Sify Broadband Internet Connection Reviews

Not even a user
Feb 08, 2004 11:37 PM

The first time I decided to go broadband, I checked out mouthshut.com for any reviews. I did find some good reviews and bad ones also but in the end fell for Sify primarily because it was the only option at that time. And also because they were rated #1 in some newspaper for Internet Connectivity.

Well, thats good. I went through the brochures and selected a slab. Good till now. But what ensued next is probably very funny since it is the 2nd month after I confirmed the connection, the cheque is ready for payment and these guys DONT SHOW UP. Called up customer service. They promised their sales executive will call back within 24hrs which as some of you know didn't happen. The customer service people gladly say that they do not know the technicalities of the service they are providing. Great!!!!

Next stop- their stall at the EXPO at HITEX, Hyderabad. Once again I dropped my name and number and they call be back at an amazing speed (like they promised) of just 14 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I have an option of going for an ordinary cable connection provided by my Cable guy (Dishnet) for the same cost infact a bit less too. He gives 24hr connectivity @ 750/-pm. Don't know whether to wait for Sify or to go ahead with my guy.

Sify is full of bullshitters
Jan 26, 2004 12:13 AM

Since I used the internet a lot, I always wanted a Broadband connection. My MTNL bill used to be not less than 2500/-. I switched to BSES (Shit, trsut me) and this I came across Sify.

I got a Sify connection thru 'Webtech'. They told me that they offered 64kbps unlimited connection. This included unlimited downloads. All for the price of 1080/-pm. I asked this guy (Brian), if he was sue about it, coz I knew that BSES offered me this same package but only at 32kbps. He insisted that it was a 64k line I would get. They offered me a Trial package. The speeds were amazing. But then, after I confirmed the package, i.e paid them the entire amount, IUw as shocked to notice the speed was somewhat similar to my BSES connection.

I call ed the Sify server Room up and they told me that all Unlimited connections were a 32kbps line. You could only imagine the dismay and anger I was going throuhg. I was cheated. I called Webtech up once again and spoke to them out there. Can you believe it, they actually told me, to go in for another package. You think thats good, heck, they wanted me to pay for it too. These guys suck big time.

Whomsoever knows of these guys, please let them know that they are shithoes and would never prosper. As for Sify itself..................................please, its time for an unlimited line. Atleast make it 1200/-pm but make it 64k.

I tell you. Our country is way way backward when it comes to Broadband Internet. Pull up your socks man.

And yes, Brian............DONT LIE!

I have been using Sify broadband connection for over 2months now. I subscribed to 64kbps family pack of 40 hrs and 2 months validity

The pack costs 800 Rs but my cable operator charges another 150-200 Rs per month as service charges.

So pay Rs 1100 for 2 months for 40 hrs. I don't know why Sify does not include the operator charges in the pack itself. I talked to Sify regarding this but of no use. Hence the pack pricing is quite deceptive.

Initially I was very happy as I used to get more than what they said......around 72-80 kbps all the time. After about 1 month, my bandwidth hardly crossess 56 kbps.....rarely reaches 64 kbps. it stays in 48 -56 kps range.. I heard this is a Sify policy ......perhaps to give better speed in the beginning but later reduce it....this has happened with others as well

Overall not a poor service but the I think Sify is playing dirty games

Also very bad customercare........the VRS asks to keep waiting for an average 10 mins...u keep on wasting telephone calls...takes a lot of time to talk to operator.

Faridabad India
Sify broadband or just another local cable guy!
Jan 22, 2004 11:23 PM

Update: This is the update on the review.

The reliability increased after the removal of the hug hanging from the tree wrapped in a polythene. But the latest problem is the new packages. SIFY guys sure has some of the worst marketing guys with extremely low common sense. Check their packages:

Earlier it was 800 bucks for a 32 Kbps line with 1 GB data limit.

(remember it's called broadband)

They changed it to:

800 bucks for 1 GB shared connection.

Now what's shared connection?

Nothing on the package page: https://broadband.sify.com/master_pricelist.html

I ask my area representative. He told me:

a 64 kbps line divided between 2 guys.

that means, minimum 32 kbps line... Good enough for me.

I ask my city representative. He told me:

a 64 kbps line divided between 4 guys.

that means, minimum 16 kbps line... pathetic but should work looking at the probability of the number of people online at 1 time.

