Aunty's Kitchen, Summer Hill, Shimla

Hello Friends,

Last week I went to shimla with one of my best friend after travelling a lot we were very hungry and when we reached shimla we saw a restaurant named aunty's Kitchen it was our first time so we were not aware about the taste of this restaurant.

The infrastructure and cleanliness was awesome so we made order of noodles and spring rolls they have approximate all kind of food. But they took around half an hour to serve those two items. And the waiter overthere was manner less but the owner of the restaurant deals in a very polite manner. And the food presentation was not so good. And the taste was also below average. So I will not recommend anyone to go waste your precious time.

I can came back now today feom shimla after giving a test of AIEEE center at st Beds college shimla.So I can travel grom chamba to shimla by a deluxe bus  in the night journey so we are four friends reached there almost in morning so we take breakfast at new bus stand . After this on saturday we travel or visit mall road shimal.

AS I CAN SAW HEAR ABOUT Aunty kitchen feom mouthshut truely .so we take lunch there its not be an a big one resturant its little bit small but have quiye place as the table.

WHATS THE GOODNESS

As they made spicy food maily thupka momo so we order a full plate for two two groups the price of then is little bit surprising which is under budget under a normal price so we are happy with them.The service is mainly faster no doubt but there is so much crowd in this many tumes but tasty food doesnt see time.

As mostly the hilly area with thupka momo in a cold place mall road what a quite different feeling there.

The best one place to get some spicy food chienense special .

WHATS NOT REMARKED OR UNFAVOURABLE

THE BEnches ate not quite well cleaned but ist also be due to crowed but the benches are little bit oily as they are not clened by any detergent or any cleaner .

The place suits that shop very much I am well satisfied averagely with this kitchen shop all the decoration is average with  average with facility but the food is very much tasty. At last I can say there as regarding the test for Chinese food this is the best place in Shimla in affordable price under mediocre family budget.So its be upon our choice what we eat.

It is a very old shop.It once operated from a very small place at middle bazaar.

Autie- an Indian lady of chinese origins used to operate her small place with elan.

It was a favourite hot spot to enjoy soup, noodles, momos.

Later, her kids started operating it with much more vigor. In hills, small shops like hers really acted as a magnet.

Perhaps, these eateries not only serve hot and piping refreshments but also make you feel at home.

I always admired its ambiance that reminded me of black and white movies of past.

But, what made me happy was hospitality shown by her.

Just visit this place, if you really wish to refresh your self! It may not be a swanky eatery but it can still outbid any other chinese eatery!

In shimla we had once eaten Chinese food that was full of crowds craving for food.We had chowmin and chicken Manchurian.It was outstandingly well cooked and the salt, pepper, sugar was perfectly used in the food.It was autumn and weather was cold.We enjoyed Chinese food.We didn't reserve a seat .My recommendation is mooch around near the mall, go and order food, feel chilled and have food hot.The chowmin was soft and the atmosphere was very busy .All were tourists.A few of them were observed to be buying and carrying in order to relish that in hotel.If you go to Shimla( any-time summer, spring, autumn monsoon or snowy winter) do not forget to have Chinese food if you are a foodie .
