Bigbasket

Products are ordered but not delivered completely while they take full payments. When called they keep you on hold and refunds are also not paid in full for missing items...neither Blinkt not any other app ever charge surcharge on items due to weight change....but bigbasket on pretext that there was weight change take a surcharge always hence their price mentioned is also never correct.

My point is who asked them to give extra , why can't they cut and Remove extra part and stick to their price , again deliver complete items when you take full payment...also customer care disconnects without providing a solution ...it's outright cheating the customers

This has been a continuous experience where BigBasket now claims quick delivery, but products are not delivered on time and they also deliver damaged products and after that, they are not even catering to your requests.

I would recommend to buy from near by store rather than ordering from BigBasket

Customer service is a joke with same 2-3 lines repeating every time like “we will contact you within 30 mins”. They said this to me for two days when I contacted them and I didn’t get any call or update from them. Shame on the CEO Hari Menon and staff running such a bad process of grocery delivery. They are running in huge loss and they should better shut their business if running it like this!

Recently ordered for grocery and rations , not good product , also vegetables not fresh, we order something and sending something else, not satisfied

Never seen such a third class service which bb is providing. Customer care executives are so rude and arrogant. Actually no any company is good or bad the employee of thay company make it good or bad. They are generating the bill and at the time of delivery some itmes are short then the delivery boy is saying that deduct the smount of short products. Now it is not system oriented company it is man oriented company.

I waited from 6 pm and they couldn’t manage to deliver even at 8.30 pm which was their ending time for the delivery. It’s 9 and the delivery guy again said he will come half an hour later. My maid just left and I have to order food after a hard day at work. Stupid people running a show they can’t handle.

After that I didn't receive any email or notification 2nd day I logged in my id and requested the same because I want to delete it. I got a call from their customer care person he was also a normal mobile number he said your account had been deleted once, you have created it again I said have you sent any notification or email that your account has been deleted how will the customer come to know, he says now there is a new process we don't send email we call, so I told him today who picked up his phone so you would not understand it, I want to delete my account but he said it cannot be done, so my What I want to say is that no one should create their own account because a small mistake can harm you on a large scale, these apps are not at all safe, they sell fakes

Groceries from Big Basket and after I was made to wait for an hour, when I asked about my order, I spoke to some executive named Priyanka, then suddenly they cancelled my order and when I asked them again why they cancelled the order without informing me, then they said that there was some technical issue and hence the order got cancelled. They are committing a big fraud.

Bhubaneswar big basket is the worst in customer service. They never delivery on time. It's not quick delivery they should name it slow delivery. And the customer support is also worse. They keep on replying with standard template excuses. Today I unfortunately got customer support staff named Vinuta. No cross checking with the branch and doesn't know how to properly address the issue. It's mre than 1.5 hours and still no idea when my order will be delivered. They are disgrace to Tata service

I sent BB customer service an email asking if a product was gluten-free; they said they could not answer bc I didn't send the email from a secure email location. I've been using Gmail for probably 10 years or so and have never had a problem.

I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to ever buy anything from this bunghole of a company.

I ordered museli on big basket and I received order on 5th august 2024 and got museli which had expired on 6th august 2024. I ask them to exchange that as it is sealed they are not ready to do that as they say return policy is for 7 days .it is return or mistake by them

I got half filled atta packet from bbasket and Their services are too poor.Don't waste your time on bbasket anymore.

This is the first time I tried big basket and the experience was traumatic. NEGATIVE REVIEW IF POSSIBLE.

Recently i have made a purchase of more than 1000 rs and when the payment done i lost money.. And order failed again they asked for money.. I have done again.. No use still order failed i have already lost double the amount. And contacted support she Aiswarya have no time in support just send a template message and closing chat.. I reopened and asked again she is not even ready to support.. Completely worst service and support.. I will hold this fraud app until i get my refund then will delete from my phone.. I think a venture by TATA is genuine.. Mr Rathan TATA stop this fraud..

Big basket is delivering adulterated organic brown sugar. I have checked by dissolving in water after I was I was not feeling well after consuming. The delivery people are poor. But the customer care employees are so cunning when it comes to fraudulent activities.

They are fraud, don’t go from them. They will first take all the payments and then at the time of delivering they will cancel the order from themselves only and all the refund will transfer in b wallet which is not in used in future because second time if we use that amount they will cancel it again and process goes on and your amount is stuck in that wallet only. They are a BIG FRAUD.

They make every fool and earn money in this way.

Most of the times the big 's services are either delayed or not fulfilled hence compelling us to cancel the order.

Zepto is definitely better