I call the call center, and the people there told me!

a 32 kbps line divided between 10 people.

Yeah, thats 10 PEOPLE for a 32 kbps line. For god sake, 3.2 kbps is the worst possibility. That's what I get for 800 bucks that too with a 1 GB limit. Looks like I was better off a month back. Internet is supposed to get cheaper in the future or more expensive?

In the end I sent a mail to the customer care, and I just got a reply asking my user id. Now thats weird. I want to know the details of the package that they dont disclose on the package page and they want is my user id? what kinda people am I dealing with?

and consider this...

I am paying 800 bucks for 1 GB data transfer limit shared connection...

they have another package for 1000 bucks that gives me unlimited data transfer limit on the same shared connection.

Does this sh*t make sense? pay 200 bucks extra for unlimited data transfer? They make a mess for people like me who needs net for work by giving unlimited data transfer capability for people who use net for downloading pron for so cheap. Since their work (whatever we can call downloading stuff for no suitable purpose) is not time dependent, people like me suffer.

My basic requirement is 1 GB data transfer limit genuine 64/128 kbps connection. I don't have any direct package that provide me this. Either I suffer the pathetic shared connection that sify provides me, or I go for 2 packages of 128 kbps of 750 megs costing a total of Rs. 3600, which does not make sense in comparision to a 256 kbps 1 GB connection worth Rs. 2500. So the so called broadband cost me 2.5 rupees per megabyte.

I am seriously not getting the so called Feel Good factor. India is supposed to be the IT super highway. Then why are we supposed to pay a premium for so called broadband. I have noticed, anything that is not dial-up is considered (by the suppliers) broadband. If 3.2 kbps connection is broadband, I feel pity on the marketing teams of Sify Broadband. I seriously would pay anything to have an alternative option here in Panchkula. Dishnet DSL was a bit expensive, but it had decent packages atleast.

Original Review

I am really pissed off today. This post is going to be about the supposedly India's leading broadband provider to home customers: Sify Broadband. I am pissed off becoz I was offline since the last 26 hours coz they had some problem in the network due to unseasonal rains that took place yesterday.

So, let me start talking about it step by step! Not many steps though as I am damn pissed off.

Installation:

They charge 3500 bucks for the installation. What I get in that amount. A cable wire coming from a pole 100 meters from my home. They had a switch in between till today hanging on a tree in a polythene bag. The switch was placed because of the distance between the pole and my home. But the problem is that the switch box present in the polythene bag was floating in water after yesterday's rain. Nope, it was not the routine heavy showers from the rainy season. It was a non seasonal rain (hardly half a centimeter in technical terminology). And it actually killed the internet in the entire region of Panchkula or that's what they wanted me to believe. So I was offline for more than 24 hours for that. I had to give the Sify guys a new polythene bag so that they could cover the connector that replaced the hub with. Incredible. They removed the hub for the fear of rains and replaced it with a connector, which fortunately does not make my net much slower...

To quote from their brochure...

Time to forget your old, slow dial-ups and unpredictable cable internet.

Now, someone from the Sify Broadband please explain to me what is the difference between what I have and what a normal cable guy provide me with. In fact the old cable guy I had, had a box for the switch leading the net cable to my home.

Now the power problems. I have power backup at home. I got an inverter especially for the home job I currently have. But what the heck. The cable network disconnects at every power cut that takes place. Fortunately, I don't have that many power cuts as of now in the area I am in. But considering this is winters, I actually fear the summers. Boy, I am gonna fight over this with the Sify guys for sure. This problem is actually not that funny as it sounds like. I don't believe even dial-up users have to face this problem!

Also, I would like to mention. Though they do have packages for exclusive night surfing, they don't have any one to handle complaints after 7 pm to I believe 10 am .

Packages:

Of course, like all my earlier net connections they also do not provide me with an unlimited data transfer package. In fact the rates are comparatively better than my old cable guy. But the problem is the common sense they applied behind the packages. I am basically a guy whose official bandwidth requirement is around a gig a month. Now they do not have a gig Meg package for either 64 Kbps nor 128 Kbps connection. So either I take a 32 Kbps connection or a 256 Kbps one. Darn idiotic marketing guys. Though on the better side, they have a cheap package that provides free surfing on Sundays. Small mercies.

