Hp Deskjet Ink Tank Gt 5810 Multi Function Printer

This hp printer is one of the most highly working printer in india for the colour printing.it prints the image quitly and quickly.it even scans the image in seconds.it can be handled and serviced easily.image will be very clar and neat.it also have a paper adjuster so we can adjust pages to our required.it is easy to handle even by kids.it is very useful for office and school projects and the ink is long lasting and comes for many printings.the only draw back is it should be used daily.

I purchased this Hp Deskjet GT 5810 printer on 05/11/2016 from Snapdeal, I have the worst exprience. Its paper handling was very bad capacity of only 60 papers. when I insert a paper it some time stuck into the printer and most the my ink got wasted as it use more ink then required. Its handling is easy and easy to use but again. Very disappointing printer I have used. Hp give us a very poor help service center they do even try to help their customers. if u call them they will say that its your Computer problem not printers. And its printing speed is also not that fast. Hp provide me a printer in cheap price I think that the reason of its low working and other problems.

And most imported part that it take lot more inks to used in paper, is offen have purchase them that make it costlier. So I suggest not to buy this printer.

Recently I purchased HP Deskjet ink tank and here is my review on it.

Paper Handling : The paper handling is not so good as it has a capacity of only 60 papers at a time which is very less and even several times the paper get stuck into the printer which is very irritating.

User friendly : The printer is good and can be used by anyone very easily. There are several buttons on the printer which has been given name such as printing option and scanning option which is very useful.

Service : The service of HP is very poor because when I had purchased this printer I was having several difficulties while connecting to my laptop then I called service centre but they were unable to help me. So the service executives needs to be specialist in order to satisfy it's customers which I find missing here.

Printing speed: printing speed is quite good but not very impressing.

Other features : This printer has some good features as it can print, scan and photocopy which are very useful. But one thing I find missing is it doesn't support Wi-Fi which is very common now a days.

I will not recommend this printer.

I bought this printer at 13.03.17 from Madhyamgram, Kolkata 700129(Hitch Solutions). I am using it officially for billing purpose.

From 20.05.17, my printer is not working. I called to the customer care, one executive came also. He told that it is a regular fault and my product is under warranty so no need to worry. They will take care of it and make it done. Now the second folk came, he found that the MPCA Chip burn without opening it. But I didn't saw any burn parts of our printer. So much funny and stupid excuses the executive gave me that I have to click a snap and then I can see the burn parts. Do you guys send magicians to us to solve our issues?

I trust the company name so I bought it. Not for this kind of ignorance.

Then I called again, it's not my fault and my printer is in warranty though I told them to send an engineer and make my printer well n good, I am using it official purpose so I will pay them. Because it's my office, I need to make bill each and every day. I told them I will give the voucher or cash also. Now they told me I need to pay first by on line and then they will come and fix the issue. Do you really have any idea what the hell is doing by your employees? First of all my product is under warranty but it's urgent for me so I agreed to pay but they ask me to pay it as upfront. Why do I pay upfront? When I told them that I am going to the consumer forum, he told me I can do whatever I want, HP didn't bother.

I? ?had a talk with Nupur Das, she told me that she was going to send me a quotation, they called my office number and told they have some issues, and going to send me the quote soon. But till the next day she didn't get time to send me the quotation. After I mailed to the service head, I got the quote, but here they want the payment first and they want to read me the terms and condition. I didn't find it any where it is written that I have to pay in advance for the product with id in warranty.

I can't use the printer for 20 days. I am very much disgusted with HP service.

Do you care about your customers like this? I need an urgent response from you. Hope like your employees you didn't tell me that I can do whatever I want. Or else this time I will surely go to the consumer forum.

The most essential quality of this printer is its very low printing cost. The cost of printing in this printer is extremely very low.

The printer is user friendly. One can simply use it with very ease. The quality of the printing page is also awesome.

It is very easy to maintain. The maintenance cost of the printer is very low. Everyone can use it very simply.

Tge printing speed of the printer is pretty good. I like it very much.

It is surely a value for money product.

This is a latest printer I owned and I like this printer as its paper handling is very good.it is very much affordable as I purchased this printer for 12000 and I think this is worth at this price because of its satisfying performance in almost every aspect as it is very easy to use .and installation is very much simple. And I am very much impressed with the kind of serivce and support provided by th HP.the printing speed is good which is quite better than the old printer that I was using before I purchased HP GT 5810.Overall very much impressed with this printer.
