Dell Latitude E7440 Reviews

Dell laptop battery is very poor
Apr 05, 2009 05:30 PM

I purchased Dell Latitude D 630 in July 2007 and even in Feb-08 , i.e. after 7 months started finding that its battery is not getting charged . When contacted Dell on helpline , they delivered a refurbished battery on March-08, which again lasted for not more than 10-11 months although the Warranty on battery is 12 months. This is like cheating their customers.

Beware if are thinking of buying Dell laptop because of their poor battery life. Moreover they don't have any show room from where you can buy their accessories. For everything you have to depend on their helpline no. or online chatting. The minimum time to lodge your complaint online is 20-30 minutes as they would try to rectify the hardware problems online .The warranty of even a car battry is 3 years now so with most modern technology the battery life of laptop should be better.

A TRUE LAP-TOP

This is something I can not live without let me tell u some thing abt my laptop. It has Latitudes' superior build quality. Price-wise and size-wise, the Latitude D820 sits atop the thin-and-light 14" widescreen D620 and the budget oriented 14" standard-aspect D520 in the Latitude lineup.

The D820 is an updated version of the D810 and features the Intel Core Duo processor to replace the D810's Pentium M as well a significant weight reduction from the D810. the 3.2kg [7.05lbs] Latitude D810 was more of a desktop replacement, the 2.8kg [6.17lbs] approaches the more portable thin-and-light territory.impressive computing power, it comes in mid-size business notebook category.

Worth every penny.

Dell Latitude laptops fall in business segment, but knowing this fact I intentionally bought this laptop for my personal use. It's a great laptop with amazing battery life & great speed.

I bought mine with Windows XP & I am totally in love with it. I purchased it with 2GB RAM, 320GB HDD webcam, DVD writer and finger print reader.

Only after buying the laptop I came to know what is the actual meaning of business segment laptop. It's a very sturdy laptop & personally I am very careless with the products which I buy; but I am pretty sure about this laptop that nothing will happen to it.

Screen is much better than many other laptops in the same class. I happened to compare mine against a Lenovo ThinkPad T400 & Dell is a clear winner. Better & clear screen, much better keyboard & build quality is very rugged.

Well placed USB ports & touch-pad is much above a normal home sement laptop. Even after using it heavily for around 9 months now, there are virtually no signs of wear & tear.

I think the screen is also scratch resistant because I happened to accidentally rub my bike key on one side of the screen but there was no scratch.

Weight is very reasonable as compared to Inspirons & it doesn't get hot. Charges very fast & discharge is very slow, real nice battery life. The only con is it's high price but paying that proce would ensure peice of mind for years to come.

I love this
Jul 10, 2008 02:18 PM

This model I got from my office and not purchased. Our organization purchased a large number of laptops for its employees. The main reason for purchasing Dell was its bid was lowest amongst the rest with the same specification.

However after using it for one year, I am totally satisfied with its performance. It is sturdy, large screen, works flawlessly on windows vista business with only 1GB Ram. I also do video editing with reasonable speed. since last one year my laptop was rarely shut down but it never complained.

I use almost all the hardware came along with it and all works excellently, like wireless adapter, bluetooth adapter, DVD RW.

Battery life is also excellent. U can use it for more than 2 hours on battery if used in proper way.

The greatest advantage of any dell product is their warranty service. I will suggest to buy the dell product with their three year on site warranty, which is not given by any other company.

I called the service center twice in one year, once for software conflict and once to change my hard disc which had developed bad sectors. They served me within 24 hrs at my convenient place. This is awesome.

About the cons: Little heavy and bulky, No inbuilt webcam.

For Business Men and Techies
May 29, 2007 02:37 PM

This is my first hardcore product review on MS. To date I had concentrated mostly on movies, books, travel and general advice topics. This is the first time where I will be reviewing a specific product.  So I request members to be brutally honest in their rating and comments. I don’t mind NU & SU, or even comments firing me, as that would help me do better in this area, which I have not explored into so far. In a way it was easy for me to work on as this product is something I use daily. And it’s the same one on which this review is being drafted, yes the Dell Latitude D620 .

Basic Configuration

It uses an Intel Core Duo T2400 1.83 Ghz processor. In layman terms, the processor has a core which does the actual job of processing your instructions. So Intel has come up with a dual core, which improves the speed significantly. For techies, who have to multi task with a lot of applications, this is a very helpful feature, as you could work simultaneously on various programs, without the system hanging up. Even for business people, it enables them to read and compare various documents at a time.