Connectivity:

This is perhaps the only saving grace. When it works, it works well. But it does not work that reliably. :)

At least in the areas I am stuck at!

My best experience yet has been with Bharti Touchtel DSL. Cheaper installation. Darn good reliability. Underground cable network. And you get an alternate telephone connection...

More on that some other day!

Fast and useful
Nov 23, 2003 12:31 PM

Once I use to browse in many browsing centres in salem where the loading speed is very low and now sify has provided a broadband connection which satifies all our needs

It is extremely very useful for students like me. They provide different type of membership cards.

Rs.30 for 1 hour with one-week validity.

Rs.50 for 2 hours with one-month validity.

Rs.100 for 4 hours with three-month validity and many more.

Advantages

1) Sify Internet service is available at all-important places like railway stations and bus stands in the cities.

2) High speed

3) Personal account maintenance is also good.

4) Access ability throughout India

Disadvantages

1) Some of the browsing centers where they have got sify connections have very old and bad hardware, which is a major problem. So,sify can concentrate o selecting the right browsing centers.

2) The charge is high.

One who wants to save time and money can go for sify membership.

Best outside Delhi, 2nd best in India
Nov 21, 2003 12:26 AM

The 2nd Best broad-band in India and Best availble outside Delhi

The best value for money offer in India is of course Primus, but unforunately it is available only in Delhi, hence if your do not live in Delhi, then Sify Broadband is the best bet.as they have good speeds and somewhat more download limits than the other companies that operate all over India. .

https://broadband.sify.com/

If you live in Delhi then Primus is ideal as they have UNLIMITED download at 64 kpbs. The amount of download is far more valuable than the speed.......as whats the use of having a 256 kpbs or 512 kpbs bandwidth if you are allowed to download only 300 MB before your package expires ??? (like having a super-sonic jet plane with 1 litre of aviation fuel to fly it ....crash just after take off ! )

https://primus-india.com/

https://hotwireindia.com/

The final advice - if you have access to Primus (live in Delhi) then go for Primus else go for Sify broadband. If Sify also provides unlimited or at least increases its download limit then pretty soon it could be the broadband leader across India.

SIFY broadband stinks
Oct 29, 2003 10:22 AM

I sign up for the 1 GB package, forking out

3000 for cabling and 2.5K for service. The technician

shows 3 days after promised, without screwdriver or

installation notes or usage manual.

Monkeys around with dial-up settings and makes a

mess. Next morning, no network connection. So I call

the customer care. No response. Call the technician.

He mutters profanities in Tamil and asks to call,

you guessed it, customer care. Finally, I get

through to customer care in the evening. They put

me through to the technician. SAME GUY! By then, I've

figured the DNS settings need to be re-done.

Couple of days later, I lose connection again. Call up customer

service at 8 pm. Speak to a lady who said it would be fixed by

10 pm with ... get this ... 90% probability.

As happens with 100% probability, the other 10% actually

takes over. 10:20 pm and still no connection.

The ping at 7:45 pm:

Pinging 202.144.65.60 with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.

Request timed out.

Request timed out.

Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 202.144.65.60:

Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 0ms, Average = 0ms

And at 10:15 pm:

<To cut a long story short, ditto>

Great job, SIFY !!

Oh, and one more thing, the 24 hr customer service centre

apparently does not answer after 10 pm.

Been trying, no response.

Thank goodness for dial-up...

Best Cablenet Provider
Oct 13, 2003 01:58 PM

Sify definitely are the best cablenet providers in andheri(W). A lot of my friends who had been using the 7star and bses networks shifted to sify becoz though they are no longer unlimited, they are very economical if you choose the correcdt plan, and the plethora of plans makes it easy to pick one that suits you. Plus they are unparalleled in customer service. They would respond to calls made at 2 in the morning (though expectedly the repairs could be carried out only in the morning). Also, when I had to renew my connection, the plan that I had chosen wasnt available immediately ( I dont know why) so for about a week I got free unlimited (download size and hrs)connection. The speed too is very consistent. It never drops below the promised rate though may often go above the maximum limit.

If you wanna go cable go sify.

Worth it
Oct 11, 2003 12:57 PM

Well, let me start by saying that this is just my experience with Sify Broadband.

