Tata Indicom Mobile Operator

Coming with a brand name like Tata, it does not live upto the name

It has one of the weakest signals compared to all network providers

Most of the cities they dont even have 3G( including Hyderabad) . Where network providers have started giving 4g

Most of the time we have to restart our device or select the network manually

They have good talktime options but it is a waste unless the network is not good

Customer care executives are not well informed

This is a worst operator as compared to other mobiles operators I am not like to use this operator into my mobile.

Tata indicom mobile operator is such a not worth and not for use it is provide poor network to use anything in the mobile, I am not satisfy from using this operator.

This mobile operator has many problem it does not catch full network on anywhere which is not good thing of this operator and not provide better services to doing any calls, sms or other functions. It is disappointing to me when I was using this and I will not use this again.

Tata indicom company they are not provided better services to their customers which is bad thing of this company overall it is not good gor use.

Hello guyz I had purchased a TataWalky at Noida against Cheque payment my phone no no 01206586657 I was sold it saying that whole NCR is covered and Two years rent was taken in advance.

Now neither the phone is working. The customer care is not able to give me any response. But funny reasons are given saying the Gov policy has changed so my phone will not work in Delhi. So I told them to refund me the money and the phone for which TATA INDICOM is not taking any basic responsibility.Thank you.

Tata indicom is well known mobile operator but the service peovide by them is noot good as it should be.

Call rates are costly according to the service. It need lots of changes in their schemes because they have not any good plan or offers for customers to get attention.

In rural areas there is lot of network problems. Signals are very low in rural areas so this is not useful for rural people.

Data service is also not good.Data plans are not effective they provide very much costly service. Network speed is not good. In 3G range you will get 2G speed.

Customer service is good but not very much. They are not pay full attention to the customers. For me this network is not useful.

This mobile network is from one of the most common brand Tata and I have experienced it and didn't like it because of network issue.

I would like to share some of my experience about this mobile operator.

Firstly, it's network  strength  is not  good and also the strength  is approximately 40% which does not allows to  use 3G network.

And to use internet and surfing and downloading I have to go to third floor  of my house but then also  the speed of  internet  was just  approximately  40 Kbps. And on the ground floor  sometimes the  network is gone the strength becomes 0% . I doesn't like this operator.

The  customer  support of this  network is not  good and they are not good communicative  and also the issues are not solved. I complained about network problem but  they told me that we have taken your complaint but it was not solved. So, I have experienced it but didn't liked it and also didn't prefer anyone to use this mobile network. Just use any another mobile network instead of this.

It provides great experience for those who are settled near the tower and not suitable for people who like to travel a lot as Tata Docomo's network is poor compared to other service providers. I just ported to BSNL. But my experience with Docomo was good except for the network range issues. The offers provided by the Docomo is better compared to other service providers

I had a bad experience with postpaid connection of Tata indicom. And henceforth with that incident in mind I will never use any postpaid services speacially Tata's.

I am using Tata Indicom Landline prepaid from past Two years. First issue came up regarding the walk handset. The battery of the handset was not working and most of the times the calls started dropping.

So I made a decision now. I will go to the nearest TATA indicom office, and ask my connection to be discontinued and get the deposit along with the balance money on the prepaid back. I would suggest all of you to avoid going for the TATA landline wireless connection, without checking the handset / network.

I would like to request Tata Service provider to bring down the cost and make the mobile affordable for masses. Today most of the Service providers are providing good and affordable service, and likely to influence maximum customer.

I using this network from past three yea. it has various plan which are cheaper than other network operator it based on cdma network and provider plan at cheaper rate I get plan of 1 rs for 10 min and good plan.

Major problem on this network is reach of network on remote area even when you travel you didn't get proper signal it create problem like call drop and out of reach network problem So it create irriating me a lot and I didn't satisfied with that network otherwise plan wise it's too good

I am like tata indicom. I used tata indicom networks 6 years ago. Tata indicom  a good service providers .and networks available anywhere in Indian .