The system comes with a default RAM memory of 1 GB and 80 GB of Hard Disk Memory.  You could also configure up to 4GB RAM and 100GB Hard Disk Space, but unless you are doing some highly complex technical work,   you would not really need it.

One of the best features of D620 is the clean install of Windows. You load Windows XP,  necessary stuff like MS Office and some Dell related Security Apps. You need not face the problem of loading a whole host of junk software which in all probability you would never be using. This also reduces a whole host of  useless background processes, which only slow down the speed and consume memory.

Monitor

One of the best feature of D620 is the wide screen display. It comes along with a 14.1”  WXGA screen. Put in simple terms you have a much wider screen, where one can open several windows, without making the monitor look like a Japanese metro train at rush hour, with windows crammed together and jostling for space. Also saves you the problem of finding the right window to open.

The screen also comes with an inbuilt light sensor, that can control the brightness. So in a dark room, the screen becomes dimmer, while in a brighter room, the brightness increases. Overall the brightness is fine, though not as much as that of other notebooks.

Look and Feel

Not a very pretty one, this has more of a utilitarian look, unlike the more consumer friendly light grey-white of Dell Inspiron. But even otherwise, Dell doesn’t have the sleek, glam look of the Apple and Sonynotebooks. If you want to be seen as cool or impress a female with this laptop, this is not the right choice.

But being targeted more at the business or techie user,  for whom looks don’t matter much, it should not be an issue. D620 is quite robust, and well protected by  a magnesium alloy case. It is well equipped to handle vibrations and any shocks. If you are the person who has to travel a lot, on the job, this could be one of the best choices. It is protected from all sorts of  jerks and can handle a situation where it is dropped accidentally. Dell has an inbuilt StrikeZone technology that can minimize the amount of shock faced by hard drive should you drop your laptop accidentally.

With a weight of around 5.6 lbs, it is not too bulky.  Of course while it doesn’t have the sleek lean look of a Think Pad, it can be carried around without feeling like a burden is placed on you.

The keyboard is light on the user, you really don’t have to torture your fingers a lot, and if you are proficient at working on computers, it’s a breeze. However first time users need to be careful, because if you accidentally touch a key, it gets printed, and could be somewhat bewildering.  Also unless you are used to the touch pad, moving the mouse pointer could be somewhat difficult.

For people whose fingers don’t exactly dance over the keyboard, there is an option. The notebook comes along with a docking control to which you could attach your mouse and keyboard and use it like a normal PC. Or still you could attach the mouse to the notebook and use it, if you are not too comfortable with the touch pad.

On the Move

For people on the move, this notebook has a huge host of options.  Dell seems to have gone all the way in making this wireless friendly. You have the option of configuring **Wi Fi( either Intel or Dell), IrDa or Bluetooth( Dell).

Dell  also has the option of configuring wireless broadband where you can chose from the vendor.  Also unlike other notebooks, the antenna is configured internally, so you don’t have to walk around with an ugly looking antenna sticking out like a sore thumb.

I have not used this feature extensively, as my job profile is more stationary. But if you are interested in configuring this feature, its better you contact the nearest Dell dealer. D620 also a “Wifi Catcher” where you can search for any Wi Fi networks in your region, and this works even when your notebook is switched off.

Security

Considering the fact that laptops have replaced cars as the no 1 target for crooks, D620 has a number of features which can secure your notebook, should it fall into the wrong hands.

User Authentication is done by Smart Card or BIOS passwords. System authentication is done with a System primary password needed to boot the system. For our company, we had installed Safe Boot. This again depends on what configuration you are looking at. You could also use software like  MS Window’s File Encryption to encrypt any confidential data you are having.

Battery: Either 4 cell, 6 cell or 9 cell one**. By default it comes along with 6 cell, which comes for a period of 2h depending on your usage, which is just about decent.  Also there is an icon indicating how much battery charge is still left, so you can shut down the system before you start getting warning signals.

Multimedia**: The notebook has a mono sound system, so if you are looking to play some songs with stereo and bass, this is not the one.  Generally use it to listen to some favorite songs of mine while working, so its ok for me.

Quite a handy notebook to have for techies, people on the move  and business people, for normal users, would still recommend the Dell Inspiron.

