I joined 3 days ago and having been met with nothing but problems and issues which required help from Bla Bla Cars as a Driver about to do a 1600 mile car journey from Alicante Spain province to the UK , the stress has mounted up to the point I have had to cancel my account just now , and even escaping this badly organised online booking system designed for the owners to sit there and make commission from the people booking a car journey and not having any Help Desk to turn to and get a quick response is just one indication that describes a business person with only one priority , and that's to make monies and cause many people misery .

There appears to be no human people to turn too at all.

Don't rely on this App for anything, and take the RISK if you can afford it.

The phone number they use when sending me messages is not a valid number and it cannot take messages back to them nor can they be contacted.

Shocking Site..as bad as it gets ..

But my overall view of Bla Bla Cars is DONT TOUCH this site..

I have been cancelled last night at midnight for today s early morning .

There are no protecting rules for riders to fine or restrict drivers the right to use this platform for a while for such unprofessional behaviors .

After 5 four waiting he didn't pick my cell and now ID of above no is different. It means some rovery type people r working on it .never use as this may lead u people in danger zone

Me and my husband booked a car from Vashi to Pune for 380 total for 2 seats.

However, first the drive was late almost 2 hours Secondly the driver was different person.

Also at the end of the ride the person argued with us and charged us twice the actual amount. He was really rude and from the behaviour didn't feel safe too.

Worst app ever, no authentic profiles. Scammers used this for looting people.

Even after reporting the driver no action was being taken as such.

Mostly bla bla ride providers are taxi drivers. They have 3-4 taxis, and they all run on the same route. It looks like this is being done from all the different places, for e.g if you see the ride provider from Delhi to Chandigarh, you will get many ride provider which has closest, cheapest etc.

I took a ride book from Delhi to Zirakpur for my wife and children yesterday. I chose that ride povider whose was close to my house, it was in my mind that someone is going to his personal vehicle. After booking the ride, I will called him for confirmation and where he will meet me in the morning. He told me that he would come to my house, to pick up, this morning the time of 5:30 was confirmed, and in place of 1800 he would take 2000 to pick from home.

When he came in the morning, then I know that he is a taxi driver, and he has yet to take another passenger, due to this it take 2 hours in Delhi, Normally Ola would have taken 2500 rupees from Delhi to Chandigarh. I wasted 2 hours and saved 500 rs.And he did not drop my family at home, he left on the road.

Whenever you book a ride from bla bla, confirm first it is taxi or personal vehicle.

The ride provider can cancel the ride at any moment at any second prior to starting which means you will be left by the road trying to figure out what's up, without reimbursement without immediate refund..

Never book a ride through bla bla cab as they can ditch at the last moment and no takes the responsibility of riders.

I had booking one seat for Guragaon to mathura. The app was shown only two passenger are allowed on back seat but I travelled with 3 person were on back seat . Driver stop his car several time in the route without any reason and he drunk so much. How many the bullshit driver are registered with this app.

Repeat website ERRORS. No language switch outside the travel country. No response to the chat option or help option. They charge your card but refuse to refund up to 5 days.

It was a nightmare for me. I was traveling to hisar from bahadurgarh, journey time was 5 PM. Since beginning everything was wrong, First of all journey started from different location. instead of 5 PM journey starts at around 5.42 PM. Even the car was not correct as mentioned in the blablacar, As per blablacar mentioned car is ritz but it was honda civic. It was totally different. When we reached the hansi location, At hansi our 2 fellow passenger destination point. They left the cab, but driver charged 300 instead of 260 as mentioned in app at the time of booking. As I am the only passenger left in the cab both the person( car owner & his friend) started giving me excuses that we will stay here for dinner it will take half hour, If you getting late take some cab or bus from hansi location. All of sudden they started behaving rudely, Buying alcohol and other stuffs. clearly I can see they are not interested to droping me at my location. He started using abusive language, As per car owner blablacar profile he is friendly & helpful nature. Even I am male person, I was not feeling safe that time. He charged me 260 full amount, Leaving me 30 km far from my destination. It was a horrible experience for me. Definitely I will not recommend blablacar to anybody, Specially for the people who is traveling with family. Even I raise the complaint with blablacar no one responded on my twitter or on my mails. Seems like a very unprofessional behaviour from both cab owner and blablacar team. I also need your suggestion what action I can take!

I've been a blablacar ambassador driver since 2016.

In the first year things were relatively ok.