Good networks quality and net speed is very good 2g speed other than operator is faster. 3G networks not available my circles and 2g speed is average.

Tata indicom office available my circles easily. Customers care service is very good.and call rate is cheapest.other than operater.

In my home we have a separate home number which will be in home and in our family we would contact that number for any matter.

The network is Tata indicom now it has changed to tata docomo and the signal strength is very good because it is a CDMA sim card which will be having good signal strength.

And the sim has life time validity and we are using it since 10 years and the call rates are very less without recharging any call tariff plans and the signal is very good and we wont get any disturbances while a call being connected.

It also provides full talk time offers and it is best and the offers are also good while comparing to the other networks in the family of Tata. We choose this network because this is the network provider which gave the best results and there are less networks in our area so we choose it. the sim cost is very high at that time it is upto 300 to 400rs, even though it is prepaid sim it is still good and if we use the net it is simply super.

Tata indicom is cdma service network.Cdma phones are fixed networks.A sim is fixed to the cdma phone.since 2years ago I bought a tata indicom cdma mobile.It becomes a problem for me.The sim is fixed in the mobile.We cannot change the other network operator sim in the cdma phone.And there is one advantage with cdma phones.The advantage is signal is high in rural areas also.And offers are less with cdma phone network.Many times I faced acharging problem.When the phone gets charging down, we cannot insert the cdma sim in other phone.In thatway I missed many cals from my friends.In last year I changed my cdma phone to gsm network.Becuse cdma brings a lot of problem to us.And cdma phones are only single sim networks.Nowadays all are using more than two sims.But with the Tata indicom operator is cdms.So we cannot use dual sims.We must have to recharge that Tata indicom phone and use the services.Even though the services are costly, we must have to utilize the services by paying extra money.There is no alternative chance for us.I dont suggest Tata Indicom operators.there are not reliable phones.Simply don't use it.

By the name tata indicom the first thing that comes into my mind is Zoo Zoo. tata indicom is one of the best communication operators I had ever been used till now. I have many reasons for it like tata indicom call rates are very less as compare to other operators. We can get the best tariff plan with it. We can get the message packs with very low price.

And the most important thing is that its network is really appreciable, even if I am underground at any metro station or in a basement, I never lose its network. So this is the thing which is required for any mobile phone users. I am using it since last 4 or 5 years, and till now my journey with tata indicom is very good and I am happy because I am never worried for my extra expenses on my phone calls or messages or internet packs also.

Tata indicom is a bad service. No tarrif plan, no data pack plan, no minimum recharge full talk time plan nothing is available in tata indicom sim.

Tata indicome users are not very much because every where in india network of tata indicom is not available. At some distance from town network of tata indicom is not available. If any place where tata indicom tower is available then not properly running network.

Over all thing this network is very bad.

I am really happy with tata indicom mobile. I am going to share my experience about reliance. it is a very good network coverage it provides 2g and 3g services in most of the popular city in india and provide a best offers to its costumer.

customer service of this company is too good but now a days it becomes a not a costaly netword company services is to good.

I sugest to buy tata indicom mobile network cheap and best.

Tata indicom is the mobile operator services providing in india.I have checked them by using the tata indicom and the network coverage is poor.In the city only it works good when you out of the city and low level areas there is no signal or drop of signal bars.

In the villages it has no service at all and it shows no signal when we are in emergency then it will be a problem.The call rates from tata to other sims and std calls they charge high rates but reasonable to tata to tata but only may be using tata indicom.

The services and rates are similar to the tata docomo and have the same problems.The best thing is if you are in city don't go out then it is good but if you go out then change to some other which has signals outside.

I live in virar it's been a long time I am using tata indicom mobile service there is a major problem with the network in my city it very poor but the scheme of the customer are ok but the company must improve the quality of service which will help getting a better quality of services as special for calling to develop the clear sound with full network coverage.

If this network problem gets solve that it's gives good service in cdma phones.
