BSNL 3G Mobile Operator

A very bad experience in last 3 days on trip to Rajasthan

I hardly got bsnl network & there was no internet at all

Whereas idea n Airtel was working fine

Comparitity I got 5 % tower whereas Airtel n idea got 90 % uninterpted n smooth tower n internet

I feel that the bsnl people are wantedly dropping network n giving slow internet to benefit private telecom players

Throughout the daily life in home speed is absolutely better than other operators. But the problem comes when you go outside house like on highway or train, you dont get a throughout 3 G but very slow 2G.

The company officials are working at there best potential, but due to govt. policies and lack of good management it has become a bizzare company, but it should always be remembered old is gold and company has provided a huge profit to country still its start till 2018 when JIO completely indulged telecom sector making every company on its knees.

May someday any honest govt. come and bring company back to its throne.

If you are valuing your money, don't go with BSNL that is the worst network ever. I'm using BSNL prepaid number 9745829013 from last two years. It started problems when I began to use the network. I went to BSNL Regional office Alappuzha, Kerala to take a SIM card. I have submitted KYC details and took the SIM. They told me that it will activate within two days. But can't use it after two days, then I called the office but didn't connect. I phoned a staff in the office and he said that it will take some more time. That was an unsatisfactory answer for me and I didn't get a solution from anywhere.

It automatically activates after four days. I have recharge RS 199 combo offer and started using it. The main problem is that the internet speed is very poor. It will take more than ten minutes to load a page and I can't watch YouTube videos or download any videos. I complained to the BSNL customer care, but they have no solution for it. Their attitude is unprofessional and unfriendly. They have no time to resolve the problems of their customers, then how it will work successfully. I think that the real enemies of BSNL are their own employers.

The second problem is signal loss. It has a very poor signal connection compared to other service providers. So I missed some of the important calls and people saying that it is very rare to get me on the phone. There hardly any signal in some areas for BSNL. The primary use of mobile connection is to keep in touch with family and friends. BSNL has utterly failed to fulfill their primary responsibilities to the customers, then how will exist it as a service provider. The only reason behind I use BSNL is it is a public enterprise. But now I decided to port my SIM into another connection.

I have some suggestions to the BSNL management.

Provide good service to customers.

Employ some trained professional staff to deal with customers.

Provide excellent network connection all over India.

Deal with customers very politely.

Introduce some good service plans to attract customers.

The bsnl 3g will provide a descent speed as compared to that of some other 4g bands.The recharge packs are economic and very helpful for the customers. The unlimited packs, validity packs all are in a descent price range.It also provide consistently strong network throughout the all areas.

Bsnl network no one 4g Internet. 3g Internet is very slow and call quality is ok, call offers and sms is good but network speed is poor.

My friend suggested me for BSNL network service and then I started using it. In starting it goes very smoothly like internet speed was 1mbps to 2mbps but now it had became worstest network service as it speed nowadays is 80kbps to 100kbps if you can't give the speed above this then I should think of another networking company.

BSNL YOUR NETWORK SERVICE IS VERY POOR . please improve it or I should any other network.

BSNL has got a very slow internet speed. I actually started using it recently and to be frank it's really worse when it comes to internet connectivity.

Aap log ye 197/198 k data pack me 2gb/- ko update kare 18 days me. Logo ko bewkuf banate ho 56 days show karwa ke. Online show karwa rahe 56 days me 2gb per day . recharge krne ke bad pta 18 days me recharge khatm hone ke bad pta chalta h ki 18 days ka hi tha ye. Aise paise lootne lage hai Wrong information update kar ke.. Photos me dekh sakte h..

BSNL, I belive that you can provide us very much bad network than this garbage you are providing us? no, what are you providing us can you tell me. n we can't watch the youtube video at 144p. no how you do this thing? I am sorry to say that bsnl netwok is very very very slower than any other network.

Bsnl Network is worst network. I never recommend other to go with bsnl.

Reasons : -

1) Very bed network

2) no indoor coverage

3) As network is not good so its expensive

4) customer service is also not good

May be, bsnl become an good telecom operator, I don, t thik so.It, s only an imagination which will never ever complete , I m telling with full confiedence. Earlier days bsnl was best because of no competition. If you talk about net speed.awww aww, don, t think.bsnl is only for name not for work.I have a sim of bsnl without any need, only it takes a little place of my slot in mobile, mention not.I m satisfy without using the bsnl sim and the bsnl also satisfy without not providing any service to me.Now both are satisfy and happy.??????????????

I do not recommend bsnl. Services are very bad. Most of the time you get the number is out of reach. Sometimes the activate unwanted services on your mobile number without telling you. And when you call customer support they tell that you only activated the service. Customer care executives do not resolve your problem and many times they misbehave with people.

I have a bsnl 3g sim card which I think I shouldn't have because it's even not able to provide a good call between two persons.

Earlier when there was less scope of 4g net It used to work average or ok but now bsnl is I think waste.

I just use this sim because this number is attached to some places which are important to me. Once I thought that I should use this sim for daily purposes and I made a recharge of rs 99 and got 250 local and std minutes. I thought it might be nice but it was horrible. Sometimes it was able to connect acall but most of the time it made me angry.

Especially when I was outside I tried to to call someone and it was permanently saying network not reachable and can't connect to a call. This was a horrible experience and don't talk about internet using from bsnl as they will gonaa betray you and no speed would be provided to you.

This is now I think limited for government offices and officials as it is not meant for common people now as with government officials it works nicely but you know. So that was all I noticed and it might help you all.

Me network was on top on the last month of recharge i recharged for rs 1098 today as my plan was over and now I'm getting hardly 100-200kbps speed I'm a student and cannot attend my classes with this poor Network even my other bsnl sim was getting great network

My BSNL sim is not having any network since months for no reason. It's very difficult to contact the customer care and once it did connect but they didn't have any idea about my issues.

Hello. I have been using BSNL Sim for almost a year. My experience with BSNL sim is very bad. The network coverage is very bad. The internet speed is very bad. You cant even browse anything as the speed is very slow, forget to watch youtube and netflix. Also the call gets disconnected in the middle because of network. Always there will be misscall sms alert that someone has called. Most of the time my number shows out of service. The call forwarding is also not happening. The overall network coverage is very very bad in my area after giving 100 of complaints.

The customer care number is another scam. Most of the time they wadte time saying status of my balance ehich becomes very irritating and after all that things they say that their executives are busy and wait for 5-10 minutes. After waiting for soo long when the call connect the executives shows no interest in hearing your problem. I have given more that 100 of complaint to them regarding slow internet but its still the same. Totally disappointed with bsnl.

Regarding the charges and billing I would say its quite good as compared to other network in the market. The unlimited pack prices are very low. But there is no 1.5gb/day packs of bsnl. They have 1gb, 2gb and 5gb plan only. I would recommend tgem to add 1.5gb plan too. But what the use of low prices if you can't even use 100mb of your data per day. Totally not satisfied with Bsnl.

BSNL connection is the worst. Customer care people are babus which cut your call without any reason. BSNL is worst. We are not far ahead when this company will close down because of their attitude. I wanted to give a negative rating but there is no option. I curse you people. I had to call several times but still there is no resolution. I will also write against you in social media like facebook, whatsapp, instagram so that nobody takes your connection. I will also suggest everyone to not take the BSNL connection. Otherwise you will regret like me. I will not use any abusive words because it is not in my etiquettes. Their contract person says "jo Karna h karlo hum complaint file nahi karenge against bad connection Aur paise aapko Poore bharne padenge Kyuki connection liya hei 6 months k liye.
