I purchased HP AIO inktank and have been struggling for installation. I have never seen such lazy customer support team. They talk nice and dont act on the service request. No reply . I am not sure of later when the product need any repair they would pay any attention at all.


I should have better bought Epson AIO ink Tank or Cannon.


I called all possible level in HP and raised concerns in Social media but they dont bother. Today is 4th and no update from the..

I have a HP laptop model-640 for the last 4 years. The laptop was functioning well for 1 year but later all the problems started.


The keyboard became loose & typing became an issue. Took it to the service center & issue was resolved. Again after 6 months same issue started again. Had got used to working with a loose keyboard which is highly uncomfortable. The laptop is also a bit heavy & uncomfortable carrying to office.


These were not the only issues. From the third year of use laptop booting became slow & laptop started hanging frequently. Was told by the service staff that the RAM has to be changed. The same year battery stopped charging & the power cord had to be changed. Can you imagine I have had to change power cord at least twice in a year. From the 4th year onward the laptop charge started draining away within 2 to 3 hours of full charge. It reached a point where the laptop was not getting charged at all & had to be always connected to the mains. This was hampering my mobility especially while traveling. Customer service when contacted told me that the battery has to be replaced. But suddenly the battery has again started charging & the laptop has started working fine.


The laptop performance is not predictable & I have had to suffer a lot because of this. Running every few months to customer service center is also cumbersome


Expect HP to come out with reliable products which require less maintenance.

I own an Hp notebook 15d155rtc. With 15 inch screen a, intel pentium processor, intel HD graphics, 500gb memory and 4gb of ram. With DTC SOUND.


I must say HP make their products worth the money. HP have good services from sales to warrenty services. U will never regret buying any product from HP.


The customer services are also good from HP. there are several service centres in india. And if you are looking for a product that complete your needs. Go for the brand HP

Had bought this laptop with one year warranty and on the 4th day a car banged me and my laptop got a minor damage. So I called up the customer care number and they asked me to show the laptop to service center in Grant road. I wenf there and they asked me several questions if I have done .Working for this place has given me the customer call center experience. Though you are not face to face with the customers, you feel a connection with them. The people that I work with also make the day better. When you have a great place to work at, you yourself are a better person. This is a great and friendly environment and I would recommend working for this company.

Bad customer service for any damage and repairing

I had bought this laptop with one year warranty and on the 4th day a car banged me and my laptop got a minor damage.


So I called up the customer care number and they asked me to show the laptop to service center in Grant road.


I wenf there and they asked me several questions if I have done it purposely. I said am I mad to do that. I got angry then they took my laptop and gave a receipt saying it will take 7 days to repair. We will call you after 7 days.


I did not receive any call so I calles them and they said it will take time. I kept following up for more than 2 months. But no response from them. Finally I wrote a mail to the customer care head of India and told him that I'm seeking for a legal action and then they replied saying give us 10 days. And finally my laptop got ready after almoat 2 and half months just for a minor repairing. Hp is pathetic in customer care.


Good for a very short term

No salary hike. No promotion. Management politics. Silly roles with nice designation. Few work hard rest laze. And those who slog will always get stepped on.


Only good for a year or so. Don't hang around if you are not in good terms with management. You may end up literally destroying your career by staying to long here.

I have been using product of HP specifically laptop since 2005, and again purchased a new laptop for my brother in Law of the same company. And truly speaking again it impressed me. very sturdy product. no bitter experiences. total value for money. a quality product. Let me share one incidence with you. My house is old style with wooden roof. once in monsoon it was raining heavily. and when I woke up in the morning to find out that the Laptop I left on the table  is swimming in water.


I swear that when I turned the laptop upside down, it was dripping water from it. I was almost sure that I have lost my laptop. there is nothing I can do either I will have to pay a big amount of money to the service station to repair it or it may never be repaired. As I was not prepared to spend any money, I just brought a big Air blower which they use to clean photo copy machine. and for almost 2-3 hours I kept on blowing air to almost every part I could exposed.


I dissemble the hard disk and every other part I could. and finally at 1:30 in the midnight I had the courage to switch on the laptop. And to my surprise it turned on and I was saved. and till date its working fine. yes once I had to send it to service station for repair but that was another problem. So friends, this is the quality of product of HP.


