I had ordered shoes and after payment its showing payment declined even after its debited from my account.

No response after through mail.

Feeling so happy, shopping with Bata. the quality of products in Bata is extra ordinary. I brought shoes from Bata.

It’s not good, better be careful at the time of billing they don’t know to apply the voucher and it’s code as well, they don’t have common sense to check with the customer for which items are finalised and to be billed.

I have buyed a shoes from bata 5 years ago and till now it looks new. Durable and comfortable.thnx bata

So I purchased this shoe on 28th jan 2021 from ashok nagar , Bhubaneswar branch. I had to fly to dubai on same day so i could not check the box inside. So this is what I received inside the box when i opened in dubai. Now i can’t go back to india to return this . Please don’t buy from this store. Staffs were least interested to serve customers . I have been using bata since long time but i don’t think i will buy it again .

Incompetent staff and worst service ever. Please teach them on how to treat customer. Horrible service with incompetent staff made me and many other customers to look for other options

I purchased one sandal shoe. Within two days the stitching gave up. Bata claims that the replacement can be done any Bata shop. At Bangalore when I approached at Bagluru cross road Bata Shop, they refused to accept it. I had to take back the shoe to the original place of purchase which was located around 40kms away for replacement. The quality of the products are also substandard.

This showroom is huge with two floors filled with shoes. There is always some kind of discount sale also going on at the entrance everyday. Staff is available always but service is not particularly good.

Compared to the 90's the quality of the shoes/slippers have drastically gone down nowadays. Bata was once known for it's durability and comfort. Nowadays the brand focus more on fanciness and lack in quality and comfort. There are not too many different selections also to choose from. The price has also increased compared to before. But if they maintained the same quality as before, people wouldn't hesitate to purchase footwear from this brand. I have went here several times planning to buy footwear ( either shoes or sandals) but never have been satisfied. The only product that I purchased here and lasted long is a pair of Hush Puppies socks that I bought. Many new brands have now come in the market that provides better quality in lesser price.

Horribly rude and incompetent staff. Don't have much stuff. Everything is gathering dust. Find another shoe store. Overpriced and overrated.

I bought shoe at bata which is really very good to wear and very comfortable with reasonable cost. Really very nice to look.

Which I Brought from Bata Navi peth Solapur,

First think there is very less quantity of shoes available,

When I am going to choose shoes I dont have 6 number shoes quantity,

And the Executive is rud who showing shoes,

His behavior is not good always talk cross,

Finally I brought 1 shoes after 1 days shoes going cut my skin due to uncomfortably so decided to return this size and take 7 number size but they rejected it,

Even I dont use more,

But they said we cant take it and give 7 number shoes,

Worst experience,

I cant used this shoes waste of my 650/- rs.

Dont buy from it,

I visited Bata shop civil line near damroo cinema the counter staff is very helpful dealing customer even while you r shopping for just a bathroom sleeper of 200 RS

I have bought a shoes from bata store and it was very nice experience in the store as the staff was very helpfup and help me to find me the type of shoes I want.

Rajiv Pathak of Bata Store Malviya Nagar is a very good manager.

He is very polite and helps customers in every possible way.

I am interested to write a review about Bata showroom in marathalli in Bangalore.I am using shoes from last 12 years.I used many brands of Shoes but I am personally very favour to Bata shoes.The life span of the shoes are very high compare to remaining brands.The formal shoes selling in this stores are very quality shoes.I am fully satisfied the shoes available in this store.We all know BATA is a bring brand, that's how they continueing their business brand from so many years.I will fully recommend every one buy this company shoes without any second taught.

They keep it as a dustbin , with worst product and staff don’t even care about the customer very rude and arrogant also bought 1300 bugs slipper and within month it broke thrice and now it’s just dead they are fraud don’t go

Hii i want to say about staff of bata racecourse circle and racecourse road the staff n manager too are misbehaving with customer and noncooperative i hate bata vadodara coz of thiz reason plz kindly cooperate n take action against it

I visited Bata( @ Zaheerabad, TelangAnasultan) today, to redeem the gift voucher: V137229435.

I asked the store mAnasultanger to check if the gift voucher is valid at that particular store, so that we do not waste time in case the the coupon cannot be redeemed.

The store mAnasultanger checked and the coupon was redeemable.

I selected products worth ₹ 3000+ and while billing, the system showed that the coupon had been redeemed already.

Bata customer service executive asked me to wait for 3 days to get a response and, in fact, the store mAnasultanger, Mr Fayaz Rasool, was blamed for helping me out to check the validity of the coupon.

• I traveled 25 kms one way(50 in total) to Zaheerabad, from Kamkole, just to shop at Bata.

• Wasted a Sunday evening which I could have made the most of otherwise.

• Wasted an hour in Bata store just to figure out the coupon issue.

All of this because of a stupid system that deemed the coupon used just because it was entered once in the system to see the validity.

At a time where customer experience has never been more important, Bata did absolutely nothing, more so blamed the store mAnasultanger for being customer friendly.

Disappointing.

P.S. I was asked to wait for three days i.e. till March 21st, which also is the expiry date of the voucher.

It's 25th April today, no resolution in sight.

Highly highly disappointed.