Happy go lucky... Like the product
May 01, 2007 06:49 PM

The Dell has tried to offer a good balance between weight and technology in the product. Named Latitude D610, notebook has decent looks with very luggable 5.4-pound frame. Offering a wide open area to rest pit of your palm, you may require god amount of hand movement to use mouse-pad and keys simultaenously.

The screen quality is good over its previous version, D600. I also like that it comes with four USB ports (up from two in the previous model) and a host of other related features. Most irritating feature is that beside having an indicator for bluetooth, the feature may be missing. So, please verify the configuration before you make purchase. Speaker qual is real good, provision for jerk movements save your hard disk from any damages. The configugration is good enough for executives depending heavily on office applications but so-so for media lovers. Now the things I hate in it... CD/DVD slot is not properply sized.

When plugged in, the reader remain bit out of its designated area. Same is case with data card slot. Though it has infra-red and bluetooth indicators, the feature is optional which can mislead while you think its a value for money. Battery backup is fine but drains in a big mouth if you are running A/V file. Even after long R&D, no option to adjust screen contrast could be located. Well, rightly said perfection is relative not absolute. The product can be your next choice if you strive for executive looks, elegant style, weight, and last but not least performance while working. Good luck!

Creaky
Feb 12, 2007 06:25 PM

This is a barely adequate business laptop from Dell. I wouldn't buy it, but since this is an office machine, issued by corporate edict, I don't have much choice.

Pros:

  1. Price. Like most Dell machines, this has value for money written all over it. Dell specializes in meeting all the specifications required to compare favourably against the competition.

  2. Performance: Thanks to the Intel Core Duo processor, Windows XP runs(when it runs) at a decent clip.

  3. Big screen

Cons:

  1. Creaky.

When you type on this machine keyboard, it creaks.

And moves.

And creaks.

In a most disconcerting fashion.

The(only) good news is that in around 3 months on banging on it, none of the keys have fallen out as of now.

  1. Poor build quality. The machine has edges here and there which seem sharp enough to cut.

  2. Built in Bluetooth support is from Toshiba. The BT software is okay. You're better off using this with the Windows XP BT support though. I rather expected the BT chip to be a CSR with the WIDCOMM SW

  3. Hibernate/standby etc are unpredictable if 802.11 is switched on. This may well be a Windows XP thing,  as are most SW problems in the PC world. But Dell supplies this combination, and has no fix for it. They upgraded the BIOS firmware, and that has made no change.

Bottomline:

Don't spend your hard earned money on this thing. It's okay for companies which are looking to save lots of money buying in bulk. I guess they can afford to keep a machine or two extra for emergencies using all the money they saved.

Laptop that fits Perfectly for a salesguy..!!
Aug 22, 2006 03:55 PM

Dear Mouthshut users...

After long thought and deliberations I'm writing this review..!!

Basically I’m a traveling salesman and half the month I spend on Roads..

This is the first Laptop I got from the company for my exclusive usage.. ( earlier we used to share the laptops whenever presentationsto be done !)

I’m Using Dell Latitude D600 for last two years and I shouldsay I’m quite happy with this one..!! My parents and friends keep saying that I can’t handle delicateobjects..( as a kid I’m famous for breaking things ) … so as a very rough user(rough handling) and light user ( I spend about 2, 3 hours a day with my Laptop)… I found this a very goodproduct one can have… I use it mainly for PowerPoint presentations, Words,Excel, and net browsing.. And I storequite a lot of data in it..

When I got it, it had Windows XP, Lotus notes, Mcafee AV,and office suite programs loaded. I visit whole kind of websites (many of themtry to install kind of programs in it!).. But I should say it has not crashed so far… Now I’ve loaded it withplenty of Programs like Google earth and still it is rock steady and goingstrong..!!! The speed is still very good and battery back up is excellent (about 130 mins … initially it used to give about 180 mins backup..)

I’ve never called the service centre so I can’t tell youabout service aspect of Dell..

My colleague has IBM Think pad which is bought about 15months back. It takes lot of time to boot compared to my Dell laptop.. And IBMis very slow in terms of launching a new application…

Over all I’ll recommend this one for rough handlersand light users…!!!

Latitude.. no attitude..plain heavyduty work horse
Oct 24, 2005 09:49 PM

Rohit bhai this review is dedicated to you.. you are the one who brought me to this site and always pulled me for calling myself a techy while never writing on anything technological.. so here comes the first Tech Review from my side.

