Got the product delivered few days back. quality of plastic used is quite below standard by bajaj. Most important its a product without trial issued into market.rest of parts are ok.

Its juicer extractor is made of plastic including its crushing plate which completly fails to take juice out.

Anybody buying, must take demo specially of juice extractor using all types of fruit.In short summery, personally I not like this product at all.

I had this juicer mixer at my home since long time. The best part is it can do anything .In morning it helps me to make fresh fruit juice at home. It takes out of juice out of all fruits. Very easy to use even a child at the age of 10 years can also use it very easily. It helps us to make Carrot halwa in grates event half kg of carrot in 5min only.

We make alot of tasty dishes since it came to our house. Its buit qualtiy is so strong . Motor also very power full and handles alto of load at a time.

It is bakwaas product manufactured. it is not systematic blade to cut foods. one of the cousin have recommend this product. she told me her experience regarding it. when she purchased the product she gets Rs. 500/- coupon. which is useless to her because there is specifically mentioned on the coupon to shop more than Rs. 1000/- then coupon will be use.

Bajaj fx 10 food product to much costly. it not affordable by the many people to buy. they have manufacturing reasonable product and give better service to the customers.

I wanted to purchase a food processor  after a long research I purchased thia bajaj FX food factory. I purchased this product from a retail store. The product is delivered on the same day of my purchase which is good. The food processor works excellent for 2 months but after that it stopped working. I contacted manufacturer service centre and raise a complain about the product.

The technician repair the product but the charges of servicing is very high 400rs. I will not recommended this product to anyone because of pathetic service provided by the manufacturer amd there are better option available at this price

I bought Bajaj FX10 food processor. I have no complaints with the build quality or customer after sales service. But the problem is that it takes a lot of time to grind the products. Whereas when I used my neighbor's food processor it took almost half the time from what mine takes. I have called the customer service they reply and look forward to solve the problem.

But after 5-10 days its repaired I feel the same problem again and again. So if you are satisfied with this time problem you can definitely go for this.

# I had obtained a FX 011 Food Factory from Bajaj Electricals from a nearby merchant in Bangalore on 23rd August 2013 and register for a demo by means of the client care on 1852 160 6822( who don't have a clue about the morals of client consideration) under the grumble no. 3039113 on 25th August.

# According to them it takes 48 hours for the same which never happen till day(ninth Sep 2013) I have been calling them a few time and I got the opportunity to hear one dialog that is " Sorry for the in persuade created we will guarantee they will call you or orchestrate a demo today" which never happened.

# I called them on fourth September and shouted then they associated me to Suresh a senior individual(he said his name was so) he guaranteed me same which I was not prepared to purchase the reason this time then he had a go at conferencing me to Bangalore in control which he fizzled and said concern individual's number is not reachable and said that he has power and this time he will organize a call from nearby group before 12 am following day.

# Think about what I got a call by 3:00 pm and that get back to was a FEED call. I asked that female what criticism if I give her when there is such woeful administration. # I needed to call Mahesh alteast 10 times since he never addressed the call then at long last somebody got and let me know that a man name Diwakar will come and his contact number. I contacted him and he said he will stop by 7.00 pm and he came around 7.45 pm and the way he took care of the item was truly not valued he was tossing the embellishments all over and was in a rush… . To add to the circumstance the item was harmed the attachment was broken. Purchased a Bajaj food processor fx10 When I wanted to blend the vegetables and fruits together, I noticed the blades are not as sharp as the other brands(Philips, etc.), I was left with small chunks of fruits and veggies.I noticed that the black portion was from the jar(around the blade), it had broken. Its a big shame for Bajaj to sell this product,

I am extremely unhappy with the support they gave me. For demo they took 12 days after regular follow up now since the product is also damaged I have a “0 “hopes left I have lost my money on this and also several phone calls have done to them.

Bajaj fx 10 food processor is a good and useful product from bajaj this have a good smooth and power full work. this will satisfy. not any problem come to it and works very good. its consumes power of 600watt. and this have 2 transparent processing bowl and a 1.5 Litre liquidizing jar, and a 1 litre stainless steel grinding jar. this bajaj food processor have 3 step speed controller with interlocking for safe using.

This is a compact and reliable experience with it. bajaj have good products in market and this is a good and useful product and have a great durability of all parts and the motor. in my home my makes many types of foods daily and this is a good product not come any problem into it after heavy using this only some time when it got over heat it will auto shut of and after few time when reset done on it then run perfectly.