I used a dial-up for a few years, and when Broad-band connections came up, I first opted for Cyberwave - a supposedly unlimited scheme. Only problem being that the ''unlimited'' refered to only the scheme.. the company closed in a year..

So next I tried Sify Broadband - cos I didnt feel like going for a dial-up again. Its an entirely pre-paid connection. They come up with different packs - fixed time (you pay for every 10/20/30/40 hrs of usage) or fixed data (pay for every 100/200/300/400 MB of data transfer). The pricing ranges from Rs 250 odd to 1000. The connection speed is 128 k''b''ps for the data package and 64 k''b''ps for the time package. Note the small ''b'' cos it comes to 16 KiloBytes per sec or 8 Kilo-Bytes per sec. You dont need a modem - it works as a LAN. So the installation charges are much less (abt Rs. 3500).

You need to be part of a large appartment complex to avail of this ans they set-up an antenna over your building.

Now for my experience:

Terrific response time. Which means when you browse faster sites, the time delay is minimal. You dont even feel you are browsing one of the faster sites, you dont even feel you are ''browsing''.

The transfer speed is also really fast and its usually abt 50% faster than the speed they quote. I have a 128 kbps connection and the download speed can go upto 20 to 25 KiloBytes per sec if the site is fast enough. You'll need to choose the pack carefully though. If you download a lot, you could try the fixed time pack. But if you have a habit of spending long hours on the net like me, then the fixed data pack is the one for you.

It works out to much less than dial-up charges. The reliability is quite good. There is a strange problem on Saturday nights though when the link is mysteriously down for a while. And even when its down, the response from customer service is quite prompt.

However, if you have the habit of shifting houses repeatedly, then you would be better off with a dial-up - as you will have to pay the installation charges each time

From what i've seen so far, its really worth the venture - at least for now.

(Please note: I dont work for Sify. Honest! ;-)

The Online Cheaters.
Jul 09, 2003 09:07 PM

Hello Friends...

i like browsing the net a lot and since I am a teenager I like to chat download visit sites etc.once I got the feel of how the internet works I loved logging on to the net.my first connection was a phone connection.the connection was too slow from mtnl.my phone bills ranged between 6000-8000 for every two months and that too I felt I did not use the net that much.

after a year or so we had cable connection from five star cable also known as madhyam.it was an unlimited connection for rs 10000 a year and around 2000 for installment and lan card and wiring etc..i was very happy as now I get an unlimited connection and I will save in the longer run.

well in the begining the connection was good but as more users started usuing the net the connection became slower than mtnl and use to be down quite often.there was a lot of firewalls and a lot of restrictions but I still prefered this over mtnl as it was unlimited.

then in august 2002 satyam finally got clearance from our society and connections were given.they first had given a 15 day free trial package to check the speed and all its facalities.the facalities had no firewall and no restrictions.the speed was amazing and you would get a minimum of atleast 6-8 kb/sec download speed and a high at times over 16-18kb/sec compared to five star and mtnl which were bytes per second.

90% of the residenst shifted to satyam we paid rs 11000 with installation for one year.this is what they said ''THIS IS A ONE YEAR UNLIMITED CONNECTION,UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS,NO FIREWALLS,JUST LIKE OUR DEMONSTRATION AND THE 15 DAY PACKAGE''.everyone was happy as now finally we can enjoy the net and all movies songs at a affordable price.the told us they have given everyone their own ip and gateway and they have a lot of broad band and stuff.they had an excellent service center also.for the first 5-6 months went really well.

now the sad part starts.i get a call from them saying that you are downloading too much and your usage is too much and you are forced to change to one of our plans.i argued with them and spoke to their seniors and many others all gave the same answers.i tried my best and told them I will keep this contract only or refund my full money as its a breach of contract and it is imposed on only a few.then I got in touch with a few and came to know that they too were fighting and they were just dis connected by satyam and were forced to change or get part of the money back.now who ever takes has to take one of their plans.they dont have their own broadband and have borrowed it from vsnl.

the new plans are as follows

10 hours at rs 299 and 20 hours for rs 499 with sunday free and nights at half rate.valid for a month.