Putting this here as there is no option for Latitude D510

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------

I am into IT since 95-96.. The initial days were limited to 486 DX2 desktop and than came the Pentium revolution and every year a new model at home.. my parents hated my spend on PC?s but my career was dependent on it. Than I left IT and came a phase when the company started providing me with laptop and I was saved from the yearly upgrade of my home PC. Over a period of time I have used almost all known brands.

Last month I got Dell Latitude D510 laptop when I joined a new company.. this was my first Dell Machine which I have recently seen almost all executives using thesedays .. I have used almost all others.. IBM, Compaq, HP, Acer and even Samsung and yes Dell is different..

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------

Specs- Pentium M1.73 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 40 GB hard disk, CD-RW / DVD-ROM combo; With- Microsoft Windows XP Professional

The first thing I noted was Its big bulky carrying bag and its gray case and aluminum, magnesium, and steel frame, it is designed to withstand heavy everyday use.. Better than the delicate Samsung I used last. It comes with a three-prong AC plug (a nuisance while traveling.. some times its hard to find a 3 pin plug in a hotel but a good battery time saves you many a time.

Since it's a wide-body machine, there's plenty of room for a comfortable keyboard, trackpad, and mouse buttons--although the pad has neither a scroll button nor a dedicated zone.. very cumbersome to get used to... Its wide body also allows for a big screen; a 15-inch XGA display that?s bright and comfortable for viewing multiple windows side by side (lot of chat windows along with outlook and excel is always open on my machine). My machine is with a CD-RW/DVD drive, but Dell also offers an 8X DVD burner for some extra cash.

It features all the ports someone will need, In addition to headphone and microphone jacks and four USB 2.0, FireWire, VGA, and S-Video ports, surprise surprise it also features antiquated serial and parallel ports most laptops have stopped giving it a year so back. One can connect to the network using a modem, Ethernet, or the integrated Intel 802.11b/g Wi-Fi radio (I simply love it as it saves me of the patchcord).

Though it has one chink in its technological armor: it lacks a flash card reader - a convenience must for a digital camera or a cell phone and mp3 player user.

Its preloaded with Windows XP Professional; and included an Intel wireless-connection management utility, as well as CyberLink PowerDVD for DVD viewing and Sonic RecordNow 7.3 Deluxe for burning discs.(yuck..too slow.. nero rules my world).. all these OS& softwares and XP patches are also provided on CD?s.. Still to crash the laptop to check they work or not?lol

It runs over three to four hours on battery, way more than any I had seen till now. I normally keep listening to mp3 alongside while working at home so a very good performance.

Dell is more of a business notebook, as it does a little bit of everything. it delivers reliable performance and four hours of battery life and comes with Dell's three-year warranty with onsite support. Cant say on price (I didn?t purchased it),

Features: Latitude D510 weighs 2.36 kg and can be configured with an Intel Pentium M processor 730 (1.60 GHz) or 740 (1.73 GHz), or a Celeron M processor 350 (1.3 GHz). It can also be configured to systems with 14.1-inch or 15-inch XGA displays and a range of wireless networking solutions. It has an internal Intel PRO Wireless 2200 (802.11b/g), optional internal Dell Wireless 350 Bluetooth, and an integrated 10/100 Ethernet and 56 K7 V92 modem. One has a choice of Windows XP Home or Windows XP Professional as OS, with optional docking offerings including D/Port advanced port replicator, D/monitor stand, and D/view notebook stand. Retails at $1,520 (as of July 2005). (as from the dell website)

The good:Solid battery life and performance; strong case; three-year warranty.

The bad:lacks biometric security(fingure print buddies); three-prong AC plug; no flash card reader; no Gigabit Ethernet.

The ugly:heavy will be a light word.

What's it for:This is the basic machine for handling business tasks, from spreadsheets to e-mail to presentations.

Who's it for:Workers who need to keep up with basic work while on the road. And use it for basic productivity applications, such as word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The bottom line:The mainstream Dell Latitude D510 doesn't excel in any one area but manages to be a good all-around business notebook.

Lots of Miles - Great Laptop
Aug 17, 2005 02:17 AM

I've had my C400 for almost 4 years now. It's so small and portable that it's a snap to take it anywhere. It's been with me all over the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. It still runs like a top. It starts up fast out of hibernation, and even though it has a (now) slow 866MHz processor, it still snappy enough for e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and watching DVDs.