I bought the did factory processor from Bajaj after looking through a lot of food processors but looking at all the products at once you are getting in it thought it is a pretty good deal and I bought it and the jars were also looking good and I was satisfied by the product.

I used it for almost 3 months then the problem started happening.

I was getting a shake on the jar handle and it was feeling really loose and also the burning smell of the mixer jar was not feeling like it safe and one day the small jar broke as it just made sound and then just didn't worked.

I called the service support and they came after 2 weeks and just repeated the jar and said the another jar is not in Stock so they cannot replace it so asked for refund to which he said its not the policy and if there will jar on stock I will be notified but I was sure  that was not going to happen he also took 250 rupees for the visit and then gave me a form to sign that issue is resolved after I signed it he explained what it is. I felt created as not even a year and the product malfunctioned and also I was not compensated.

After such experience its really hard for me to recommend it to anyone.

Well, the processor gets the job done. Noisier than my earlier Kenstar. The jar blades are not as efficient. Bajaj blades have only two prongs as against four in Kenstar. Also Bajaj lids have rubber gaskets which is one more thing to wash. Kenstar has a lid design that does not need gaskets. Would have preferred a kenstar but couldn't find it online and needed a processor in a hurry. Among the options available, this was the best with the most functions/blades. My first processor was this same Bajaj and I knew it would be okay. Anyway no processor seems to last beyond 5-6 years.

I m love the Bajaj food processor cum factory. It makes all the things like juice, day powder, chhatnies, aatta, etc. It makes ghee from makkhan. It also help to Chop  the vegetable in different sizes like french fries, Round shape of tomato cucumber, carrot etc. N also very small cutting of cabbage, onion, .  Its very helpful food processor.

I have purchased FX10(bajaj food processor) in Feb 14. Gaskets of the small and medium jars are torn & base rusted/ peeling, medium jar handle shaking(during warranty period, not even 2 years). Called up customer care for addressing the same.

Service person came on 2nd day of complaint after follow up and only tightened the handle. But he hasn't addressed the rest of the complaints, however said that he will get the gaskets and base of small jar within 2 days(reason -out of stock). I agreed for the same though very unhappy for the same. Meanwhile, he made me to sign the service/ compliant closing sheet without informing me the details.I was surprised to see sms from Bajaj customer care saying the complaints are closed. I called up cc again but very poor response.service person asked me to carry fx10 to their office for addressing rest of the complaints.

I just got the Bajaj FX-10 food processor, and am very happy with it. Its a very useful addition to my kitchen and I would recommend it for those keen on doing elaborate Indian cooking. Just remember, it is a bit complicated to use and takes up a lot of storage space to store all the accessories.

Pros:

1. Does pretty much everything you want it to - grind(dry and wet), mince, puree, slice, chop, grate, make juice, knead dough and even whip up shakes.

   
   




2. You can use it for big and small quantities equally well. There is even a small chutney jar for grinding small quantities.

   
   

Cons:

1. Not very easy to use. There are two separate shafts(places for fitting in the jars) - one for the grinding jars and one for the juicer/chopper attachment. You always need to lock in the one shaft while using the other, through an elaborate locking mechanism. And while using the one shaft, the other still rotates - a needless waste of motor power!

   
   




2. The grinding jars do not have transparent covers, so you have to open the jar to check on the contents in the steel jars.

Affordable and nice

This is a good food processor and comes with all the necessary attachments. The biggest advantage that I found was that it can knead wheat as I am pretty bad at it. It kneaded it pretty well and it was ready in minutes for me to make rotis. It is super easy to make juices at home instead of calling it from outside, thanks to its juice making jars and attachments. However, the one issue that I faced was cleaning.

It is a very big and difficult task to clean this. It takes long too. So, please buy this only after you have personally experienced the harrowing experience of cleaning it up. Otherwise this is quite a useful product.

Bajaj FX 10 Food Factory -  a must have food processor in each house

I purchased a Bajaj FX 10 food processor for easy grinding and juicing of fruits and vegetables. It took a lot of time to cut the vegetables and even many utensils had to be used but now in the food processor I just need to cut big pieces/chunk of fruits and vegetables and rest of the work will be done by the processor. Churning, blending. Grinding.

Juicing all can be easily done by me via food processor saving a lot of time. I can now alone manage preparing meal and juices as half of the work is done by the Bajaj Fx 10 food processor. Stay hassle free with the food processor and enjoy your time with family!
