Pathetic Services and Non Customer Friendly Customer Care

I had bought a ticket on Jet airways site under PNR PBTDRF for Del to Mum for 15th Apr"13 on 20th Feb. While my card got swiped, PNR received, I am still unable to get the ticket from airline. While my card got swiped, PNR received, I am still unable to get the ticket from airline. Now after 2-3 weeks the say your booking u will have to make new booking This is not the first experience, I do not even remember if I have got the refund of my last time issue similar where I had canelled the ticket and went on folow up for over 3 months Even the jet privellage partner program related concerns are ongoing. Probably the airline is worst in full service as there is no service or service gestures that I found they have in last 2 years at lest Thanks 9323975991 Read More