It is starting to show wear however. The USB connector snapped off during a recent trip. No excess pressure applied, it just broke off when I connected a device. The lid is also very loose. I've taken the laptop apart, but can't find any way to tighten it back up.

I also have a new Compaq Presario notebook, and a 7 year old Compaq Armada notebook. The Armada held up better than the Dell, but it's hard drive just recently died.

In all, the Dell is well built, and 4 years is a pretty good lifetime for a laptop that is on the road.

THE MACHINE THAT MAKES YOU SPEND
May 22, 2005 06:13 PM

Forget it...

dont buy it.....

if my last review led anyone to buy this, then its a mistake

the mainboard died, and I just brought a dvd burner for it!

the harddrive constantly stopped,

half the keyboard would stop working

the charger broke, I brought a new one

the battery broke, I brought a new one

There was only 1 USB PORT!!!!

NO FIREWIRE!!

I have taken good care of it until the mainboard died, there were many times I wanted to pick it up and throw it at the nearest person but I didnt, I just shut it down if it already didnt turn off. and pack it away in bag.

i was using msn messenger in the middle of a conversation until bang, the screen was blank, the lights were off and it wouldnt turn on ever again.

Whats Really Sad is im thinking of buying a mac now!

Good one, with few strings attached!
Jun 12, 2004 12:01 AM

Why did I buy it? No I didn't.. I used it because my office gave it to me. I have used an IBM thinkpad before I got this DELL Latitude C600.

I have been using it day in and day out, and there have been lots of failures... keyboard, palm rest, motherboard, screen mounts, touch pad, top cover.. what not? but one thing commendable about DELL has been that I have never waited for the part for more than 24 hours. New part reaches me exactly next day after I log in my problem.

There were few problems initially, like mouse pointer drifting to one side and similar stuff but all those were addressed by updating bios.

This problem of mouse drifting is very common in these machines and I have been seeing this happening with lots of people in my office.

Regarding compatibility, whatever I have used till now has worked; hardware as well as software. I had some problems running few games, but that wasn't a pain area for me anyway. Have installed, 98/2000/XP.. and all have worked well.

One thing I didn't like is that the screen gets prominent scratches when you close the lid. It is caused by screen touching few keys of the keyboard right in the middle, and its very irritating.

I would definitely recommend DELL to my friends if not this particular model, because I have had a very nice experience with service till now.

Hope this review is of some use to you guys!!

Cheers

GHOST WHO WALKS
Aug 24, 2002 12:47 PM

“ Mobility has reached far away places…”

Lot of things has been spoken about mobility and we being very accessible. Things have changed in the last few years whether you talk about the mobile communication or you talk about palm tops, we have grown way ahead of time and we are still growing. Just 20 years back, if we look back who, would have even thought of Computers forget laptops and palmtops.

The evolutions of computers have seen some major forces of computer makers who have changed the way we think of computers. But as the Laptops made their entry, your life has become more mobile than ever, you can walk, talk and move with computers. They have become like a “Ghost Who Walks…”, always haunting you were ever you go. So, I was haunted by this ghost around some months back and I am still been haunted because the review I am writing now, is on the Ghost itself, and he is smiling at me, while I am typing this. She is blushing like anything because she feels now its time for her to get famous.

My meeting of the Ghost…

Though, they say, it not auspicious to see a ghost, but I met this ghost around some months back and I was planning to get something mobile to me. That time cousin of mine, who is working for Dell, advised me to go for Dell Laptops. I had heard lot of Dell and most of the companies, I have seen going in for Dell Laptops. One more thing that pushed me to Dell Laptop was that, my Call Center was using Dell Workstations for last couple of years and we never had even one inch of problems. No doubt you can’t compare laptops and Workstation, but the good performance of the Workstation gave me that confidence to buy Dell Laptop. Hence, after choosing the right configuration, I launched myself to this Beautiful Ghost called Dell Latitude C400. This ghost has put such a spell on me that, I am stuck to this Walking and Talking ghost wherever I go.

