Through big bazar online app I ordered through Google pay. Money deducted from my account but the order not confirmed. I called several times their customer care number always not answering. Many mails I sent no reply. Really disappointing. Very bad customer care

I would like to share the feedback/Complaint on the first order that I have placed with Big Bazar( Order No 809381352 dated 5th May 2021)
At first the Order was not delivered as per provided schedule by with repeated fallow up on Provided Phone number 1800 26622 55( connected after 15 Min of holding the line) Raised the Concern and logged complaint: BB32100435283.
How ever the order delivered with Private partner( DUNZO by TVS Scooty) by 8:10 PM with repeated conversion and calls to guide him on the house location for more then 45 min of calls
In addition: It was observed that, The Ordered 52 Items were brought in a big gunny bag by the DUNZO and all the fruts /, vegetables and groceries are tight packed and all the fruts were damaged with pathetic packaging and heeling
The Fruits got messed up in the bag and damaged( Please find attached photographFYR)
Request a complaint to logged on same and complaint to be resolved with proper closure and share the Closure action taken by e mail.
Overall: Very bad first experience with BIG BAZAR On line( https://shop.bigbazaar.com/)
Worst experience.no commitments. Paise lelete h . Samaan deliver krte nhi h . Fraud log.
Backend team did not support to the customers. Its been 7 days of my order to be placed nd still did not get any update.

This is to bring to everyone's notice that order ID # 801997672 was placed on 02.05.2021 for total amount of Rs1650 and online payment is already been done. Delivery was done on 03.05.2021 for total Rs1254.41 worth items only. We observed that 3 items are been canceled from their end for which payment is already processed.
Tried calling no response.... mailed them no response and the delivery boy informed they don't have anything to do if few items are not there.
So far no refund is been done nor any response from their team.
Order placed on 1st May online payment done.
No update since 1st May I tried calling on the customer service no 100 times not no one is answering.
Today order was canceled by big Bazar and no update on payment.

CHOOR BAZAR . I did online order through big bazar app , iteams were supposed to be delivered at morning between 7 A.M - 9 A.M on 2 may . But didn't received any order yet , nor they picking up calls and initiating refund . My order id is - 802466672 . Delivery boy name was - Sunil Will filled a case against Big bazar (choor bazar) .
Staff behaviour is pathetic towards customer. Worst response of suitcase problem of unlocking, mock at back on me.
It is better to purchase from local stores atleast they behave gently towards customer.
I would say it is a place where you can get everything you want if you are not looking for something unique or different most of the product here are not that costly at can be at most people budget range. And you can get groceries as well as other item for daily need but what I don't like is most of the time all the counter are not active so their will be long queue and the customer service are not friendly.

Customer care agents at Big Bazaar - Orion Mall, Panvel are unprofessional. Only argument without logic....
Big Bazaar Customer care centre - 1800 266 2255. Is very pathetic and annoying, they don't know their own stores and not have any contact details of the stores. And they simply deny the support of the consumer query.
Is there any legal action we can take for such worst behaviour.?
Hey I am from jammu, and the big bazar of jammu is located in the main city of jammu. It provide daily needs for all the customer's. There are many offer's in the products of big bazar. They provide all the eatable things and clothes too. The food courts are also available at big bazar and they provide delicious food. Me and my family always visit their to buy products for our daily needs.
I recently visited big bazaar in kalyan metro mall and the staff was not at all sensible , they told me to go and seal the bag till then my husband and my 1 year baby entered the store and were waiting but before I could come back the lady closed the entry gate and said the timing is over, my little 1 year baby was crying for me inside the store and I pleaded them that I just need to go to my baby but the lady didn't listen and said go to the exit gate, I ran towards exist Gate their that staff also didn't allow me to go to my baby, somehow I manage to see my husband and then they come outside and finally I got to hold my baby.
This is not the behaviour I know you people have some rules some timings but in some emergency case you need to be a little sensible and flexible at least towards a little 1 year old baby.
Really disappointed.
This Mangalore's big bazaar have a worst customer service. They don't know the product details properly and the customer gets easily fooled and ends up spending more money. Don't knw how to and when to approach a customer. During billing time KORYO product people comes and starts pitching for their products and hence customer is unable to concentrate on billing. Also every now and then asks do you have Paytm?? Do you have Paytm??? V can clearly see if we want to avail for the offer we will. Also the board mentioned about discount is not clearly kept at proper products and so the customer goes in loss.
Never ever one should go to Mangalore's big bazaar.
They think vr villagers who don't know anything.

The mall Big Bazaar has really has bad customer service. They don't reply to our question asked. and replacement of products is very troubling. They do not cooperate. And there are no discounts on products. Clothes are very expensive and quality is not upto point
The staff members in big bazaar, vivira Mall, OMR, Chennai has given us a very inappropriate and uncomfortable service...The staff does not let the customers shop freely with our own comfortness...I have been shopping here for years and have never experienced this uncomfortnes...Due to this service provided by the staff of big bazaar, vivira mall...I might not be a regular customer anymore..Very disappointed
Worst experience ever had . I went to buy dresses for me. I spent 3 hrs in finding finding dresses but it was of no use since I was not allowed to try them .I was asked to buy dress without checking if it fits properly or not. Will never visit again.Its just waste of time. Very bad behaviour of staff.

Firstly the Big bazar was like a cremation center.No customer support is available, Everyone are lazy and busy chatting with someone.
I had gone to buy a collage bag for me , which costed about 1.8k then when I was billing the billing person told me that there a offer because of which u can buy a Break Toaster or a Electric kettle which would cost about additional 700 Rupees.So I thought of buying the electric tea kettle.When they were about to seal the warranty of the electronic kettle.I realised that there was a similar kettle available there which was not plastic.But these people gave us the same priced kettle of cheaper plastic.When we told we want that kettle they told . sorry it's already billed and can't be returned in a very rude way.They acted very pathetic.I will never ever go to this big bazar again in my life.
Big Bazzar the name sounds as it is very high tech, everything thing is easily available but it has all its opposite. This mall is nearer to my house. When I went there to do shopping, I saw that there was nothing interesting. Neither products nor price are reasonable. Going there is just waste of money. Though I ordered a coffee its taste was yuk and its price was omg. Customer can never get their wanted items. They don't have any variety of any item. Every item has highest price. Every item has zero quality. A common man can never think of going there. I will suggest everyone not to purchase from there. It's waste at all. There is show off only nothing else. Nobody can ever like their items. If I talk about service , the employees don't have any sense, also they don't show any respect and etiquettes to the customers. I hadn't purchased anything from there because of these reasons. They neither have quality nor quantity. Noone can enjoy food items, clothes, services, etc. I am not satisfied with their work, their products and aslo the prices. I will suggest everyone not to spend unnecessarily. All this was that I noticed and it might help you all.
Big bazaar is bad behaviour and not neat and fresh product are old items and lifts are not working some times so dont shopping at big bazaar.
