, and you executive think his is giving free service to us. This is totally unfair practice.

Pathetic and cheap unprofessional behavior from BlueDart HSR E Tail Centre. when I have tracked the status , they made it as a wrong reason saying I am not reachable in the address. Totally frustrated with this experience from Bluedart. Really Pathetic .

Yes you can but only that person whose parcel is this. Means your family member or any other friend can not get parcel from their office. They do contactless delivery. But my advice is never choose bluedart. It is worst at customer service. No contact is valid on their website. Total waste of time

File a case with consumer forum then they will respond immediately. Filing case is simple and easy and you can also do it online. But first mail them with a warning that if they do not resolve your problem you will be going to consumer forum. They will refund you or solve your problem

Praveen it means they came to hand over the courier. But your premises / home/ office was closed. This is a common excuse given.