40 hours rs 800 valid for 2 months with unlimited downloads.my friends have switched to this one and say that even though they have lessened their internet usage it last only 15-18 days and they are spending more.

the data transfer packs are as follow rs 750 for 300 mb rs 999 for 400 mb rs 4000 for 1 gb.300 mb thats half a movie and u can hardly download anything and do anything much your connection gets over within a week.two mb goes in logging in and out.for browsing 90 mins and mb goes.for people who want to download and use their writers to write mp3.download latest games movies etc have to pay more than 4000 which is absurd.i would advice people not to take satyam as they make false promises and have a real bad name in the market.the speed is good though.

Clever People
Jun 10, 2003 07:12 PM

Hey guys

I am currently on a Internet-on-LAN solution from my local cable wallah in Delhi. He has his own network of cat 5 cables and provides internet access at 4k/sec for 1000 / a month. He gets his bandwidth from Primus(thru wireless radio link-same as satyam does). And the new player called - Satyam has just contacted my provider....here I see some advantages and disadvantages....

SPEED - Primus = 4k.....Satyam = 8k

BANDWIDTH LIMIT = Primus = unlimited, Satyam = 300MB,400MB,1 GB (ect according to plans)

SERVICE = Primus - u need to call ur local operator, Satyam - a centrallised help line is there to help u out.

here I would suggest to stick with Primus for those guys who download a lot of movies,mp3 and THAT Enjoyable material from the net.as Satyam have a great speed and ur 300/400 mb limit will exhaust in just 5-6 days or lesser r u gonna buy a rs 1000 connection every week???

But if u have only tasks like browsing/email checking/chatting only u can go with Satyam as these tasks dont consume much of bandwidth and only one pack will be sufficient for one month.

We always wanted to see online movies, flash sites, mp3/ and OTHER material, but did not do it on dial up connection becuase it costed a lot. then came the primus solution which disn't restrict u to see anything...u can go ahead and download anything at 4k/sec and keep urself logged in 24/7/30 days of the month... so u end up downloading many GBs of data every month....i would say Primus gives us Broadband and not Satyam... as it imposes restrictions....so Satyam is limiting u to see limited content. Dial ups had always an irritating feeling '' my meter for online calls+internet charges is going on'' and with Satyam u will be having a feeling '' oh my download limit is exhausting hour by hour'' so what's the fun in it?....it is all about extracting extra money from ur pocket in the name of ''BROADBAND''......

i would suggest keep both of them with u.....shell out 1000 for primus and download the hell out of it..and another 500 pack from satyam for browsing/chatting/email checking... when u need to download switch on ur Primus connection and sleep away...u will get ur downloads done in the morning.....

i hope this will save u guys from falling into this trap of satyam in the name of ''broadband'' I would say primus is ur real friend and Satyam is taking u for a ride..

Hope u guys have opened ur eyes to these facts else go ahead and make urself party to the ''latest technology'' which forces u top use less and pay more.

Satyam is going to increase its speeds to 128k and after 4 months to 256k and in 8 months to 512k but the download limits will remain same...so they will give u crystal clear/triple filtered/blah blah blah water to quench ur thirst....but mind u ...the quantity of that water will be so less that it wont quench ur thirst fully..and u r bound to go back for more water again and again ...and for which they r going to charge u MONEY.........have u understood it yet HONEY????

ha ha

see ya

enjoy THE BROADBAND

Urbana United States
Excellent to Very Poor
Jun 06, 2003 01:04 PM

I have been using the Satyam Broadband connection in Mumbai since Jan 2002. For about 14 months they provided excellent services with average download speed of 8KBps (sometimes more), unlimited downloading and good customer support. On the yearly plan it cost me just Rs800 a month. However, recently they have targeted few select customers (like me) who had monthly download over 1 GB. Suddenly, after assuring an unlimited package they have changed their policies. This is appalling for a company of their stature. They now charge an exorbitant Rs 700 for 300MB. In Feb 2003 when I renewed by account for 1 yr I had no knowledge of this change. Once we are committed they have exploited the consumers. By resorting to such a dirty game they have totally lost credibility amongst a good number of users like me. Despite, their good infrastructure I wouldn't recommend their service purely because of their policies.