Something About the Graveyard from where I got this Ghost…DELL Company…

Before getting into the Call Center Industry, I was with the IT industry and probably I really know what system to buy and which is the best. There was a time when people used to speak only about IBM and Compaq as the most reliable and the best system. All the companies around the world follow the Dealer channel of selling the system, but Dell created a revolution called the Direct Sales, wherein all their products would be sold only through the offices or through Online Sales. In fact Dell started online sales revolution and they have created an amazing impact with that. Under the guidance of Michael Dell, this one time struggling company has changed the way PCs are sold.

The Ghost who Walks…Latitude C400

Yes, this walking and talking ghost has got a name, and it’s called the Latitude C400. This Amazingly sleek, beautiful Ghost, who would create magic with its super power, has made my life very easy and comfortable. They say, ghosts are very naughty but my Latty (I call her Latty) never troubles me and never behaves badly with me. (She is winking at me!!)

How does my ghost looks…

Like most of the Ghost, who are always dressed either on black or white, my Latty is a Cool Black with the shades of Grey. The corners of the Laptop has got a smooth and curved finishing, unlike other laptops.

My Latty’s Configuration…

My Latty comes with a cool configuration you can really dream of.

Mobile Pentium® III Processor, 1.20GHz-M, with 12.1in XGA Display, 512Mb SD Ram, 1DIMM, 40GB Hard Drive, 9.5MM, MS Windows XP Professional, Integrated 56 Kbps3 v.92 modem and 3Com 10/100 Ethernet chip with True Mobile Wireless, 8-24-10-24X SWDVD/CDRW Combo Drive, 4-Cell Lithium-Ion Battery, 3Yr Parts + Onsite Labor (Next Business Day) + Complete Care (You really don’t need at least for 2years I feel), Leather Carrying Case, TrippLite Portable Surge Protector, Norton 2002 Antivirus.

I am sure, most of you are jealous of my Latty but can’t help it, I know she is irresistible.

My Ghost Latty’s Performance…

As far as performance is concerned, no one can beat Latty because it keeps on and on with out stopping. In the entire 24hrs, it gets rest only when I sleep, other wise its always on and doing something or the other. Like most of the other laptops, Latty doesn’t get heated up and there is defiantly no problem with the battery. The Intel Processor is really damn good and the overall performance is of top class. How much ever application you open, it wont get hang, because it carries with it amazing 512mb ram and the 1.20Ghz ram is really very good.

Is my Latty heavy…

This ghost really goes by its character of Ghost, because it’s really light and you can’t even feel the weight of this sleek machine.

Weight 3.6 lbs with 4-cell 27WHr Battery

The dimension of Latty is: Height: 1'' (26.6 to 30.5mm) Width: 11.4'' (290.0mm) Depth: 9.4'' (238.0mm). Also, the concerns with most laptop is the keyboard, but no such problem as regards to my Latty, yes definitely, if you are used to laptop then it wont be a major problem.

Do I have a warranty for this system…

Dell Latitude Notebooks come with a Three-year Limited Warranty,1 supplemented with three years of Next Business Day On-Site2 parts replacement and three years of On-Site Labor Service. If a defective part is one that is easily disconnected and reconnected (that is, a customer replacement unit (CRU), Dell reserves the right to send you a replacement for the part. Examples of CRUs are memory, CDROMs, docking stations, PC cards, battery, adapter, mice, and keyboards, internal drives, and external drives.

Some Applications I use on my System…

The kind of application I use on this machines are, MS Office XP (Eats lot of Memory, How I hate MS Office XP), Lotus Organizer, MS Outlook, Play MP3 Songs, Watching Video, Run my ECRM Application. The ECRM application uses lot of memory also, but Latty is giving very good performance.

Do I have support for my Ghost…

None of the ghost around the world would come up with a Support like my Latty comes with. Dell has got one of the best support services; no doubt they are servicing such a huge volume of customers. Till date I have never used the support for any technical problem, because this machine doesn’t gives you any problem. Still if you have any problems you can check out their website for their extensive online support.

Final Verdict about my Ghost…

My Latty is smiling, she knows that I wouldn’t say anything bad about her, because she has not given me any problem, and with full confidence I can say that I am happy with it and you can go ahead and buy this mean machine. One more thing, Laptop’s usually are not used for more than 2years, one always tends to go for a new one after 2years.

But on a note, which I would like to tell my Ghost, that very recently, I saw the Mac, PowerBook with the G4 Processor and the performance of this sleek looking sliver color machine impressed me and I might buy this machine. Hence, Latty don’t get carried away by this praise, keep on performing.