My full thumbs up for it. 5 star excellent products.excellent company.

Original HP pavilion is obviously expensive compared to the assembled computers. When I go for the original, it means I am loyal to the company. When I bought a HP, it cost me Rs. 60, 000/- ($1200).


Company when charges for every single part, why not provide a good quality cover for the PC, which will keep it dust free. They also do not provide a simple brush to clean the key board to keep it dust free.


dust is the main enemy of the computer.. the cover & the brush does not cost much, but when provided in the kit, customer's convenience is looked after. it says, you care for the customer..


Company also should provide a good quality multiple switch board of a reputed company, with international plug in adjustments.(they may charge for it, ) to buy it locally, hampers the quality, & if the switches do not fit in properly, the lose contact disconnects the computer randomly, which not only irritates but also not good for the computer.


Most of the times, the speakers are not provided by the company, why not? Can they not be built in? Why does an international company, with worldwide sales do not think of these minor additions causing major inconvenience to the kit?


This happens with all the computer companies...Even after sending a request to their concerned department they do not pay any heed to suggestions. It's just a marketing gimmick, when they say 'your suggestion is valuable to us'. Is it that they do not provide these things, because they want that your computer should create problems sooner, for which they cannot be directly held responsible, but then their sales' cycle becomes rapid....?


Earlier, we used to buy an expensive product, say a ceiling fan... which would give service for decades to come, even without any problem... so for decades we never would replace that fan... But now, you buy any expensive gadget, you need to buy a new one just after the warranty period is over... This is what I call a rapid sales cycle....In the time of worldwide recession reputed international companies should think of this...

About a year back I was in a prisoners dilemna that wether should I buy a assembled pc or should I go for a branded one ,as many of us faces the same question at the time of purchasing new one or changing their older one.(I had a p3 ibm earlier). Guess what ! I purchased the branded one and that so of an well reputed brand HP (Pavillion w5030in) for Rs 45k.BUT I CANT FORGIVE MYSELF FOR THIS DECISION.


First thing that shooked me when the pc was delivered to me is that the speakers were so dull and they even dont gave me an amplifier or woofer ! as it was with my friends model who had purchased six months earlier from the date when I purchased of same HP pavillion range!(me a poor chap) Then days passed on and sometime after 3 months the adapter of speaker bursted like anything.NO problem as it was under waranty and they replaced it for free. WHAT THE HELL THE NEW ADAPTER THAT I GOT WAS AGAIN FAULTY . Then I talked to senior managers of hp and finally got a non-faulty one. Again days passed on I started facing some strange problems in my pc , it became as slow as turtle.I called the customer care number , what I got to hear initially that the number does not exists as I was having a reliance landline I used to call to their gugaon number and I cannot excess their toll free number as it can be accesed only from mtnl. So the situation is that their gurgaon customer support number which is also printed in my cpu is no more and I dont have a mtnl phone.


So I called HP from my friends home who had mtnl. (This is not at all a world class service for which we shell extra money than to their competition to get better satisfaction , as we are not their relatives) Then again the story continued the customer support executive was ready to have a fight one on one as he asked some silly questions about the pc and sitting from his office seat interpreted that no engineer will be send !.THIS IS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM NOT A HARDWARE AND WE GIVE SUPPORT ONLY ON HARDWARE , he said that nothing can be done.That time I swear that I will never buy and suggest their products.


SOMETIMES IT FEELS SO DISGUSTING THAT WE THE CONSUMERS THINK SO MUCH BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING BECAUSE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS SOMETHING AND THESE MNCs LIKE HP(HEWLETT PACKARD) MISUSE OUR INNOCENCE. I AGREE THAT MY PROBLEM COULD HAVE BEEN OF A RARE ONE , NOT MANY OF YOU HAVE FACED THIS AND YOU COULD BE OR HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR HP PRODUCT. BUT I AS A RESPONSIBLE MOUTHSHUT MEMBER AND A CONSUMER TAKE THIS OPPURTUNITY TO WARN YOU !!!
