They have affiliated with the highly unprofessional and worst delivery partner XpressBees which would just make false attempts on paper and never show up to deliver your order. After 2 weeks of continuous follow-ups after the actual delivery date, they finally agreed to refun. Such a degraded experience I had from so called international brand. They could not deliver order and caused me so much headache of following up with them to know the status of my order. I would never buy and recommend anyone buying online from Bath & Body Works.

Quality of their products is pathetic.

3 in 1 body wash doesn't give any fragrance and very ordinary in quality.

Body mist is good for nothing as fragrance doesn't even last 1 minute.

3 wick Candles doesn't even last 12 hours and stops burning after 50% candle is burnt.

Customer service is equally bad as they do not take any responsibility for their defective products.

It seems they are importing seconds lot from the brand or fake goods. Or the quality of bath and body works itself is bad.

Total waste of money.

As a long-time customer of Bath and Body Works, I'm dismayed by the significant decline in the quality of their 3-wick candles. Once known for burning all the way to the bottom, these candles now fall short, leaving a wasteful amount of unused wax. The low-quality wicks add to the frustration, often refusing to light easily. While the discounts are enticing, it's disheartening to see substandard products being offered. The recent downturn in both candle quality and fragrance has left me thoroughly disappointed.

The cover came off in few days not even sure if this original though bought in authorised Bath and Body Works Store in Vasant Kunj Delhi. Been using B&BWorks for many years but quality seems to have deteriorated

I LOVE B & B hand soaps and was so excited that they were coming out with refill bottles instead of just the pumps, Well, I will never order another one of them as they are SO watery. Not worth it at all.

I bought 3 Candles and a shower gel on the BBW india official website. They don't have pay on delivery option for a reason.

They've made me pay 3.5k rupees for products that haven't been delivered to me. They used a courier partners thats got a really low customer satisfaction raring because they're the worst.

The courier broke and damaged my package. They then decided they had the right to open my package that I paid for, that they had no business opening at all. And now the courier is refusing to deliver my package to me 'because it's damaged' and refusing to cancel my package.

I've been getting at BBW's so called customer service chat for 2 days now. They refuse to cancel my package and send me my refund back. They claim they'll cancell it within 2 days from now and that I'll get a full refund, but I know I can't trust these goons.

CAVEAT EMPTOR. NEVER BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

With high hopes I got bath and body works products worth more than 2000...but I am disappointed with quality especially with restful moon aromatherapy oil which smells like rotting coconut oil

I had order body shower gel and scrub and I had received 1year ago manufacturing date products. I didn't like their service

I had orderd 4 candles from BATH & BODY WORKS. 2 Days back i get a msg ur order is out for delivery and today i get a message ur order is rejected. Lik sersly. I was waiting for the products since 1 week. And the company decides when to reject the order. Compltly lost trust .

Sick, arrogant and a stupid brand. Sell products under buy 2 get 2 offers, then manipulate while billing and send only the ones you booked without sending the free items. I have repetitively written to the customer care no response for days, When I called today, the lady at the other end had no shame to even apologize. She was so arrogant, said I will cancel your order and refund.Sick sick sick.I wish I could rate them negatively.

I've ordered few stuff from bath and body works india official website. I've paid the amount prior to the delivery. It's been more than 20 days that i've ordered for the products but i didn't receive them yet. There is no proper contact details available. The contact number says invalid and the email address isn't working. Tracking ID has not been provided by them. At least providing a proper contact number would be appreciable.

Aromatherapy sandalwood and Jasmine flavours are the best one among the other flavours, they have in different varieties of Stress relief, Energy, Happiness and Focus and Thankful.

This body lotion in different flavors are the best lotion in Bath and bodyworks. I would recommend to you to try and yes you would love them.

I have been using bath and body works for since many years now and I shop them on this website. The website has a wide range of products from lip scrub to mask and from body lotion to sanitizers. The fragnance of the products here are the main catch. The delivery is always on time no matter how small or less expensive the product is.

They also put in a lot of discounts and offers during special seasons. They keep us updated about that using teh registered email IDs. The product quality is rich and has an intense effect on our body. It really works wonders, I feel so refreshed using the body lotion specially. They also have a app that has a  good design and that is user- friendly. The customer service is 10 on 10 but usually there would be never complaints. This brand is 100% reliable across the world.

I absolutely love their product ranges from shower gel, lotion, body butter, mist.they mostly smell great and everyone can find a perfume of their liking.Though the body mist don't have great staying power they smell divine and prices are so so very affordable.

I would be delighted if they open stores in India.

I was checking out a hot new online mall at ”GROUPON-MALL.COM” and ”TWITTER-MALL.COM” and I came across the awesome looking banner for Bath and Body works.