But in the past 2 years, a few things have been going on constantly:

1. Blablacar support team DOES NOT fix any of the issues, even if they are reported many times over.

   
   




2. Blablacar keeps ADDING more problems and bugs into their system.

   
   




3. They are tampering with your prices! Don't expect anything to be as you put it. Not even the description.

   
   

Get the reservation and then talk to your passengers. The website is there just to deceive you!

Hello friends myself anmol molwa and today I am going to review on bla bla car which is my personal experience with this service providers my grandmother who is living in Pithampur she eventually got pain in her heart me and my parents arre living in dhar so we need to travel Pithampur it was the month of July so I had booked and Swift Dzire car from bla bla car the arrival time of car was 11: 00 a.m. On 3rd of July but did not came at time so I called customer service it is very slow even they don't know how to handle customers when I ask them the reason of delay he gave me unrealistic reason that the car is in in traffic so it will arrived at 12: 30 am anyhow we waited after that when the car came I got very shocked that the car is very old it is in very bad condition and the driver is not professionally trained I don't know how to talk with passengers we start travelling at 1: 00 a.m. from Dhar for Pitampur but in the mid way the car stopped when I asked the driver what happened replied me that the engine of the car is not working then I call their customer service they told me to pay the charges for servicing otherwise I have to go or arrange some other vehicle for travelling really pathetic service I got very angry on that day I want to file case on them because they are hurting people by cheating them not providing proper services not proper customer service at all and also the arrival timing of car was not good really really pathetic services after that I booked any car from bla bla car really really I was very angry on that day genuinely definitely I will case on the way I think like that but I will not do that because I am innocent person and I will not do that.

But yes I want to be aware you that don't use blah blah car that don't have any proper services at all and also you can lose your precious time money and if it is emergency you can also lost a person who is suffering from some diseases genuinely never book bla bla car you will feel irritating genuinely and telling the truth because I had faced this thing.

I had pre-booked a ride via BlaBla car app on 13th April'19 to go to Mangalore on 17th April'19. The BlaBla car driver's name was Deepak.

I had paid the ride charges(Rs.850/-) via GooglePay as per driver's request because he said due to Election season people tend to cancel their ride at the last moment.

At the time of departure(22.40, 17th April'19), the driver's phone was coming as switched-off when tried calling. Tried several times but still it was coming as switched-off.

About an hour later I got an alert on my phone that the driver's phone number is available, so I tried calling again and this time he disconnected the call. I called again, his phone was switched-off again. This is clearly a Fraudulent activity performed by a BlaBla car driver.

I had raised a complaint on the website on the same night. I still haven't received any kind of response from the BlaBla team.

The purpose of me going to Mangalore was to cast my vote on 18th April'19, Because of BLABLA car, I couldn't vote this time.

A VERY SAD & DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!

WORST !!!!! Ride app ever , don't ignore reviews everyone is saying the truth . I paid 3 seats and , first the driver named janet veronica didn't put the right address and second when me and my friends got on the wrong address she never appeared and never cancelled , it's unreliable disrespectful and cruel, you can't play with people's time and money like that , I had to cancel my hotel reservation in madrid , it was from frankfurt to madrid . The only thing I hope is that they refund all my 333 euro back . Did need to delete permantly blablacar , I hope someone can sued them !!!

Unfair, discriminating, not willing to help or even answer questions. Blocking accounts with no reason.ive been using this for years until today

Page ia telling you how much you can charge, they dont accept your prices and won't agree on them unless you cheat like others

Everything is ok with Bla Bla Car as its an new idea where transportation is made easy for mainly for those who stay in cities and would like to go down to their native places.

But the only thing which I felt not comfortable is :

1 : Car Owners are at loss :

owners are at loss when people cancel at the last moment .car owners who wish to earn for fuel expenses or those who are expecting a good company during their journey would be greatly disappointed.

owners wouldn't have option to choose the people to travel along with them until unless people choose your ride.

2: no assured ride :

till the starting time of journey the owner is not sure whether the person would join the journey. there are 100% chances the booked ride would be cancelled even at the last moment.

3: leads stress and confusion :

since there is no assured rides confirmed till the starting time of journey this leads to little bit stress and confusion to car owner .

4: Bla Bla Car App :

App is not properly working sometimes while updating about ride info.

it doesn't even updates when booked ride is canceled .this leads car owner thinking that the ride is confirmed which would be realised at the time of journey r mostly late r car owner gets to know after a long wait for the ride to join them through call.