Excellent Service.
Mar 22, 2003 05:38 PM

I am happy about the services of Sify. But they can add value for money for subscribers by giving them extra email space and mobile alerts (for which they are charging). Its simply the best in Broadband. It offers flexible packages for subscribers and you need not be committed for 12 months. e.g. If you renew on monthly basis and you are out of station for a month, you can renew your subscription once you are back. Also, you can renew as per your choice. e.g. 1 month unlimited, 3 months limited. etc. Download speed is great. One drawback is due to dynamic IP number, one cannot share files in Yahoo.

SIFY TAKING THE CUSTOMER 4 A RIDE
Mar 15, 2003 08:26 AM

Sify logs u out auto. after 12hrs whether you like it or not. This is not mentioned when you buy the connection. Hence the 24 hrs package is false as u will manually have to log in again. I told them to give this point in writing but they are yet to do so(Concerned person.Miss Shirley and Mr ravi garg).

Initially the speed was 12.8 now its 7 I spoke tothem some one said there is a dedicated line of 64kbps to customers in that cae how you get more and suddenly how has it dropped. Is it going just like cable guys did.

Printer comes after 30 calls and 1 month time. I think the 12.8 kbps remains only for a month then they push it down to 7 to 8 kbps themselves.

Does what it promises
Jan 18, 2003 02:09 PM

I am sure most of us in metros have shifted to or are planning for alternatives to the dial-up internet connections. But the alternatives are not as exciting as one would like. Most cable TV operators give internet access to their customers via a LAN setup in the area. They generally buy their own bandwidth and then distribute is over the LAN.

However, the main drawback of these is that they never deliver what they promise. At first the speeds are good, (A good is a 5.5Kb/s here), but soon they start capping the bandwidth, leaving you with less then what you were getting over a dial-up. Calling them is no use as they will improve the speeds when u call and then reduce it soon after.

I has a similar experience and then I switched to Sify Broadband. The setup is similar here. You still have to deal with the local cable operator who manages the LAN in the area, but he has no control over the bandwidths. All he does is ensures the network is running fine. There is a wireless receiver from which bandwidth is supplied to the LAN. So all the middle man does here is maintain the LAN.

Speeds are good, obviously nowhere close to real broadband but they deliver more than what they promise. They advertise a speeds between 48kbps to 64kbps and for the last two months I have been getting more than 80Kbps.

The only problem is that because of the wireless nature of the system there short periods when the connection seems dead, wait a couple of minutes and try again and u r in business.

They do however block net2phone and dialpad so if you want to use voice telephony you have to use way2talk (Satyams voice telephony card).

Broader Band
Jan 14, 2003 07:37 PM

Broad band has always been a planet yet to be explored by man ( I mean the ''Indian'' man). Till date not many people know about broadband. But as a computer crazy gigo I have been really interested in the internet since a long time. Broadband has always been an alternative I have wanted to know more bout so that I could try & improve my internet experience if I may use that word.

But so far I have used Cable Modems & ISDN. I have found both to be outstanding. Infact I felt ISDN is far better than Cable Modems. Sometimes Cable Modems do get super slow.

But what people need is better know how & cheaper service. The average Indian cannot afford a Cable Modem or an ISDN line. Now if Broadband from Sify could be the answer to these problems I cannot understand why it should not be the talk of the town.

As far as I know this is not the case with Sify's broadband. I personally did not know about Sify's broadband service.

So if someone could help reduce my phone bills please do. I'll be ever indebted to you.

Sify's Broadband Internet Connection is Great. I have tried Dial-Up, Cablewalla Internet(@ friends place), BSES, DSL, etc... This is the Best. No digging problem and no cable hanging from Building to building problem. It's based on Fixed Wireless Network, so the full network is operational in less than a week. Sify provides 24 Hours Broadband Internet Connection

Now No Unlimited Download Anymore.

It is a 128Kbps Pure Bandwidth

(It is better than others and 100 times better than Dail-Up)[Now 128Kbps is available for Rs. 999]. My connection is on for 24 hours with download speeds around 14 kbps to 16 kbps @ any given time(As promised by Sify). But these days since last two months I am getting around 18 kbps constant. Till now I have Uptime for almost 99.9% so Sify's 24 x 7 Customer Support was tested, but they were quite technically capable. Sify Broadband is the Future & Must b the Future.

If u still have some doubts in ur mind, for that you can get more details from https://broadband.sify.com/