I wasn't really looking for something there but the banner just really caught my eye so I went and check it out and as it turned out I was able to get something for my wife that she absolutely loved.

The delivery time was even better than expectantly and I was totally satisfied with the entire experience from finding it on the mall to the actual purchase. Thank you Groupon-mall.com.

I have been shopping at Bath and Body Works off and on for about the last 5 years or so. I must admit, I am a bit of a bath product junkie! I have ordered off of their website, and I received quick and prompt shipping from them. However, I prefer to go to the mall and shop in store so that I may smell the products in person.

I usually only shop at their semi annual sales, which are in January and again in June. You can get incredible deals and stock up for the year. I often times have coupons from them with$10 off$30 worth of product. This means, when the semi annual sale is in full swing, I can buy lotions and shower gels on average for the price of about$2.50 with a coupon or about$3.00 without instead of paying$10-$11 per bottle.

The sales staff in my local store is friendly and helpful. I believe the sales staff can vary from store to store depending on the manger and how they enforce policy, etc. Ours happens to be a good one and they are fair with their return policies and letting you do multiple transactions so that you may make the best use of their coupons.

The products themselves are nice but I would not say exceptional. Sometimes they have some lines of product which are very good, and for whatever reason discontinue them. They had a line Tutti Dulci which was WONDERFUL! Next came the Temptations line, which was to compete with the line of products from Philosophy. During the semi annual sale, I could purchase giant 16 oz. bottles of shower gel for only$3 compared to the$16 bottles of philosophy. Even not on sale, the temptations shower gels retailed for only$12 each. The scents were wonderful and I really liked the complimentary lotions that went with the shower gels.

I noticed that their regular line of shower gels are a bit drying to the skin compared to the breath line of products and the old temptation line of products. They just recently changed packaging on all of their products and raised the prices a little.

However, I haven't been shopping in a Bath and Body Works for nearly a year because I am so stocked up on products from their semi annual sales.

They have quite a few lines of products including candles and something to fit the tastes of everyone. I wouldn't consider their products high end, as they mostly use petrolium based surfactants or oils in their shower gels or lotions. However, their scents are a lot of fun and I receive compliments when I wear their lotions, etc. I would say their body sprays and perfumes could be a little stronger as they need reapplication about every 4 hours.

I will continue to use their products and continue to purchase them when they have sales. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a regular shopper at Bathand Body Works and I love this company . Whether online or in the stores , their products are great although they have stopped producing some of the products that I really liked.Overall I like their products , but what I don't like is what I saw today from a very unprofessional cashier that was at one of their two stores inQueens Mall in New York.

It is Memorial Day Sale and many people are taking advantage of this Holiday Sale , so if one of the cashiers behaved like how she did , I think the company will lose a lot of customers. I was at the register waiting for that cashier (Janice, I noticed that from her tag)to finish chatting with her coworker , talking about a customer that just left the store , The cashier ( Janice )told her coworker " That customer really F..... UP , the customer wanted to know a lot of information about the product, F---- That, May be she`s a secret shopper!"   .

I was shocked hearing that about a previous customer who had just left the store a second ago , not only that, I had to wait by the register for her to chat with her coworkers using the F word referring to a customer. Then finally after I had finished my transaction , I asked her for a shopping bag , but she said she didn't have any . Few moments later while I was shopping at the store next to Bath and Body Works , I noticed 2 customers coming out of the store with shopping bags, so she was just lazy to give me a shopping bag and she lied about it .I think this company is a good one and they should care about their reputation by hiring employees who can deal with customers appropriately.

Ok, so one week before Christmas and their home page screams "guaranteed delivery by Christmas" if you order with the right shipping method (i.e. 2 day, overnight, etc.) and within the necessary time. Sounds good, I don't want to hassle with the malls. So I place an overnight order on the Wednesday before Christmas (Monday), which according to their website calendar was well within the "guaranteed delivery" timeframe as the cutoff was Thursday at noon. The items did not ship until three days later (Saturday) so will not arrive until Tuesday at the earliest. When I called customer service Thurs/Fri/Sat, they kept assuring me that it was en route and would arrive on time... and that the reason that they did not have the tracking number was because UPS didn't give it to them yet. (Funny, I always thought the tracking number was on the label you stuck to the box). They then went on to say that they weren't even sure whether it shipped UPS or FedEx. Interesting. Maybe because it -hadn't- shipped at all. This company obviously is not equipped to handle online orders effectively, especially around the holidays. Every other online retailer that I ordered from (Crate & Barrel, etc.) got everything to me with no problem and I ordered it at the exact same time with the exact same shipping method. Worse, they repeatedly blamed UPS... before they'd even picked up the package.
